- Hi Everyone! In this video I take you step by step through how I implement GTD (Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-Free Productivity by David Allen) in my bullet journal. This is really an overview of my entire planning process, from my GTD lists and future log, to my calendex and master to do list, and then to my monthly, weekly, and daily spreads. If you want to rock your planning routine this is the way to do it! Enjoy!

I have watched literally hundreds of planning/ planner videos and this by far the best. It incorporates decorating along with practicality. It is very informative and I love how you explain your planning process.
+Crystal Rodabaugh What a compliment! Thank you! 😊
This was great! I use both GTD and a BuJo but I don't have them meshed well together. This gave me some ideas.
I'm using an A5 for my GTD, but still got some great ideas from your video. TFS
This is so funny to look at now!!!
Makes so much sense...motivating me to restart my BuJo?..
So helpful! I'm sure I will be referencing this video to others.
That would be so great! Thank you, Marion, I'm glad you like it.
Where did you find the printable? I’ve looked on the website and can not find it?
Great system!
Great!
That's a great system. Thanks for sharing
Thank you! I'm really hoping this helps people be more productive.
I've just discovered your channel and I LOVE it!! I have been craving a good GTD setup and your video is so helpful and basically nonsense-free! You have made my life more wonderful!!
+silvija.p This comment made my day! I am so glad I could help. 😊
What do you do with the tasks you have not completed from the other days? 😊
Great question! If they’re on the two pages I’m looking at or the ‘spread’ I just leave them there, because it’s enough of a reminder that I still have to do that one, until I turn the page. Then I go through them and rewrite the ones I want to keep. That way I only have one ‘active’ spread and I don’t ‘lose’ any tasks. I hope that helps!
this was far too busy for me.
