Miracle Clay for Injuries/Pain

Never stir the clay. Never use plastic or metal spoons or containers. Place the clay powder in a glass or ceramic container for optimal benefits, then add the water very gently by pouring it slowly down the side of the glass or ceramic container disturbing the clay powder as little as possible. DO NOT STIR! Just let the jar set and allow the clay to absorb the water as the Earth absorbs rain. This allows the clay mud to set itself up in the optimal healing structure. The mixture is a 1:1 ratio, one part clay to one part water, equal parts clay and water, half clay to half water.
