Nitrous is disabled in Street X races because it's all about control and maneuverability around the track, if nitrous was enabled it wouldn't make much sense being that the track is tight and limited
I love the drag races in the two Underground games. I could say that it is a skill issue the difficulty you had on them. One good strategy is to not use the nitrous all at once, but to keep pressing it continuously, that way the car gains a lot more speed and acceleration. I too am a bigger fan of the first one. The racing feels a bit more tight in it. I remember being really up on my nerves on some lap knockout races that I experienced there. Great video and channel!
I agree with you. Drag race in these games is just sucks! I hate them, i remember when i was kid i remember i cried when i couldn't past drag races, the control for drag race is so weird..

But the Opel Corsa is a hidden beast in Underground 2. xD
Actually the 106 and Corsa are OP af in this game, unlike the Civic and RSX

I feel UG2 is the most overrated NFS title amongst fans. For me personally, I loved UG1 so much more due to its closed structure.
MW as well.
