Beautiful cakes but the amount of melon they waste when cut it is incredible.
I hadn't got to the melon cutting when I read this, then I'm watching and thinking, oh, but they'll obviously do something with the left over. My dog could cut it with less wastage and he's only just learnt French!
I wonder if it's underripe? But I must agree, and I'm surprised to see it, it's bad craft and bad for business never mind the waste. Not what I've been used to in these videos at all

You know, I never turn on the subtitles...there's something so mind erasing about watching cakes being made quietly until I fall asleep...There's no work problems, home problems, relationship problems...nothing about the things to face tomorrow...just stirring sugar and eggs and flour...I know a lot of people that don't understand these videos would just scoff at them...but I thank you for a moment of peace to fall asleep to with no worries

That's right.. The employees are not patient enough to peel off the fruit and too lazy, or that's how they cut melons.
I don't think they waste it since as you can see in the video they put it in clean bowl... Maybe it's their snack

Видео супер столько красоты и вкусноты,слюной изошлась вот это выше всех похвал,какие вы молодцы,золотые ручки.
да там вкусно только манго и ассорти. виноград дыня и банан - для торта так себе начинки, для снижения себестоимости разве что. а так они только портят бисквитно-сливочную нежность торта.

Very nice....I think I would like melon and strawberries in my cake. Melon can be quite bland on it's own. Love the green tint to the cream. Elegant touch.

What beautiful fruit you always have available .. This cake looks super yummy 🤩I have a tip remove the center “seeds” of the banana so they don’t turn the fruit brown otherwise they darken and can look unappetizing ..
