It's make me laugh when I see the comments like "He wouldn't last in a real fight", and "Put him in an MMA Octagon". This has nothing to do with real combat. It is Gymnastics Exhibition derived from Martial Arts. It is completely separate and should be enjoyed as the "Wow" factor. This guy has talent. Whether he can really fight or not is irrelevant.
It has all to do with real combat and he combines wushu, tae kwon do and capoiera perfectly. The difference is that this guy masters everything and its no question he can fight. He is extremely good and a true master in his own way and its an insult to even compare him to mma and ufc.
Sure the "Wow Factor" is served here, PLUS his athletic level already qualifies him as strong and fit for combat. Regardless of combat skill his physical endurance, agility and strength to perform those maneuvers already puts him automatically on the field as a formidable opponent to tangle with one on one. Example Michael Jordan (in his prime) or the greatest balay man on earth can both do extremely well in a fight just by the very condition of their body alone. As for his moves+techniques displayed here working in actual combat practicality....he would have to train in applying these strikes and maneuvers in intense sparring. If he doesn't practice them against moving opponents and padded foes trying to tag him then yes he would never do well in a fight, of course. But if he DID train these exact moves for fighting opponents then he would most likely destroy. You and I don't know if he has trained for it or not. So no one here can say if he'll do well in a fight, we just don't know if he has indeed trained these maneuvers for it's intended purposes of combat that they were originally made for. And these maneuvers and katas btw? They were originally conceived in the ancient Orient specifically for WAR by elite humans....not for show or "wow factor". For THEM the only wow factor was the decimation of their enemy and total domination ....pure VICTORY.

Leona Sampson I mean. I wouldn’t mind if they started casting actual martial artists for power rangers again. Or at least people who are athletic enough to do this kind of stuff
Honestly, I want to do such a style. But I have no idea where to find such a thing. I did Judo, Shoryn Ryu, and was never satisfied, because it would never involve anything like this. I do understand that these are just flashy, but it would be reaaaaaaly cool to do such a thing. What I’m saying is that I would like to do such a thing, but I have no idea where to find a style/ place that would be/ teach such a thing. I hope someone took the time to read this, and that someone will tell me the style.
Thxrium Well, if you didn't know already, this is called "Tricking" or "Martial arts tricking." In short, it's basically combining all kinds of moves into a combo. You can incorporate and mix parkour, acrobatics, tumbling, flips, kicks, twists, dance moves, anything really. It's limitless. I've seen people come from different athletic background joining tricking. There's no "real" way of joining tricking. You just start off with something at least close to the tricking topic, and ease your way into it. Like Taekwondo or Capoeira for example. Trickers incorporate a lot of kicks into their moves/set and either two can be useful. Or you can start out with acrobatics/flips/tumbling. Maybe parkour even. Since acrobatics is a huge part of tricking. But it totally depends on you. Start off with something close to the tricking topic, and ease your way into it. Just don't rush and take the big steps right away. Take small steps, learn and repeat, and move forward once you master a move. There's tons of tricking tutorials out there on UA-cam too. So I suggest watching those if you want to get into tricking. As for places that teach tricking, there are a few places that teach tricking that I know of. But you have to live near where they're at. There's JAM, a highly popular place for trickers. It's located in Cali near LA. There's Firestormfreerunning. It's located in Santa Ana, Cali. There's Invincible Worldwide. It's located in Sydney, Australia. There are probably more that I missed but those three are the ones I know of. You can check in your area to see if you have any places that teach tricking. If not, then you're gonna have to resort to tricking tutorials on UA-cam or starting off with something. See if you can find any people in your area who tricks and maybe collab/connect with them. You might learn a few things from them if there are any trickers, or just acrobatics in general, in your area. Hope this helps, Thxrium. Sorry my comment was a long read. Lol
Thxrium the quickest and best way to progress is to drill the basics. I don't mean just for like 1 week or even a month. At least 1 year of basics. That includes you have to be able to achieve the splits so stretching everyday is a must to get the splits. Also basic kicks as well which is the martialclub video basics kicks and combos by Andy Le. At the same time you need to be training basic acrobatic moves such as aerial, backflip, front flip, side flip butterfly twist, cart front, cart full, cheat gainer and corkscrew. If you train all of this 5 days a week for at least 2 hours for a whole year then it's going to be miles easier for you to attempt more difficult moves like Andy Le is performing here.

Taijutsu is one of many fundamental schools of Ninpo. Including Kujiin/Kujikiri [weaving hand signs]. Jutsu means 'technique' and I believe 'Tai' to mean 'Body'.
