MWO Build & Skills : New Tech PACs & Plasma Veagle

With the May patch having dropped, some of the new tech weapons like Plasma Cannons got a much needed buff. While I’m still (tbh) not sold on their effectiveness, the new weapons do open up a wide variety of new builds which is great!
In this video, I showcase a build (edited) from Levenstein_, one of my twitch viewers. While I don’t rate it very highly performance wise (not S-tier or A-tier), it can still do some work and is actually pretty fun and challenging to play! Sometimes, that’s more important than an S-tier build.
