It's important to remember to apply thermal compound between the ICM and the "mounting plate" which actually doubles as a heat sink, the tech in this video missed this, I can't see this repair lasting long at all.
This has already been prepared as the rotor arm screw can be very very difficult to remove and the rotor arm may require levering off . In fact after 30+ years of stripping modifying and repairing these things its easier just to remove the 3 x 12 mm head bolts , unplug it and put it in a vice !
