      It makes buffing more easy. I use my e file with a fine barrel tip works great.

    Love cnd retention question can I use a different primer and bond with cnd acrylics thanks

    • @NailsrusCa
      @NailsrusCa  9 років тому +6

      Good question, Yes you can! But why use primer and bonder? CND's liquid and powder formula is one of the best powder formula on the market, it's formulated so well that using primer and bonder use are optional! In my past experience as a nail tech and with other nail techs, when we were working with CND's liquid and powder none of us ever use primer or bonder unless the clients natural nails were very oily. Save your money and save the extra step and try it without primer and bonder and see how well it goes for you. If it doesn't go well then opt for primer and bonder.

    Hello I wanted to ask which acrylic powder should I use when doing a regular acrylic nail set?

    • @NailsrusCa
      @NailsrusCa  10 років тому +7

      It all really depend how you like it to look, but we recommend natural sheer powder for a natural looking acrylic vs the pinks is for pink and white set and the clear powder is widely use as what some refer to as powder gel set. But one thing you have to keep in mind as these are a much higher quality nail powders and prices are higher too. So if you are using CND powders, we recommend charging a higher price then the market price a bit. Also do remember that using CND powders you can skip putting on nail primer if you like as these powders are formulated to bond better then other brands, so that makes primer use optional.

    • @Twins_and_friends7
      @Twins_and_friends7 2 роки тому

      @@artchicke no u dont need anything else, this one doesn’t need a primer, your nails should never pop off if you make sure you prep the natural nails, get off any cuticle and buff off any shine

    I have been working with cnd system for about 10 years now but lately some of my clients complained about the heat that they get from the nails when they are in the curing process.

      I have worked with CND Products as well. I strongly recommend that when the client is putting in their hand on the lamp to cure, they should put it in starting slowly until the hand has fully reach all the way in .

      Try the Solar Radical from CND As with any business they have branched out to other places so the product could be changing. I saw a lady use the clear powder and said she paid 5.00 for the clear??? Sounds a bit black market. Always try to go through the company.
