As long as this is used for light duty jobs (e.g. cleaning tools, washing cars, etc.), this tool might be useful. However, for mid-size jobs e.g. prepping decks, fences for staining, this definitely ISN’T a pressure washer. Btw, no more coffee today for you Captain Hyped!
Actually a very handy tool for some very common situations and applications, not all situations require 2000 psi especially in hard to access locations with no power
I just bought one of these and could not be happier. I think there is some confusion around branding or expectations. This is not a pressure washer. This thing essentially turns a bucket of water into a garden hose with a high-pressure nozzle. I live in a high-rise condo with a terrace that does not have a spigot so this is perfect for my needs. I could also see this being a great tool for cleaning gear or vehicles when camping or working away from a hose hookup. Looking at comments across YT, it seems that a lot of folks buy this expecting it to perform like a 3000psi pressure washer and are disappointed. If you have a spigot with a hose that can reach your job, this is probably not the tool for you.
Could anyone who has this power washer tell me which is the most powerful nozzle? I want the washer to strip paint off of an old building that I painted at least 20 years ago and not sure which nozzle I should use to do that. I probably shouldn't be using it at all actually but I don't think it will get done if I don't personally do it. I actually just bought this washer about a week ago and am having trouble with using it because of a problem I have with my arms. I guess I thought it had a little gadget on it like my Dewalt backpack sprayer does so that I don't have to keep holding down the trigger. I'm not young and it about kills my arms having to do that. I'm afraid if I get a gas operated sprayer that I might accidentally ruin it. I'm not good at trying to figure out directions and the one that comes with this power washer does not impress me.
I found this pretty good product for washing the Bicycle, it is not too high so it won't damage the drive train but powerful enough to clean the light grease. For our bicycle shop this saves us so many trouble and we can bring it anywhere in the shop and customer volume just goes up.
I work in hotel maintenance and I've had a few uses for this tool. It's not powerful enough to shine your car but is just enough to wash ac coils, evaporative cooler basins, windows, muddy bicycles, moldy fridges but nothing major.
Ahhhh. no they dont ! Still tons of people waiting on a 23ga cordless pin nailer and have been waiting for years. Cordless rebar tier, stick vac (perhaps dewalt would be better off to license there battery's to a good vacuum manufacture since they are known for making crap vacs), pvc cutter, Flexvolt concrete vibe, would all be real nice too. Plus there are many tools that they have that need to be updated. Dont get me wrong I am a Dewalt fan and currently its my only cordless platform and I have A LOT of the cordless tools but Dewalt needs to get their butt in gear and stop making a new radio every 3 months and fix some of their current short falls and start developing products pros want and need. I hate to add another battery platform but Im getting real close.
@@afbigfish1 Damn I mean compared to other brands, dewalt is the only one that has electric caulking guns. Portable lights, ties saws, shears, concrete vibrators that work with the flex volt batteries so no need to upgrade there. also the 6Mha battery is more then enough for most contractors and applications. Dewalt is way ahead of the game when it comes to construction tools and equipment. But I do agree they need to start introducing some new construction tools. This is coming from a Dewalt guy not a Milwaukee fan boy. Actually Milwaukee will never get another dollar from me but that's a different discussion. Just because you may not want a stick vac that doesn't mean nobody else does. With the popularity of dyson/stick vacs it would be a good seller as long as it wasn't like some of the other dewalt vacs/extractors they made. It needs to be good not just yellow and black. Does it suck up wads of insulation? No. but for light debris and sawdust its great. They might need to let someone else make the vac and just supply the batteries. If it came close to dyson or shark performance many people would buy one asap just for the battery compatibility alone. Hell even Ryobi offers one (im sure it stinks but they have one which is more than I can say for Dewalt) As far as the concrete vibe I can tell you never used the Dewalt one because it sucks. They need to update it and make it stronger, brushless motor which is why I said make it a Flexvolt so they can stick a bigger motor in there. Flexvolt battery in 20v tool only increases runtime not performance. The RPMs are OK could use a small bump but I think it needs more weight in the head to give it stronger vibration hence bigger stronger motor to spin that weight. It also needs the ability to switch between a 4' and 8-10' whip so Im sure a stonger motor will be needed for the longer whip, so yea it needs to be "Flexvolt". I didnt even mention their drywall screw gun while it is OK the lack of push drive ( silent until driving screw unlike older units the motor is triggered on off when pushed which makes it quiet and battery lasts longer) is a biiiiiig negative especially since many others already have it and the drywall cutout tool that burns up bearing left and right needs to be addressed too. Dont believe me check the interwebs its a well documented issue yet Dewalt refuses to acknowledge it. Oh and still no 23 ga pin nailer you forgot that many and I mean MAAAAAAANY people have been waiting/begging for. I hardly see Any makita or Milwaukee tools other then the occasional battery drill. And Ryobi? who professional contractor uses Ryobi? If you use Ryobi just use Kobalt from lowes, It's a made by Black+Decker if I remember correctly. at least then it won't explode when dropped. It will keep our tools, trailer, trucks and clients driveways clean year round. I'll have a follow up video soon on all things this can be used for/works for
@@LandbergTileTV come on man...that is simply not true. A driveway and truck! Maybe with two batteries and only if you have it hooked up to a hose. Not to mention the plastic connection points. No way this hold up after a year. I sent mine back to home depot.
Some people around here are jerks! You can't compare this tool to a professional heavy duty pressure washer. I would use this power cleaner to wash a dirty and dusty area after work, clean some tools, remove fresh stains of paint in the floor, etc, etc. I think it's a great idea to have this in the truck!
Ive wanted this since i heard about it. Jus waiting to see if there is a sale before the spring time comes dont need any batteries tho. Then get rid of my ryobi 1 with a dewalt adapter
It’s good for what it is. If your on a job with no power or running water and you can use this to pump water/clean tools. Way better than cleaning everything by hand in a bucket... It’s not suppose to replace a regular pressure washer.. best in class for this type of washer!!
Very late comment but this is perfect for cleaning the radiators on our four wheelers when going muddy and out and about on trails. Find a pond and use the water. Quick and easy and takes the stress out of an over heating four wheeler
The "soap cannon" that comes with it is terrible, I connected it to my $10 foam cannon on Part 2 here, it works okay ua-cam.com/video/4QwggU0NSlE/v-deo.html
Can it also work of 2.0Ah batteries? I have one 5.0 and two 2.0 batteries and was hoping I could use all of them. Of course the run time of the 2.0Ah batteries will be shorter but will the tool run full power on them?
For real. For those jobs not big enough for your typical set up. I had to texture 2 rooms the other day. A texture gun of this sort would of been bad ass.
I think people in the comment section really have their expectations high for a PORTABLE power washer. No way will it be as powerful as an eletrical or gas pressure washer but ill admit its snug, does the job, and it takes no space at all in my trunk. Would Highly recommend for a solo individual who is all about keeping there ride clean and not wanting to constantly spend money in a car wash. Good video!
Hey brother, great video! That looks like a perfect tool for what I need. Where did you get it? I looked for it in Amazon but it's not there.... thank you, God bless!
I was gonna get this to clean my car but the water output seems quite low. I would like if they added the ability to switch to low pressure high output, to at least match a garden hose. I like the idea though.
1 gal per minute will empty the 5 gal bucket quickly. Instead of hauling extension cords you now are hauling 5 gal buckets of water like jack and Jill.

The vibrator is amazing, the 6mha battery lasts for a really long time, its super durable even when being totally submerged in concrete from the od drop, its easy to take apart, clean out and put back together, All the concrete guys we hire have a Dewalt vibrator. If you want a 23Gage pin nailer here is the name DWFP2350K Most people don't care for a 23g nailer when 90% of the time 18 gage is enough. hell even 12 is small enough to get the job done. Dewalt has introduced the new D36000 Tile saw. Why haven't makita done a tile saw lineup? Like I said earlier, Dewalt may not have everything but what they have are Fantastic tools hands down. The dealer support is there and sometimes that's what matters. If they guys at the desk have your back. I steel framed an entire basement using my new 6Mha battery. Never charged it once. Dropped it a few times Loved it. From Tile saw, to lawn garden and Heavy Equipment. they have a tool for you job.
Can I add a jetter hose to the end is my
Question
Yes, you can attach a hose
@@LandbergTileTV wow 🤩 amazing tool dewalt knows man they just know
Thank you so much sir foe showing this to us.
So nice of you
Wow. Have been waiting for Dewalt to do this for sometime now. Once again very informative video. Always appreciate you brother. I will be looking into this as one of my future purchases. Thanks again always enjoy your videos. “FLIP”
Thanks brother! This is one awesome unit!
How long does one charge take?
Full charged battery will last hours
Liked the pressure washer. But I’m more interested in the knife you used to open the box. Any details on that?
Do you know if it would work with Dewalt compact 4.0 Ah batteries?
Good question, I'll add this info to the part 2 follow up video uploading this weekend.
What happened to using the hose?
I have stuff built in my tile machine that I tried to get rid of with a wire brush with no luck... Do you think this will do the job or I would need something else?
Use vinegar
I got it. Thanks for the better explanation.
replaces the need for electricity? how do you charge your batteries? by faith?
lol install already charged batteries
Doesn't seem nearly strong enough to really do deep cleaning
It will keep our tools, trailer, trucks and clients driveways clean year round. I'll have a follow up video soon on all things this can be used for/works for
I agree seems weak need Milwaukee fuel line lol get atleats 1000 psi
@@LandbergTileTV come on man...that is simply not true. A driveway and truck! Maybe with two batteries and only if you have it hooked up to a hose. Not to mention the plastic connection points. No way this hold up after a year. I sent mine back to home depot.
Where was the foam?
I am in the UK, where dewalt run 18v. Will a 18v battery work on that 20 v machine????
It's the same battery. They just call it 20v in NA to differentiate it from the previous nickel cadmium 18v line.
Yes. I use 18V battery on 20V tool
Yeah that does seem pretty cool I love how easy it is to set
Think powerful enough to clean lawnmower deck?
i would think so
Back to the drawing board!!
How long did it take you to charge the battery???
You didn’t mention, is it brushless probably not
i don't believe so
Is sounds loud for the power it seems to have?
Not too loud, check out the follow up video in description or pinned comment.
Will it take a 60v 9hr battery??
my 9amp flex fits
where will i be able to buy this item
Ive wanted this since i heard about it. Jus waiting to see if there is a sale before the spring time comes dont need any batteries tho. Then get rid of my ryobi 1 with a dewalt adapter
What is the brand of that little machete you have there?
It’s good for what it is. If your on a job with no power or running water and you can use this to pump water/clean tools. Way better than cleaning everything by hand in a bucket... It’s not suppose to replace a regular pressure washer.. best in class for this type of washer!!
Glad I watched this. Was about to go buy one.
lol, same. Looks like trash. Needs to be 1500+ PSI before it starts to make sense.
Looking at the negative comments make me feel like people have silly expectations. It’s cordless. Pretty impressive for cordless.
Yes, we still use this on a weekly basis remodeling our bathrooms. Thanks for the comment.
Is a brushed or brushless tool?
Silly question, what stand is on the tile saw & where can I purchase it?
Very late comment but this is perfect for cleaning the radiators on our four wheelers when going muddy and out and about on trails. Find a pond and use the water. Quick and easy and takes the stress out of an over heating four wheeler
I’m interested in the knife you used to open the box. Where can I get one?
I've been needing this in my arsenal 👍😁
It's definitely a keeper
Nice!
GO Berg!
Go Redd! 👊👊👊
I love that foam gun so clear
The "soap cannon" that comes with it is terrible, I connected it to my $10 foam cannon on Part 2 here, it works okay ua-cam.com/video/4QwggU0NSlE/v-deo.html
Will 21700 8ah batteries fit?
This can be powered with 4ah and yes, a 9ah fits so that battery should as well.
Can it also work of 2.0Ah batteries? I have one 5.0 and two 2.0 batteries and was hoping I could use all of them. Of course the run time of the 2.0Ah batteries will be shorter but will the tool run full power on them?
Does it come with dental floss?
Best reply.....awesome
Hi. Where can I buy this ?
They need to make something like this for spraying Texture 💯💯💯
For real. For those jobs not big enough for your typical set up.
I had to texture 2 rooms the other day. A texture gun of this sort would of been bad ass.
@@dannydee9919 would have
Can I still connect a hose in the unit?
yes you can
what kind of pants are those?
Thank you. This video is concise with very good camera work. This will be my mother's day gift request!!! I wish you much success in your future!!!!
It looks like a loud pump up sprayer. Hell it rains harder than that lmao
Where is the plastic box?
The foam canon lost me, sorry. But cleaning off tools at the job site may work
I’m sure Milwaukee is gonna wanna top dewalt now
I wouldn't mind to see that and they still need to make a power station and a tile saw.
How much does this cost.
Good video!
What a knife brother!!!!
Hey brother, great video! That looks like a perfect tool for what I need. Where did you get it? I looked for it in Amazon but it's not there.... thank you, God bless!
I picked it up at Home Depot, they stocked it this past Monday
@@LandbergTileTV
Oh shit, nice brother. Thank you!🙏🏻👍🏻
How much is the price
I was gonna get this to clean my car but the water output seems quite low. I would like if they added the ability to switch to low pressure high output, to at least match a garden hose. I like the idea though.
1 gal per minute will empty the 5 gal bucket quickly. Instead of hauling extension cords you now are hauling 5 gal buckets of water like jack and Jill.
You can attach it to a hose too duh.
Anybody else hear Dan Aykroyd's voice from Coneheads when he speaks?
I wanted to see the soap attachment…
