- Jesmonite AC100を使って、テラゾ（人造大理石）を作る紹介動画です
今回は、前回の動画よりも少し大きめの柄（大きめの破片）を入れる例です。破片もジェスモナイトでやっていますが、木片など別の素材でも大丈夫です（ただし金属など極端に硬度が違う素材を混ぜると、削る際にうまくいかないため注意してください）
テラゾの基本がわかれば、オリジナルのコースター、トレイ、テーブル天板など様々な用途に応用が可能です

■使用する材料
- ジェスモナイトAC100 約650g
- ジェスモナイト ピグメント（着色剤）黒、赤、黄、各少々
- 四軸ガラス繊維 30㎝角 ×2枚

■必要な道具
- 型：今回はシリコン型を使用
（木枠やアクリル板で型を作ってもOK：木の場合、事前に離形処理をしてください）
- 秤、カップ、ヘラ、（あればベター：電動ドリル+ミキシングブレード）
- ベルトサンダー（サンディングベルトは木工用＃60）
- 研磨パッド（#100, #400, #800 を使用。水研ぎしたかったので石工用を使用しましたが、AC100の削りは木工用でも行けます）
なお、削りは電動工具があると楽ですが、頑張れば手削りでも不可能ではありません。

I am sorry to hear that you cannot get Jesmonite there.
Yes, I suppose so. Cements or resins, it probably requires other techniqes and tips to manage it, but not impossible.

Hello! Could you pls give details about sanding? you used 2 different machine and different sandpapers. which pad/sandpaper did you use in 2nd machine with water? Thank you very much!
its a belt sandpaper and a concrete polish pad you can find them on amazon!
The pigment I am using is iron oxide powder. Is the dye you use acrylic? Is the pigment you use acrylic paint?
We use Jesmonite official pigments which is water-based pigments.
You can also use acrylic paints, other pigments and dyes. However, each colour contains different substances and some of them might affect Jesmonite performances. Please test by yourself in small pieces. We suppose oil paints or solvent-based colour would not suit on Jesmonite.

The white powder is Jesmonite BASE and the white liquid is Jesmonite AC100 LIQUIDS.
The material is supplied as two components, BASE and LIQUIDS.

Thanks for your comment.
I suppose there are two possible causes.
1. Lack of mixing. You should use a mixing blade, and mix it for about 1 mins with 1000rpm.
2. The sheet material which you used. Silicone sheet is safer.
