I wonder if it's some sort of emulsifier...I've seen something that looks almost exactly the same and it sort of adds fluffiness to baking. I could be wrong though....

Silly me I thought that's what I was going to watch, lol. Good thing I stopped the video after they added some type of gloppy ingredient that I couldn't make out. I also checked their description box hoping to see the ingredient list but 🧏♀️ Time to exit the video. Why waste over 20 mins of my time when I'm not going to learn how to make these myself? After all. Isn't that why most people watch?? 😆

Каналу не обязательно вам показывать что они моют фрукты. А когда крема много это нормально, плохо когда крема очень мало совершенно, означает что тот кто готовил поленился много крема добавить.

유명 제과점 일했을때 케익 만들때 보면 거의 세척 안하고 바로 올려서 저도 놀랬어요~ 아마 물이 닿으면 빨리 상해서 그런듯요~
