CheesyGranola yeah but we have waaaaaaaay less time with cooler, if he had been an actual Villain in the series he may have been higher quality. We'll never know for sure though.
My favorite villain is actually Staff Officer Black. His genuinely polite and soft-spoken demeanor and complete belief in the Red Ribbon Army's goal of world domination, even to the point of shooting his superior officer for treason, makes him a very unique and likable villain for this franchise. He's a bit of a niche choice, though, and I'd be shocked to see him anywhere on this list.
Actually not a bad opinion. It was a shocker when he did that and when I first read Dragonball 2 years ago, read it before Z btw, I still know the chapter bookmark as its a good read as a refresher, chapter 56 of volume 5. I never saw it coming and to see such a forgettable side character become so pivotal in the arc is what Dragonball was about, this i feel is shown in super as well when Hit decides to throw the competition for Monaka's sake.
PushoverMediaCritic I agree the only problem was that not that many people (including me) remember that much of the red ribbon arc. I wish he got more attention (like most of the z fighters in dragon ball)
JMtheSmartAlec I feel like the red ribbon arc had a lot of potential and many of the RRA officers (especially silver) could have easily become staples of the series if handled better.
I kinda wish Cooler had been a canon character and actually had his own arc, even just a filler one, maybe to replace the Garlic Jr arc, maybe even have him instead of Mecha Frieza (granted though that would get rid of a badass scene with Trunks, but it wouldn't be so bad if it happened to cooler instead), feel like the idea of 2 rival brothers with Frieza being the favourite and Cooler loathing the fact that his younger sibling is more loved would be an interesting concept.
TheBrownTown008 Instead of mechanical frieze and king cold coming to earth, Cooler comes to earth to prove himself by wiping out the ones that killed his brother. Could have worked.
Aronia55 No, I meant giving him a whole arc, make his further form just as powerful as an SSJ, maybe have him fight with Goku on equal ground until Trunks comes in and helps defeat him, starting the introduction of Trunks.
@@jessebrown1996 better late then never ehem but yes I agree with this also cooler return jus bein a copy paste taking over new namek was so dumb and metal body cooler wants to stand out from his lil bro so bad but ends up following in his foot steps more then anything they could've did so much with cooler
Freeza: GINYU, DOUBLE TIME! Zarbon really screwed the pooch on this one! Zarbon: Lord Freeza, Vegeta's really giving us a pounding! Freeza: I'm coming Zarbon! Grab my balls!!!
raw power, little to no lines, lack of creative moves and design familiar to anyone who saw trunks fighting Perfect cell for the first time. i won't be surprised if that happens
Many Broly fans would be pissed, yes he doesn;t deserve to be on the list but pretty sure he'll be. The only good thing about him it's his dominance on the z fighters, that;s all, he's dumb, boring and have 0 character development.
I think the Shadow Dragons deserve a little more credit. Has anyone noticed this subtle detail? Syn Haze Eis Nova Rage Oceanus Naturon The dragons have great designs, cool powers, disstinct personalities, and the whole arc is actually a pretty entertaining cautionary tale about relying too much on any one thing. If the shadow dragons are the sum of Goku's mistakes, the universal Spirit Bomb is the sum of his accomplishments.
@@obliviongigan6360 Well...I think they look cool. And they do have personality. Rage-Careless and Arrogant. Nova-Stoic yet honorbound. Syn/Omega-Sadistic and cruel. And so on.
@marmik961 I agree they had personality and great designs (barring Naturon and Haze), but the way they were handled made the first 4 dragons seem more like joke characters as opposed to actual threats, and they really didn't explain Syn/Omega's motivation as anything more then "be evil to be evil".
AleXizzed He's either in the next episode, or not at all. Honestly, i hate Broly as a character. His entire reason for hating Goku is because he cried, and he's just there for being a giant muscly mass of strength..
+Swagger of a Cripple But that _is_ the reason for Broly's involvement in the story. His personality and actions don't really deviate from that statement. Yes he was almost killed by Vegeta's father and left out to die, but notice he harbors no extreme hate to Vegeta. *_Paragus_* does. Paragus was made out to be a better villain.
Vegeto30294 Here's what you fail to realize. Paragus didnt mean for Goku and Broly to meet. Broly didnt involve himself. The story involved him. Goku stumbled upon him and basically triggered him lol. The story is Paragus trying to get revenge on Vegeta and shit going horribly wrong.
Tony Atzen i love it... first db saga and introduce us to everything. epic moments, like Goku vs Yamcha, first ozaru, first Kamehameha, first time using the dragon balls...
Ok, I'll agree with you on that. It was a failed attempt as a joke. Now where I think about it, it's one of goku's original villains. Have to respect him for that. And he is a useless villain, but it's one we can look back at and laugh at. can't think of any other memorable villains that accomplished this as well as him. So I guess he deserves a spot higher on this list.
Janemba having no personality as he is just pure childish evil was pretty fitting I think. I feel bad about Cooler, because conceptually and design wise he showed more promise than his brother.
Valid points about the corrupt dragons all around. but the most amusing one factor that made me laugh "IT WAS THE UNDERWEAR!" This....from a female dragon....well played pun on Toriyama's part.
He WAS a villain though; whether or not he considers himself allies with the Z-Fighters is a different story. But if Vegeta is on this list (and he darn well better be) then Beerus should be as well.
I think broly was pretty epic he had to go through loss of sleep, getting stabbed in the chest,Frieza blowing up his planet, and his father enslaving him. Most of that happened when he was an infant, where Goku was the one he hated the most.He thought Goku caused the problems of his infancy, which is why he's been out to kill him as long as he has. His troubled past is what drove him insane. And unlike most Broly fans,I know who could and could not beat him. just because you guys hate the non-canon stuff doesn't mean everyone has to.
How does he recognize goku if broly was born the same day as goku ie new born... the eyes do not fully focus. he would have seen a large pink and black blob.... which is literally every saiyan ever to him
I just want to say that all of your work is appreciated. some people get impatient for the episodes to get released but I'm just as entertained with other videos like this, and get the fact that it takes a little while to make quality episodes. Thanks so much TeamFourStar!
Cooler: How could this be!? I thought the Big Gete Star allowed me to be higher on this list!? And now brother is a better villain!? Puddin:Don't worry. You're get your own Revival movie like- Cooler:Don't you say it! Puddin:Cooler! Cooler:I'm sorry sweetie, it's just that I have nothing left. Puddin:I still love you. Cooler:I love you too. By the way where's Yogurt? Puddin:Freiza is taking care of him.
Cooler:... Puddin:I'm sure he's taking good care of Yogurt. Meanwhile* Freiza:Alright, before you can blow up a planet you need to blow up an island before that you need to blow up a building and before that you need to blow up a person. Try to blow up that midget who cutted off my tail!
I feel after Puddin tells him freiza's looking after him i feel he would have a fit of rage like vegeta in dbza ( ya know, namek ) and would probrably turn gold.
Cooler screaming from space and time* Yogurt:What's that noise? Freiza:Probably my grunts torturing the prisoners. Cooler:FREIZA FREIZA FREIZA!!! Chill:I don't know who this Freiza is but he sounds like a fine lady. Yogurt:Daddy? Freiza:Oh it's probably someone seeking revenge or some hero. Cooler transforms in the air than lands while putting on the mask* Cooler:FREIZA! Freiza: Oh hi brother here to get your tail broken again.
I'll defend Cooler a bit by saying that compared to Frieza he doesn't play with his food and gets straight to business. His posturing at the end of Movie 5 was because it looked like he was going to win so of course he'd brag.
My favorite aspect to the Shadow Dragons was each was also based off of a wish made in the series. Nuova Shenron was from King Piccolo’s wish for Youth, thus explains why he’s the most noble from a selfish wish, while Syn Shenron was formed from the wish to bring back all the worthless maggots killed by Freeza and his men.
Hmm, I've always felt that Janemba's reality manipulation made him a more interesting enemy to face than Buu, but this is after all, simply based on personality so I digress.
cody beaird game4brains ' Yeah, I know Super 17 won't be. It just sounded to make like they said "also Baby" or something. Baby's a pretty cool villain in his own right.
You know, I like you to do a video of best Abridge Villains when compared to cannon villains. Maybe see if the list would be the same or if modified villains would do better then they were on this list.
raw666 That'd be hard since the Abridged villains are their own creation, and would turn out to be more difficult to rank, for example "Yes! this is a point and lines that we did Perfectly and we're masters of writing and comedy!". It would feel like a boost for their ego alone.
In concept, the shadow dragons had SO MUCH potential. Plus, that haunting music and visual combination when they are released on the Earth... you could just tell that the end was coming, and it was going to be a dark one
Nate Landherr Its not that they said that, but considering they've already said some other villains have been excluded, and how much they hate Broly as a lame character, it makes sense if they'd exclude him
The number 1 will probably be freeza. I mean, this guy was the first "Planet Destroyer" (not counting that bullshit arlia filler). He ordered the deaths and genocides of entire planets just to make a profit. He murdered people in front of their loved ones, and enslaved a significant portion of his part of the galaxy. I mean, Buu destroyed planets too, but he was MADE to do that. If anything, Buu was nothing more than a weapon, influenced by whatever he absorbed and his master(s) bidding. Cell was evil, but his bodycount was... the soldiers he killed, and killing trunks twice (once in his timeline, and once in the present). Freeza racked up the bodycount in the billions, and he -enjoyed- it. As far as I'm concerned that puts him way on top of any DB, DBZ, and DB GT + movies villains.
I definitely agree that Freeza is going to be top 3, I feel like Vegeta is going to get #1. He was a completely brutal and overwhelming villain in his own time, taking the everyone together plus a spirit bomb plus being crushed by a giant baby monkey to bring him down. Where he has the advantage however is his character development in the following seasons; he has to have more airtime than any other villain between all the arcs. Remember, two of the main criteria are lasting appeal and their impact on the universe, and it's hard to have more impact than being one of the main characters.
The pick for 19 was actually surprising, but it's welcomed as it helps to really diverse the list and give notice to characters that haven't and don't get enough notice than they should get. It also helps foreshadow how the rest of the list will look like! I can't wait! ^o^ Also, love the humor in this count. Not over the top, but entertaining enough to watch it more than once. Keep up the Super work! ;D
If you can't have villains-turned-allies, you lose Piccolo, Vegeta, Buu twice over, Androids 16-18, Tien, and Beerus. At that point, the list of good villains is basically just Freeza, Cell, Babidi, the Ginyus, Nappa, and Raditz.
+Mister Bad Guy Not exactly. You lose Vegeta, Piccolo Jr, one form of Buu and Tien. You can still put Piccolo Daimao, most forms of Buu and Future Androids there. Beerus and 16 weren't villains, so they shouldn't count either way. To be honest even 17 and 18 weren't true villains, they never killed anybody.
Yeah, they fit more into a purely antagonist role, being against the heroes not because of them being evil, but because their goals clash against one another.
I only watch this content because I'm bored waiting for another DBZ Abridged. Remember when we used to get a new episode every month? Ah the freeza saga.
TAW Gaming He only got that high because of the impact he's had on the franchise, and his concept. Everything else just falls short and is underutilized.
Having not watched many of the actual movies, I totally bought the abridged worlds strongest kochin and wheelo dynamic as being how it plays out in the movie. It was just so plausible
Thoughts on this list. 24. Hirudegarn: You know thinking about it of the original 13 DBZ movies, Wrath of the Dragon is the only one who has a heavier focus on the new hero it introduces over the new villain Granted a lot of the time this didn't lead to really interesting new baddies or anything but yeah Movie 13 is the only one that probably has a reason why the villain would not turn out to be memorable: it's mearly the obstacle that needs to be stopped and not the big force of personality that's driving the plot. That said though with the Oozarus and even in the original series where Goku's fought mechs and ultra huge Piccolo, you don't normally see the Z warriors going up against such a huge opponent that is literally more on a giant evil Kaju "smash for the sake of smashing" level of thinking. And honestly the build up to the guy and how he actually did lead to a bit of team fighting (and again one of the few times Gohan was shown trying to fight stratigically in the entire series) is cool and the guy has a very unique look which for a movie baddie is saying something. Honestly if this movie were done today though the ending would be much better. Because say what you will about Dragon Ball Super, but if they say something is going to focus on Trunks and give him a push and development, they mean it when they have him take down the main villain (physical form mostly but still) while here's all development to Trunks and then "hey Goku has this dragon punch technique we want to promote so do that!" Again focusing on the monster itself it is ironically enough being so brainless and base and so uncaring of the fight around him that does make the beast stand out from others so yeah I can see him making the list but being so basic also explains why he's so low. 23. Cooler: I guess it wouldn't really make sense if we saw anyone from Freeza's clan as super sympathetic or had any sort of heart as even King Kold's concern only really goes so far but it does make Cooler feel fairly repetitive. Granted he does seem to be portrayed as more aware and more of a loner then his brother and seems motivated for revenge only in a "kind of feel obligated" sort of way but there's really not much to the guy which is especially sad since he is the only one to have two movies. And unlike Brolly he is the main threat throughout both of the adventures and yet what do you really remember about him that isn't just something Freezaish? Well metal him kicking Vegeta in the dick... the giant army of robo coolers and originally being destroyed being blasted into the sun but... that's really it. I guess unlike other rip off the familiar connection at least gives more of a reason why one is so much like the other and.... at least neither time Cooler gets taken out it's because of rain so yeah that is another point for him but there really is so little that Cooler did that Freeza didn't but just better and more oomph behind it. 22. Janeba: This guy's appearance yeah is really interesting and his powers are impressive and the fact he was offed by Gogeta is cool and again one of those things I've seen in dozens of AMVs before even seeing the movie but the fact he is such an obvious Buu clone is kind of grating. Especially since thinking about it, he could of easily been his own character. Think about it: Janeba was made because some hapless idiot working in the afterlive accidnetlaly knocked into a machine containing all the evil energy of other world seeping into him. Thus why he became Janeba he could of easily been a maniaical psycho feeling the pain of his transformation and wanting to forever destroy the world of the dead, or he could of still been a dumb ass rocker and just had fun messing around with the after live with his powers. Both honestly are unique personalities that actually haven't really been seen that much in DBZ and certainly wouldn't just be a copy of a baddie we've seen before. Seriously if they let the doop still had his mind when he became Janeba that would of actually made the guy stick out far more then just the run off Buu we got from him and really unlike Cooler, there's no reason this guy should of been such a Buu expy either. This actually could of been something more unique but yeah kind of a dud in terms of being memorable. More for what he looked like and his powers and what he created but... yeah honestly I think people remember Hitler more as a baddie from this movie then Janeba, and not just for the obivous reasons people would remember Hilter more either.
Part 2 of this thoughts on the list. 21. The Shadow Dragons: Okay when I was a teenager and had for the most part seen all of Dragon Ball Z I imagined various what if scenarios and arcs in my mind, and one of them being where a pair had to investiage the dragons who would become dragon balls once defeated. At the time I had only heard of GT and some things about it but hadn't seen any of it but still had wanted to do a variation of the Shadow Dragon arc at a different point of the series because yeah the idea of having differing dragons as personalities and the super power macguffins becoming a challenge the heroes have to over come is awesome. Honestly I think the ending of GT is annoying and I don't like it and hope Super never goes for anything like that, but I still love the concept of the shadow Dragons. Problem is GT is where good ideas go to be horribly executed and used which includes the shadow dragons. First off we should of seen the entire team go off and fight them and had unique battles with the Z warriors getting to take on the dragons and not just have it be "oh only Goku with Pan being annoying on the sidelines can take on these guys." But even beyond that... most of these guys are a joke. One is literally a captain planet level villain who uses pollution as a power up, one is some stupid looking frog defeated by rain (yeah no one learned from Movie 11 on how to NOT end battles in this world), one is a woman whose ultimate wind powers get defeated by... a Seagull for some reason, and then there's some stupid looking mole Goku is hesitstant about killing even though he's destroying the cities but is scuh a dumbass who then randomly has the ability to absorb others for some reason and that's a whole stupid thing. And... yeah Fire and Ice had at least sort of decent powersand ideals and I like the Fire Dragon being noble but then Omega was a pretty meh final villain with no flavor to him whatsoever. Who half the time just stands around and lets the Z warriors just do whatever and only the other half the time gets his head in gear and does something but still winds up being fairly inaffective. Granted I like the idea of a galatic spirit bomb but it just did not have the impact of any other spriit bomb ever did movies included. Honestly if they wanted to play off some of the dragons as goofs and some as serious that's fine but again give more time to flesh them out and still make them threats and make them go against other people if you really wanted to have them stand out as villains instead of the rather weak force they overall were. 20. Doctor Wheelo And Koochin: Honestly despite being an evil mad genius, Wheelo seemed like one of the more sensible characters in the DB verse. He saw Gohan's spikes of anger and realized "Koochin don't tick the kid off that could get us in trouble" and realized he was outclassed by Goku after being blasted away by a Kaio Ken attack... though his next thought after that was "well I could try finding another planet in space as I can obviously survive in this body outside of the normal atmosphere and leave the planet alone with the body I can't grab but eh I guess I'll destroy it first though becuase yeah that will work out so great." I honestly actually like the idea of these guys being from the older generation but unlike the threats from thousands of years ago are just from the previous generation thus why they believe Master Roshi to be the world's strongest (actually Master Roshi at first putting up a good fight actually showed that if he worked at it he could rise to be the level again of some of the other z warriors as seen in Resurrection F) and only had to learn of Goku. And the fact they did have unique traps and some good designs though yeah nothing really of depth or interest outside of that. And even as a kid when I first saw this movie I was like "wait how does that giant brain in that robot expect to fit any human's body at all?" Seemed like someone came up with that design but then when coming up with the plot they forgot exactly how those two were going to corrolate and that was an issue that was never corrected. But yeah these are guys IMHO much improved by their abridged series versions. Your guys and yeah even the predecessor to TFS with neighborhood cluck's world strongest with the best laid plans of a cain laser and Wheelo pointing out he's super slow thanks to that being from Tenkachi 3. 19. Freeza's Forces: Fun fact; these are the only named villains in the series (well Zarbon, Dadoria and Cui are named at least and have you know at least one fight) who have never had any interactions with Goku at all, even within the filler. Because yeah if you count GT, Andriod 17 has with Goku but... not any of the original Freeza flunkies. Probably due to Goku especially not having to do much with the plot of the Namek arc as much as being there for the action and even then the more serious action in the other half. But honestly the first half had solid set ups for these guys... I guess Cui was just there to show how tough Vegeta had gotten and then the henchmen were there to give someone our heroes to fight with and show the extent of Freeza's forces (still by far the largest orginization of villains within the series) but I argue Zarbon and Dadoria were solid enough at least henchmen in their own right. In fact the first Dragonball Z thing I think I remember seeing was Vegeta's fight with Dadoria and going "wait whose suppose to be the villain and hero here" as yeah without context it's hard to say. Plus honestly though the reason there is such a scale difference between them and Freeza (more then any other villain within the series) it makes sense with Freeza's character and not really wanting anyone on his level so if these guys still give you trouble that really just shows how fearsome he is. Plus Dadoria being such a terrible brute made for a solid introduction to how terrifying Freeza could be and I did like Zarbon trying to act all elite and sophisticiated and disgusted of his more monstorous side. For flunkies they were pretty decent though yeah obviously not the most memorable of Freeza's undelrings who you're likely saving for a much higher position.
I'm curious how high on the list Raditz will be. He was an important character but mainly just in that he was the introduction to things that the heroes would be facing in DBZ. Otherwise he's not much of a presence.
Man, I wish you could make an Appule character in Xenoverse, I love his design. Also, traditional style customizable sayajin armor along with the blasters & helmets
If it has to do with the villain's personality, I guess I could understand your reasoning so far. This is coming from somebody whose favorite DBZ movie is _Fusion Reborn._ On a side note, I recently gave GT a chance (after Super left me disappointed) and realized that Baby is actually quite awesome. *Baby better be high on this list!* EDIT: Is there really going to be no Baby? How disappointing.
One of them (think it was Lani, but not sure) said "See you at Baby" so i assume Baby will be higher on the list. To be fair, he is quite deserving of it.
GT's a decent, if not great, sequel to DBZ. Don't listen to all the GT hate. Most of it stemmed from the fact that Toriyama wasn't directly involved with everything so it wasn't considered 'canon'. The villains are well-written and the animation and art are great.
Well, their point was that Cooler mostly has a problem because he's a) such a ripoff of Freeza, and b) keeps coming up short compared to his brother even though his concept is "Freeza but if Freeza were competent." Freeza exterminated an entire species and kicked off the series, conquered Namek and wiped out its entire population, murdered Krillin and Vegeta, and had a final epic confrontation on a planet he himself had set to explode. Cooler... not so much.
Joe Seaman Idk if you like his character better, maybe you are biased towards his design, cuz his design is way more badass than any of frieza's forms.
Janemba is really visually appealing. The animation on Fusion Reborn is the best in my opinion. Wish the movie was more fleshed out and longer, since the concept is really strong.

Geekdom!!! Can bardock go supersayian with his mask on?
Phoenix Woolfolk that’s not bardock that’s masked saiyan
Super Saiyan Blue Bardock there the same people you idiot
@@infamousking1013 No they're clearly two different people. (It's a meme you doofus, don't take this seriously)
Appule was the Best Villain Ever!!!!!
Funny you spelled Raspberry wrong.
APPULE! you'd put APPULE here!? He's less threatening than a shot of raspberry schnapps much less Hirudegarn!
Vegeta Junior NOOOOOOO!!
Also Raspberry is a much more compelling member of the Frieza Forces then Appule
RasenTensho448 did you watch tfs abridged 17?
+RasenTensho448, Patton is referencing a line from DBZA, he is in fact making a joke
I think the Shadow Dragons deserve a little more credit. Has anyone noticed this subtle detail?
Syn
Haze
Eis
Nova
Rage
Oceanus
Naturon
The dragons have great designs, cool powers, disstinct personalities, and the whole arc is actually a pretty entertaining cautionary tale about relying too much on any one thing. If the shadow dragons are the sum of Goku's mistakes, the universal Spirit Bomb is the sum of his accomplishments.
I hadn't remotely noticed that, holy shit. Result of the dub I'm assuming, no real way to do that in Japanese, but cool as all fuck.
"Great designs" and "dissectinct personalities"
Are you sure we are talking about the same characters?
@@obliviongigan6360 Well...I think they look cool. And they do have personality.
Rage-Careless and Arrogant.
Nova-Stoic yet honorbound.
Syn/Omega-Sadistic and cruel.
And so on.
@marmik961 I agree they had personality and great designs (barring Naturon and Haze), but the way they were handled made the first 4 dragons seem more like joke characters as opposed to actual threats, and they really didn't explain Syn/Omega's motivation as anything more then "be evil to be evil".
Janemba was actually one of my favorite villains.
Probably because his movie actually introduced me to Dragon Ball.
the number one DBZ villain is Toriyama
Logan Smith Im dead
Oh my god that is so clever yet awful
You sir, win the internet.
Toei Animation
Logan Smith dragon ball evolution is the real number 1
Cooler may be 23 but puddin will always think of him as number 1
Yup :))
Puddin?
Warren Valion The daughter of the Demon God Dumplin, and the girlfriend of Cooler, it;s TFS's created character from dragon ball xenoverse 2.
Mihai Mercenarul
Ahh, Gotcha.
I never watch the gameplay videos, so I wouldn't have known.
nah, that'll be her father
Dumplin
Gues you could say he got......a round of Appulause
LordDarthHarry get out
...ok
LordDarthHarry you can stay, but just go sit in the corner and think of a better pun...
LordDarthHarry I don't know why I read this in Super Kami Guru voice lol
you cant spell
I noticed you didn't mention Raspberry
We don't speak his name around here.
Samuel Hoddinott We name not speak his name but I'll speak to your dame.
Samuel Hoddinott I apologize
What about orange
Chuunibyou Neko truly the most op Villain
Appule should clearly be #1 on this list. You've obviously never read Appule's Insurrection.
YOU LEFT HIM WITH APPUL!?! APPUL COULDN'T GUARD A HAM SANDWICH!
Teth47 APPUL COULDN'T HANDLE A SHOT OF RASPBERRY SCHNAPPS, MUCH LESS VEGETA!
Jackie McCann That's the one! I couldn't remember so I made some shit up.
honestly i think yours was funnier.
kefka3 *funnier
2:07 "Live on, Toriyama."
:,(
"Hi Kui" "Bye Kui"
Appule?!?! You mean Raspberry, surely!
2:07 hits different after March ‘24
here comes the broly fans
"broly better be number 1"
*get's popcorn ready*
He's probably next on the list and im fine with that.
AleXizzed He's either in the next episode, or not at all.
Honestly, i hate Broly as a character. His entire reason for hating Goku is because he cried, and he's just there for being a giant muscly mass of strength..
Watering down his story to "because Goku cried" is like saying Frieza sucks because he's just a cliche dictator, come on son.
+Swagger of a Cripple
But that _is_ the reason for Broly's involvement in the story. His personality and actions don't really deviate from that statement.
Yes he was almost killed by Vegeta's father and left out to die, but notice he harbors no extreme hate to Vegeta. *_Paragus_* does. Paragus was made out to be a better villain.
Vegeto30294
Here's what you fail to realize. Paragus didnt mean for Goku and Broly to meet. Broly didnt involve himself. The story involved him. Goku stumbled upon him and basically triggered him lol. The story is Paragus trying to get revenge on Vegeta and shit going horribly wrong.
We all know who is gonna be at number one... Pilaf ofcause. XD
Tony Atzen pilaf saga is awesome...
ok then.. but not THAT awesome.
Pilaf does something better then most villains do in dragon ball, have a memorable personality
Janemba having no personality as he is just pure childish evil was pretty fitting I think.
I feel bad about Cooler, because conceptually and design wise he showed more promise than his brother.
Calling it, #1 is gonna be Raspberry
Spoon God boss rabbit
Valid points about the corrupt dragons all around.
but the most amusing one factor that made me laugh
"IT WAS THE UNDERWEAR!"
This....from a female dragon....well played pun on Toriyama's part.
TheGamingTurret Toriyama didn't really have an involvement in GT.
The top villain will either be Frieza, Cell, or Beerus I'm calling it.
Kaiden Krueger You consider Beerus a villain? Why?
Kaiden Krueger beerus isn't even a villain really
if he appears on the list will see
He WAS a villain though; whether or not he considers himself allies with the Z-Fighters is a different story. But if Vegeta is on this list (and he darn well better be) then Beerus should be as well.
Silver Agreed, at least someone get's it.
Borly is evil because goku cried.
Borly is evil because he subconsciously associates the pain of getting stabbed and thrown in the trash as a baby with the sound of Goku crying.
It's *Broly* you guys.
Dodoria's Thick, Meaty Vagina No it's because Goku cried. You're just saying that to make him seem more interesting.
How does he recognize goku if broly was born the same day as goku ie new born... the eyes do not fully focus. he would have seen a large pink and black blob.... which is literally every saiyan ever to him
Vegeta made Appulesauce out of Appule
I just want to say that all of your work is appreciated. some people get impatient for the episodes to get released but I'm just as entertained with other videos like this, and get the fact that it takes a little while to make quality episodes. Thanks so much TeamFourStar!
Cooler: How could this be!? I thought the Big Gete Star allowed me to be higher on this list!? And now brother is a better villain!?
Puddin:Don't worry. You're get your own Revival movie like-
Cooler:Don't you say it!
Meanwhile*
Freiza:Alright, before you can blow up a planet you need to blow up an island before that you need to blow up a building and before that you need to blow up a person. Try to blow up that midget who cutted off my tail!
I feel after Puddin tells him freiza's looking after him i feel he would have a fit of rage like vegeta in dbza ( ya know, namek ) and would probrably turn gold.
Cooler screaming from space and time*
Yogurt:What's that noise?
Freiza:Probably my grunts torturing the prisoners.
Cooler:FREIZA FREIZA FREIZA!!!
Chill:I don't know who this Freiza is but he sounds like a fine lady.
Yogurt:Daddy?
Freiza:Oh it's probably someone seeking revenge or some hero.
Cooler transforms in the air than lands while putting on the mask*
Cooler:FREIZA!
Freiza: Oh hi brother here to get your tail broken again.
I'll defend Cooler a bit by saying that compared to Frieza he doesn't play with his food and gets straight to business. His posturing at the end of Movie 5 was because it looked like he was going to win so of course he'd brag.
for those pissed that the frieza soldiers are only 19 dont worry
clearly TFS are saving Roberry for number 1
You mean Raspberry
I would agree with you, except they clearly showed footage of Raspberry holding a Dragon Ball
IM TALKING ABOUT THE MORTAL ENEMY OF THE DUMPLIN FAMILY!!!
SuperUnhappyman APPULE FOR LIFE
Which is Raspberry, not Roberry.
You guys are great! An idea for next year: 24 Best/Worst Filler Episodes
Wait, did they say Baby won't be on the list either, or that he will be?
NickonAquaMagna they said super seventeen not on the list.
baby will be I have no doubts lol
He will be on the list; Super 17 and Lord Slug are the ones that are out.
cody beaird game4brains '
Yeah, I know Super 17 won't be. It just sounded to make like they said "also Baby" or something. Baby's a pretty cool villain in his own right.
To be fair, Baby was actually a pretty good concept, but suffered from being on a poorly executed show.
I think they said "see you at baby" implying that baby is on the list.
Agreed. Let's leave that to the fans.
In concept, the shadow dragons had SO MUCH potential. Plus, that haunting music and visual combination when they are released on the Earth... you could just tell that the end was coming, and it was going to be a dark one
Cooler shouldn't be lower than Broly
Hmmm, I wonder who didn't make the list?
Broly is lamer than cooler
That's probably why Broly isn't going to be on the list
When did they say that
Nate Landherr Its not that they said that, but considering they've already said some other villains have been excluded, and how much they hate Broly as a lame character, it makes sense if they'd exclude him
When I first saw Zarbon, my first thought was "that's an ok looking girl". XD
10:04 I thought they were going to say RASPBERRY!
Number 1 Cell for his savagery.
The transformation Trend started with Piccolo when he used he's giant form
VixXstazosJOB he was saying Cell killed Trunks twice
VixXstazosJOB
If you missed Cell killing Trunks then you missed some very key moments in DBZ.
It's gonna be Zamasu and Black Goku.
+Retrostint No Super villains.
I was about to flip my shit when I thought they weren't gonna mention Appule
man screw Appule, what about Raspberry?
a Frieza soldier who became rivals with the Demon God himself
I'm calling it. Number one is going to be Robbie Rotten
The pick for 19 was actually surprising, but it's welcomed as it helps to really diverse the list and give notice to characters that haven't and don't get enough notice than they should get. It also helps foreshadow how the rest of the list will look like!
I can't wait! ^o^
Also, love the humor in this count. Not over the top, but entertaining enough to watch it more than once.
Keep up the Super work! ;D
Oh man, Appule. Talk about the +1 on the invite to the annual villain Christmas party.
God dammit, APPULE made it above two of my favorite villains.
KJayM 6302 APPULE? HE COULDNT HANDLE A PINT OF PEPPERMINT SHITE
Appule! Appule can even handle a shot of raspberry shnaps let alone any of the villains above him!
One question, villains that turned allies, like Vegeta, count for the list?
well they put nova so I guess so
nova was in 1 group i dont think it counts
If you can't have villains-turned-allies, you lose Piccolo, Vegeta, Buu twice over, Androids 16-18, Tien, and Beerus. At that point, the list of good villains is basically just Freeza, Cell, Babidi, the Ginyus, Nappa, and Raditz.
+Mister Bad Guy
Not exactly.
Appule is the true MVP of the Frieza Force!
Yes... ALL HAIL LORD APPULE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
great job as always
A pool!
I'll go get my swimmers!
Apule should've been #1
this list is rigged
IM TRIGGERED
Sad.
I'm sure I'm the only one but I just wish to see General Blue on this list
Janemba is still one of my top 3 Favorite Dragon Ball Villains .
Was not expecting this, but fully enjoy it :D
"Like the guy to kill a kid then snap his grandfather's neck" I CANT BREATHE😂😂😂😂😂
Shame Janemba isn't canon, his design is really cool in my opinion
I have to agree with TFS about the Shadow Dragons. I LOVED their concept but they were poorly executed
Appule is the best character in the whole show.
i have waited till the last video to watch them all in one sitting. it's a good feeling.
I know you guys are busy but I would love some episodes breakdowns, they're incredibly fun to watch.
I only watch this content because I'm bored waiting for another DBZ Abridged. Remember when we used to get a new episode every month? Ah the freeza saga.
Stunned Broly wasn't at the bottom. Good! I love Broly
TAW Gaming i bet broly is not even on the list
Broly's on the list. he's 17 and doesn't even get a minute of footage.
Quinton Blackburn lol because tfs hates his guts
TAW Gaming
He only got that high because of the impact he's had on the franchise, and his concept. Everything else just falls short and is underutilized.
Quinton Blackburn strongly disagree (even though the 2nd and 3rd movies suck complete ass)
Calling it now. Pilaf is number 1
Kc Harder dragon ball evolution is obviously number 1
Having not watched many of the actual movies, I totally bought the abridged worlds strongest kochin and wheelo dynamic as being how it plays out in the movie. It was just so plausible
"Guess who else isn't on the list!"
"19."
Gogeta was awesome ok best thing about the movie 👌
I'm curious how high on the list Raditz will be. He was an important character but mainly just in that he was the introduction to things that the heroes would be facing in DBZ. Otherwise he's not much of a presence.
Yay it's back! Good work y'all!
Man, I wish you could make an Appule character in Xenoverse, I love his design. Also, traditional style customizable sayajin armor along with the blasters & helmets
Wonder when Broly is going to be on the list
Pretty low, maybe 18-15
Malcolm Neill He might not be in it
Pride Guy Broly fans would be piiiiiised, I hope he won't be on the list honestly, I would be so happy.
Mihai Mercenarul Because Broly is a shitty character.
Pride Guy Yup.
He is the cancer of dbz.
I'd offer Appule a shot of raspberry schnapps in celebration but...
Well... I don't think he could handle it.
really i forgot zarbon and dodoria existed but i remembered appule so ya he is the best member of the frieza force
"I am hilarious and you will quote everything I say"
-Nappa, whenever DBZA kai episode 1 came out.
I'm dead pissed they left Super 17 off the list. He is my favourite character in the whole franchise.
If it has to do with the villain's personality, I guess I could understand your reasoning so far. This is coming from somebody whose favorite DBZ movie is _Fusion Reborn._
On a side note, I recently gave GT a chance (after Super left me disappointed) and realized that Baby is actually quite awesome. *Baby better be high on this list!*
EDIT: Is there really going to be no Baby? How disappointing.
One of them (think it was Lani, but not sure) said "See you at Baby" so i assume Baby will be higher on the list. To be fair, he is quite deserving of it.
BurningFyre
He said "See you at Baby"? I heard "So is Baby", as in no Android 17 and no Baby.
extragirth64 Thats what i thought at least. I definetly heard a 'you' in there.
BurningFyre
Yup, never mind. I can here it now. :)
GT's a decent, if not great, sequel to DBZ. Don't listen to all the GT hate. Most of it stemmed from the fact that Toriyama wasn't directly involved with everything so it wasn't considered 'canon'.
The villains are well-written and the animation and art are great.
I'm weird
I like cooler more then Freza
Of course. After all he is...... cooler. Huehuehuehuehue
But cooler was frieza and frieza was cooler XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
I'm also weird, I enjoyed GT
>Top 24 villains
>There are like 25 villains in the anime
Man, Appule... I'll never forget you, little soldier.
I remember how i actually made him to be the absolute strongest in Tenkaichi 3.
Janemba is really visually appealing. The animation on Fusion Reborn is the best in my opinion. Wish the movie was more fleshed out and longer, since the concept is really strong.
If Bojack is on this list, I swear...
MegaRay220 he won't be.
I hope the ginyu force make it next, they were too damn funny to ignore.
Is vegeta considered a villain? He has been at some points. My guess is he's one of the top three
