Is the light not going on on the charger? If it is not your battery may be 0% and the charger cannot recognize it. Therefore you must "jumpstart" the battery with another craftsman battery. Positive to positive and negative to negative, with another craftsman battery, so that it can get a charge so the charger can recognize it.
@@peterpalmer7014 absolutely nothing at all! That came out wrong I just already have 6 v20 batteries I just wanted to stay on craftsman is all I meant, don’t want to have to many chargers and batteries confusing myself lol
So… would you recommend this unit or their electric power washer that goes up to 1200 psi?? I like the cordless option if this but really, if it’s attached to a water hose, it has the same number of “cords” attached to it as the other more powerful power washer…
Its good for remote locations where electricity or a garden hose is unavailable. Places such as campgrounds, the woods or other remote locations. If you are looking for more power and something to use at home, I'd go with the more powerful model.
Love your KDXs. They look great. I sold mine. After 20 years it needed more TLC than I was interested in. Got tired of wrenching. Amazing bikes. They should make another KDX. Now, I have a yz250x
Yeah I love my KDX, such a great trail bike. I wish they could make them again but these EPA regulations really harm these companies. It would be nice, but unfortunately probably not gonna happen.
Doesn’t seem to have enough pressure to even make the soap sprayer useful? That’s my only downfall right now, if anyone has any tips that would be great
The soap comes out well but doesn't come out foamy. This tool is really only for light duty applications. I use it to clean my dirt bike and it works great for that.
Do not buy this product. Absolutely terrible. I got more pressure from my water hose without this machine. I returned it to my local Ace Hardware and got my money back. I told the salesman that this is a pitiful product ... Come on craftsman!! get it together.
I watched this vid so I could figure out how to turn it on. He didn’t show that. I have a fully charged battery, hose in bucket. Everything hooked up when I pull the trigger, Nothing happens.
I have had this happen in the past. The one seen in the video had to be replaced about a year after this was recorded. It no longer turned on. You may have to contact craftsman to figure out what's wrong.
Probably would have been much better if Craftsman created a 40 volt to give more power instead of the 20 v. but then the weight holding it would be an issue. Overall, not too impressed.

There’s a bare “B” version listed on Craftsman’s site, but I haven’t found it listed for sale or pre-sale anywhere yet. I would much rather have that one, but oh well.
Save your money folks. Unless you intend to use it for simple applications similar to what your hose can do, if not better, the product is useless. Cheap plastic build and fittings and spray with tight nozzle no more than 5 feet. Garbage in my opinion and you can have mine out of the box for 1/2 the price.
Definitely not for heavy tasks but it has its uses, especially on delicate material. Also, you can't use a hose in the woods or in a remote location so the pump feature is great.

I agree, after using it more, it has not been the most helpful tool. Only case it would be nice is in an off grid scenario without access to a pressurized water source.
Fun side notes on this product review. The unvaccinated are also living our lives as normal, and with fewer case of myocarditis and birth defect by comparison.

Thanks! I just bought one and it still has the same curiosities with labeling. GPM and the battery graphic.
Yeah it's odd

Hope you enjoy!

I have issues with the battery charger. Does it take a while to even show a charge?

Dude sweet!!! Made my day lol was about to settle for the ryobi so glad I can add another tool to my v20
Yeah, it's a great tool, can use it anywhere there is water. Plus when you attach a garden hose to it, it has even more pressure
@@EverydayTools sounds and looks sweet man definitely the first channel to have this tool! Subbed lol

@@mercury0214 what's wrong with the Ryobi?

How did you get that hose to work? I can't seem to get it to suck the water...
You have make sure you have it deep enough in the water and maybe try backfilling the hose
@@EverydayTools Thanks, turns out the click adapter wasn’t fully installed. Got it to work.

Absolutely terrible save your money
I have one but it doesn't spray when using that hose why?
You may have to prime it, meaning, there may be air in the line not allowing it to suck up the water.

It is underpowered unfortunately
I saw this yesterday in lowes. It looks identical to dewalts cordless pressure washer. I’m just wondering about the reliability of it.
Still works for me up until this point. Pretty good piece

HOW LONG DID YOUR 4 AH BATTERY LAST AND HOW LONG DID YOUR 2 AH BATTERY LAST?
Depends on how long you use it, but the 4 ah, which is the one I tested can last upwards of 45 minutes
Probably would have been much better if Craftsman created a 40 volt to give more power instead of the 20 v. but then the weight holding it would be an issue. Overall, not too impressed.
Actually they just came out with a 40v pressure washer. It's on sale at Lowe's right now for $449
Ryobi is 600 psi.
That one is great too!
@@EverydayTools Great, without the too.

I actually just used it yesterday to clean off my bike. Worked great, definitely worth the price.

Not sure, never used that one, but I know this is one of the best for the money.
