Warriors youth are fantastic for where they're at, especially as bench guys/supporting cast. The problem was really Klay and Wiggs play, Draymonds suspensions, regression and injuries from GP2 and Looney, and Steve Kerr using 40-something lineups throughout the season.

it was clear that Steph by himself is not enough in the past 2 seasons. Definitely need a more consistent #2 scorer with Klay's uncertainty and Wiggin's dropoff. Kuminga is rising but still needs time.

In order to win you need to pair curry up with another star. Depending on who that is, they will create a system to accommodate both players. They obviously know that they have to evolve what they were doing prior cause the whole Klay situation.
Jonathan Kuminga is legitimately on the rise as a star. He was the 2nd biggest reason why the Warriors were able to get wins. Without him, they would have been worse than the Rockets. Even if he doesn't improve at all (he's 21, he will improve), he's still a 20ppg guy with solid defense.

The only weaknesses I see on Kuminga is his footwork, dribbling and 3 point shooting.

Handling will come in time. His summer workout tapes are very promising so far.
Check his month by month 3pt shooting. Notice in the last 3 months of the season it rocketed up. Most importantly, in these summer workouts, you can see he fixed the one part of his jumper that he needed to, which is his offhand release on the shot (see before and after).
Dont forget his midrange, it looks pretty smooth. Also, he's already has great rim pressure with athleticism alone, imagine what he could do with some more iq and moves. Kuminga is great, but I keep saying Moody is that glue guy. If the Warriors get rid of him, they will regret it. No matter how much Kerr has shat on him and buried him behind YMCA players, he still put his head down and contributed when he got minutes. Kuminga and Moody make me look forward to the post Steph Warriors

Warriors really need to stop big game hunting. They keep missing out on other quality win now role players/all star caliber players (Caruso, Murray). Build win now depth vs trading everything and hurting your cap for one player
But why would Klay be disappointed? I mean, despite his significant injury in 2019, GSW showed faith in him by offering him a five-year, $190 million max contract, even though they knew he couldn't play a whole season the following year and had no assurance he'd be the same again. It turned out he got injured again the following year and missed another whole season, not playing for two seasons, yet the team still respected him and offered their support. To be fair, Klay doesn't necessarily deserve a max contract right now. I mean, he deserves it because he's part of the core, but how he played last season was clearly a sign not to give him the max at this time. He knows it, and the team knows it-they are the most expensive team in the NBA, yet they didn't make it to the playoffs, which is absurd. The team needs more help in scoring, and they need more cap space to do it. The team supported him during his downfall, and now they need him to accept that this is the reality-they're struggling, he's struggling, and he's not the same anymore due to that worst injury of his.If I were the GM, I would also think twice-unless they don't want to win another championship. Klay's options depend on what his priorities are and how he views it at this moment. Would he accept whatever GSW offers him because he wants another championship, another shot at glory, and is willing to take a step backward for the team? Or does he want to earn more, in which case another team would undoubtedly love his services and would likely offer him the max.

Warriors gotta learn from the Lakers past recent years. Trading for someone who has the same last name/first name (dlo for westbrook) and now (Pg for cp3) is not gonna bring you to win a chip.
