      Eu dobrei em L um parafuso de 12 centímetros de cabeça sextavada de 14 mm de ferro macio que não aguenta nem 50 kilos de pressão mas que me atende muito bem quando eu vou torcer o eixo da roda da minha motocicleta. Tudo é uma questão de custo e benefício, quem paga dez vezes mais numa chave Allen e imprime nela vinte vezes mais pressão pra remover ou apertar um parafuso que não suporta nem a metade dessa pressão?. Eu também gosto de ferramentas de boa qualidade, mas gosto muito também de uma outra qualidade de ferramentas chamada de um quinto de preço e que faz perfeitamente mesmo serviço, entende?.

    In fact, all components, including the hydraulic press, are made in China; it's just that the brand and price vary. You can see there's a Chinese label on the hydraulic press that reads: 'Anhui Bengbu Dayang Sensor System Engineering Co., Ltd., China'.

    Price-force ratio i would say the china $1 1st (excellent result overall), wurth 2nd (given that was the only that broke it means that is really hardened, so it will last for life, good for professionals), and no name $0.3 3d (great deal for ocasional use).

    • @kikixchannel
      @kikixchannel Місяць тому +2

      In my opinion, the German one was too hard. It shouldn't be hardened to the point of snapping that fast after first signs of wear (it did twist a little).
      While I understand that above 300kg's is a LOT of force, it becomes far less impressive if you use additional leverage. Which its long handle does in fact not only offer in 'standard', but makes easier to use through pipes and what not.
      Furthermore, it being so hard can actually damage the screws head easier. If both the key and screw head have more comparable hardness, the metal of the key won't bite into it that easily and won't scratch it out.
      It may be good if you are absolutely sure you only use screws with hard heads and always use only enough force to stay within an average amount of force with no additional leverage. But I don't think that anyone that does it for a living anywhere outside their own workshop can give such warranties.

      Taiwan has a lower industrialization level in comparison to others, they cannot make many things except chips whose machines are also imported. If you look at the Taiwanese cities, they look as if they are still stuck in the 1990s. China is underrated, it actually has very high level of industrialization level and capacity as well. If you look at Chinese cities, they look futuristic and cyperpunk.

Para ajustes especiales se deben de usar llaves dinamometricas y para ajustes corrientes la fuerza no debe superar el largo de la palanca de la llave,

    So my question is what's the point of this experiment? No one is putting 100lbs (nevermind kg) on any of those tools, they aren't made for that. Otherwise they would be much longer and beefier. If you're slipping a bar over a hex key, you're using the hex key wrong.

    Well China also makes from $1 to $10 one, 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 dollars, this is all about how much you want to pay. and I don't think you can do 200Kg with your finger, so what is the point of 450Kg?
