Cell. Created by the scientist and the founder of the Red Ribbon Army as the ultimate android. Made of biotechnology with all DNA samples from Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, Nappa, Piccolo, Freeza, King Cold, Tien, and Krillin. Maximum battle power = Solar system-level.
Why Kid Buu is 1 of favorite villains. (1) He is very creative with his powers (2) He subverts rage monsters like Broly by being small and not very muscular (3) Has a good symbol in the story as rhe embodiment of chaos (4) I like the storyline of him being reincarnated (5) Stands out by having a personality despite not talking (6) Is the best villain when it comes to giving a beat down (7) Doesn’t get frustrated when he is losing fight
he jumps across dimensions one after another to kill people for fun. he jumps across from the world of living into the world of dead to slaughter them once more just to prove a point. that is a fucking maniacal villain I am telling you. I literally haven't seen any villain who's evil enough to kill the people he already killed and for the fact that Kid Buu doesn't even plans his assaults and just doing it whenever he feels to made it even better. he made me think that most of villains with twisted minds and masterplans an overrated one, let your fist do the talking and that was what he was doing.
he's number 2 to me, I'm a broken record in these comments 😂 but he destroyed planet earth! i might be forgetting someone but im pretty sure he's the only villain to destroy earth.. easily top 3 villain
No he wasnt, he was said to destroy the Galaxy over a course of days if not weeks, not able to destroy it in one blast. Buu is only Multi-Solar System level.
My top 5 personal is 1.Frieza 2.King Piccolo both responsible for Krillins death, both with actions dating to OG DB 3. Goku Black/ Zamasu, dude did so much like actually won and destroyed everything he was extremely dangerous even the gods and angels had to intervene in his mess. 4. Majin Buu, to me this was interesting he basically was the ultimate DBZ villain in terms of danger, durability, and power, but what I liked about Buu is how he really had no concept of morals and stuff at first. Healing a blind child (at first time watching) it’s kinda wild and crazy he did that, a good thing without intention made you look at him in a different light like is he a monster born or just directed as a monster? Then Satan becoming his friend of all people coming off cell he did almost save the world and it was nice watching their character development together. Of course he got crazy lmao even super Buu was learning stuff he was just bad anyways tho, adult gohan, Vegeta closure, now I’m talking about the arc. But Buu was fascinating. Sorry cell I love him but he suffered a fate people in real life can relate to, middle child problem. Was the middle child of dbz, Although extremely charismatic, horrifying at first and dark humor, Frieza has all that but better for me, and all of cells durable and power feats, Buu crushes.
No matter how pesky and toxic some "Dragon Ball" fans might be, it's easy to see why they're so devoted. Either way, as fans of this media juggernaut, our hearts go to Toriyama for creating "Dragon Ball" in the first place, shaping not only countless childhoods across multiple generations ever since 1984, but also influencing an untold number of different artists ever since. Thank you for everything, Toriyama.

I like how Ash is sneaking in all these OG sound effects. (7:16) I feel like they went lazy with this animation. There’s supposed to be seven, but you see only six. How is it that DB took one year to finish its series, but it took SEVEN for DBZ?
Monaka is the most powerful mortal. Not even in the 7th universe, but all universes. He was so OP that Beerus had to dress up as him to make sure he didn’t kill Goku and destroy space and time.
I would have expected Goku Black to be either #2 or a very close #3. This villain actually accomplished his Zero Mortal Plan. He may have been erased by Zeno, but that also served his ends as well because Zeno erased the entire timeline.
My Favorite Villains in Dragon Ball Anime Series 1. Prince Vegeta 2. Freeza 3. Piccolo 4. Lord Beerus 5 .Jiren 6. Baby 7. Pefect Cell 8. Majin Buu 9. Goku Black Zamasu 10. Android 17 and 18 Dragon Ball is on My Heart Thank You Akira Toriyama Rest in Piece RIP
Goku black may not be the best in the series, but he's without a doubt my favorite. Had he not been fused with zamasu, he could have easily kept getting stronger(in a very sayian way) and could have been a formidable enemy.
Baby Tuffle is the villain who actually has actual backstory for his actions. He wants to avenge the tuffles by eliminating and controlling the saiyans.
Dr. gero/Android 20 spends decades designing and creating Androids to destroy Goku because Goku literally slaughtered the entire red ribbon army as a child, in OG Dragonball. Baby has the exact same motivation, just for Saiyan's in general
Goku Black holds weight for me. He literally stole Goku’s body, made his own version of Super Saiyan Blue, fused with himself, and made a whole scythe. Just to make a statement😭😭
*Nappa uses the scouter!* Nappa: Hey Vegeta! He has the strength of three Raditz(es)! *Nappa uses the scouter again!* Nappa: And that one over there 1 and a half Raditz(es)! Vegeta: Interesting. Edit: You also made me want to watch the WHOLE series in dub. Damnit I love you!
Dude Why Jiren Would Be A Villain, He Is Not A Villain, He Just A Poor Boy Who Lost Everything And He Is All Alone, And Now He Doesn't Trust Nobody Including The Dragon 🐉🐉🐉🐉.
I would have liked to see Nappa and Tao Pai Pai higher on the list. And while Jiren, Beerus, Androids 17 & 18, and Vegeta are all great memorable characters. Jiren and Beerus aren't technically villains per say, just anti-hero antagonists. And I personally like to exclude redeemed characters or at least take points off (Otherwise Piccolo would top the list for me). And finally, I would personally switch 1&2. Frieza may be eviler and was technically the main villain for the longest period, Cell still takes the cake for his concept. He was originally supposed to be the final antagonist of Dragon Ball and was perfectly built to be so. He was basically built to be a composite Z Fighter; he has the Namekian's crazy healing factor, the reactive PL drive to be stronger than yesterday of a Saiyan, the self sustenance of not needing oxygen to survive that Frieza race has, and human blood mixed that's similar to the complexities that humans and Saiyan save it's really all of the above. Only think missing is that absorbing the Androids should have given them infinite energy supply + if Majin Buu's cells were mixed as well and he got all their powers. That would be perfect. If only Cell Max could have been completed to contain all that.
So, Goku Black and Frieza have similar plans as in Both Villains want certain Breeds exiled • Now, As of Frieza, He wants All Saiyans to Now Down to him and Be exiled • As of Goku Black, On The Hand, Wants All Mortals to be exiled With His Zero (0) Mortals Plan objective
Goku Black became my favorite villain/character besides Z Broly. His introduction was probably one of the best reveals in Dragon Ball, and the fact is that it's literally just goku but a different mind shows how f*cked everyone would be if goku didn't hit his head
Dragonball does a great job and showing how some villains can turn good in the end. But Frieza is the best villain because he remains true to himself. He has form after form of immense power, hilarious snarky comments, and he is willing to do whatever vile thing it takes to have his way. Even when aiding the heroes he's still being a jerk and I love it. He's so fun to watch and root against. Time and time again he comes back, but Toriyama did an amazing job at making the character still relevant just like the protagonists. Omega Shenron is an underrated threat. Yes he needs better motivation but the shadow dragons, and his awesome design deserve to become canon.
Frieza of course, killer of the Saiyan race and destroyer of the planet Vegeta. He evolves into a golden form to reach the power level of SSJ Blue and even in his hell he had a mental training to reach a new power level by reaching a more durable state while he is in the golden form and even deflected a Hakai. Now he reached a Black form and he defeated Goku and Vegeta with just one punch, he even killed Gas who wished to become the strongest in the universe.

I still say Kid Buu is the best villain, he literally showed up and just started blowing up everything in sight. No exaggerated monologues and no wanting to see people suffer first. Just BOOM and done 😂😂
If #1 wasn't Frieza, I would've went SSJ myself.
But seriously, RIP Toriyama ;(
Nice you use the dokkan art👍👍

Loved the show as a kid and really enjoyed Team four stars Villains as well.🎉
Vegeta is one of my favorite animated characters ever. So he is my favorite villain with Beerus and Frieza as my number 2 and 3.
