Agree on Chaplain, it's too good. Especially when you consider you have easy ways to tutor for it (which also help enable it) and recur it from the graveyard at Common and Uncommon.
I think the tutor is the main problem, being able to have multiple copies of it for all intents and purposes at common level makes it that much more potent. Especially since the tutor is only good in a walls deck so you are that much more likely to wheel them and build the busted walls deck when you p1p1 chaplain. The recursion becomes less of a problem when you only have 1 or 2 copies in your deck, not an effective 3-5 like some of the ones you see. There being no tutor would make the deck much more reliant on the blue cards (impulse, espionage, etc) that other decks want for terror or prowess triggers, and make it much more difficult to put together a busted version. There would still be some really powerful esper and domain builds but I think at a much lower frequency
This deck looks nuts.. I like the blue defiler is a little better than the white one. I think the white one is worse due to the aggressiveness ot the decks it would be played in. Every time I've played it my hand was basically empty making it vanilla 5/5 with vigilance. Maybe creating a few tokens. Its a fine card but i feel like just playing another solid two drop is probably better. The blue one isn't much better but ive seen take over games by drawing into action.
Right? The wheels were just absurd, there were some pretty good red and white cards coming back round as well. Maybe everyone was going for WR go wide or defenders?
I drafted an aggro as hell jund deck with 16 lands and flooded in every game. Went 0-3. Sometimes your deck is just too good for the game to allow you to play it.
Happens to me anytime I chance premium draft. I’m the best , but if I keep a 2 lander and draw lands for the next ten turns I usually lose lol. Or I keep a 3 lander and never see another land

Chaplain shouldve been just etb make a bird and whenever another defender etb make a bird. Making birds equal to the number of defenders you control on etb is too busted.
I dont want to descredit nummy, he is a great player and drafter, but so many times it would seem he drafts against actual bots, and his luck is gross. Im Just so salty watching again and again in his UA-cam videos how he gets everything xd

Deck was interesting as Bant then the cards dragged you back to your Sultai poop safety zone. Shanna is great in the right deck.

Change the Chaplain to "when it enters" instead of also "when a defender enters" and it's fixed
