This “health influencer” seems to be unaware that melatonin is not recommended by any sleep expert to be ingested on a regular basis. In fact, the research shows that while melatonin supplements may help people fall asleep, they do not appear to be effective at helping them stay asleep. Melatonin can also disturb your circadian rhythm, eventually make it more difficult to fall asleep as well. If you have trouble sleeping, speak to a doctor rather than listening to snake oil salesmen on UA-cam trying to make a quick buck
The biggest thing that helped me sleep better is staying on a strict schedule, get up early in the morning no matter how late you sleep the night before, pick a morning time to wake up and stay with it, within a few days it'll be easy to sleep again

All of these things can improve your sleep quality and ease of falling asleep without the need of supplements, whether you’re an insomniac or not.

And after 20-30 min if you cant anymore from all the pain ger up and go to bed i promise you will have pain everywhere and getting into bed will make it seem like all the pain went away and your bed is as soft as a clout. You will sleep in 1 min. Just try it out and see by yiurself. Dont touch your phone. Phone has to be completly away

And so this for as long as you can. Atleast 20 or 30 min. Ehy the streight back and hard floor. Keeping a dtreight bsck sitting on the hsrd floor hurts and Hurts extremly after 20 min your back hurts and your feet hurt fron tbe floor. But thats ehat its supposed to. It has to hurt eberyhwere. And after 20-30 min if you cant anymore from all the pain ger up and go to bed i promise you will have pain everywhere and getting into bed will make it seem like all the pain went away and your bed is as soft as a clout. You will sleep in 1 min. Just try it out and see by yiurself. Dont touch your phone. Phone has to be completly away
