Oh wow. I adore those buttery, creamy notes. What a wonderful sounding single grain! Glad the body raised a bit from the weaker nose as well. Love this one Matt! We'll have to try!
In honesty, I have fallen out of love with Teeling where nothing quite has hit like the Small batch. This sounds different with the grainy lightness. Great review as always!
@@TheWhiskeyNerd finally opened the bottle, you can definitely tell this is straight corn whiskey. It’s very sweet especially being finished in wine barrels. Got some cherry and maybe raspberry notes that I liked. Good stuff.
Not for me, this was my 1st single grain and not a patch on some of the single malts I've had, tastes like cheap whiskey.. and at €50 a bottle it's not cheap, disappointed.. I'll be buying Powers 3 Swallow
Powers 3 swallow is criminally underrated, but always a good whiskey! The one thing about Teeling's grain is that they source it, so if you don't like it, don't automatically assume you won't like their malt or pot still, as you might (hopefully) be surprised!
What's your favourite Single Grain Whiskey?
I love a good single grain, and Teeling make a DELICIOUS single grain!
You're exactly right they do!
ROSE!!!!
I haven't had this one Matt, but now I want to!!!
You should! Definitely a whiskey for people with a sweet tooth!
I like Teelings selections because of you! I think this sounds interesting for sure! I’ll look for it! Cheers!
Thanks Ann! My goal is to make more people interested in Irish whiskey after all!
I really liked the description with the strawberry. Great review I do want to see more si gle grain whiskey
It was so nice, really well balanced with the berries and creaminess
We don't have this one but the notes from the wine barrels sound tasty. Now I have to look up what candy floss is lol. Nicely done!
Cheers! Definitely a whiskey for people with a sweet tooth!

Thanks so much! It's a really nice dram, especially for people who are fond of sweet treats or wine (or both!)
Great review and yes I enjoy this very much.
Cheers 🥃
Cheers! Yeah, it's a really solid dram!
This is such an approachable, lovely whiskey. The Teeling 13 year old single grain they released last year was sensational
It really is! I don't have a full bottle, but I tried a couple of drams at a bar and it ead really special!
Nice review.
Cheers!
Making me want to try more Irish Whiskeys. You are making it sound so tasty. cheers.
Not gonna lie, that is absolutely my goal!
looks great 🥃
It is! Cheers!
Not one I enjoy. But very much agree with it being a well crafted whiskey and a great introductory one, specially to wine drinkers.
To each their own I guess, but yeah, wine drinkers love these kinds of whiskey. I used single grain whiskeys to get Rose used to whiskey!

It definitely is a different feeling to the other options in their lineup! Cheers man!
I just found a bottle of this, haven’t cracked it yet. I may have to get into it this weekend.
Nice! Let me know how you like it when you crack it open!

@@ethanjf713 Yeah, I definitely got some nice berries on it, glad you enjoyed it!
On a scale or 1-10 how sweet is it? With all that corn and the red wine finish I could only imagine it being a sweet bomb!
If 1 is salt, and 10 is maple syrup... I'd say its a 6.5-7!
MATT!!! Another great review!!! I think I may have seen this at the store, so I need to check this out!!! I could do something with this!!! CHEERS!!!
Ooh, I think you could definitely make something nice with this, as well as having a nice whiskey to sip on!
Sweet, creamy, light, but with a little punch? Sounds like a great "gateway drug!"
Haha, that it is!
Wow this one's 46%, I gotta get on this one
Hope you can find it!
