People need to distinguish between bad voices, and them just not being used to them. It will take you a little time after being so used to the sub, but once you actually give it a chance you'll come to really like the dub. But, yeah, Erwin's charge in English is absolute fire. For sure the most powerful, and always gives me mad chills.
dub will almost always be a worse version of sub, the only advantage u get is ease and being used to ur own language, this isn't just about anime but any other non native movie, if u gonna watch a lot of some language movies its better to suffer a bit and enjoy better quality later. translation often lose meaning and emotion that sub have that just fact of life, songs however can survive that sometime a dub song can do better then a sub, depending on the singer, like hxh arabic intro 2000.
Worse than the sub? Maybe. But that doesn’t mean it’s bad or that the English VAs aren’t talented. In fact, most dubs are pretty damn good these days. It’s easy to see when you stop comparing, become aware of your own biases, and look at the objective quality.

I feel like dubs often get a bad wrap because of the translations rather than the VA's voices. It doesn't matter the language, some lines that work in Japanese will simply seem corny in English. AOT does a very good job rewriting character's lines while still holding their impact. With some exceptions of course. For some reason Eren's dub VA is given lines that are practically 1:1 to the original script. Making his best moments in the show feel corny in the dub. At least to me. I think this is why Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood has my favorite dub in all of anime. The dub department not only hired competent actors. But they also weren't afraid to change the dialogue to make more sense in English.
Eren is corny as fuck specially at the start in general. it's only less noticeable in Japanese. There is pretty much no way to make him sound not corny. There is also the VA which I think was decent enough for young eren, but only became more and more of a bad pick as the show went on. My favourite dub is actually steins;gate. Not only do I like the changes, pretty much all of them go as far as improving the show for me. The dub is a big part of why it's my favourite show as well.
Anime in general has a lot of corny stuff, it’s just masked by the language barrier. Hearing corny or over the top things in Japanese keeps it in the mind as “just an anime thing” that can be easily overlooked. But when it’s translated to your native language, it feels weird since normal people don’t talk like anime characters or say the same things.
Not attacking anime, but it can often have corny and over the top stuff you normally don't see people do or act like in life, not even Japanese people act that way irl. Not only that, but sub elitists tend to go into nit-pick mode when listening to dubs. If you just watch it like a Western show typically in English, you're more likely to enjoy it instead of just looking something to criticise (people are more critical of their own language than other languages anyway). The main reason I normally lean to dubs is because I would watch Pokemon, Yu Gi Oh, Bakugan, Beyblade etc. growing up, and those came on TV dubbed, and of course I didn't think anything of it as a kid
You find Levi´s voice weird because it sounds different from its japanese counterpart. His voice actor does an amazing job (both in english and japanese). People who watched the dub first will find the japanese version weird as well. But when you get over the fact that he doesn´t sound the way you are used to, you can trully appreciate the great voice acting. Whenever I watch dub of anime I watched subbed (or sub of anime I watched dubbed) I find the voices weird for a time, but when I get used to the difference, I usually really enjoy both options. Honestly, with most of anime I´ve watched I like the sub and dub equally. I no longer have a prefference.

Don't forget to check the latin version, it's often presented with the Mexican flag. It's in Spanish which is the main language spoken in South America (Mexico and the countries below it). The only exception is Brasil where they speak portuguese. The latin dub tends to be really god most of the time.

I started watching One Piece in English and when I had to switch to the sub it took a while for me to get used to the Japanese voices. I can’t always watch sub because I have hearing and audio processing issues so sometimes I don’t have the capacity to focus so much on hearing.

You gotta check out Eren's English Dub. Especially the scene in Season 2 where he breaks down after Hannes dies. Additionally, his Titan scream is more feral. Manic. Unhinged. As if from the deepest, most vile crevasses of Hell, a billion anguished souls bellowed in a cacophony of pain. A symphony of torture. A crescendo of cruelty. A melody of madness.
levi also sounds kinda different in this scene than in the rest of the dub, usually he is more..."relaxed" with his tone, but this is one of the few moments where he sounds more...."apprehensive"...
I think he hates german language. This is why he never shows it, or only shows it in a bad setting. Like look at the 1th One Piece Opening. Its litterly the best. Even the japanese like it. Erwin in the Latin dub has the voice of All might in My hero academia, Octavio Rojas, what a incredible dub actor, and levi has the voice of Gabriel Basurto, he also voice Ban in the Seven deadly Sins, Mr Night aye in My hero academia and many incredible characters, the latin dub in most of the animes are incredibles, sometimes equals to the japanese.
the Arabic you listened to is the Saudi dialect which is the heaviest Arabic dialect and sounds very different to the other dialects and the classical Arabic dialect too. If there's an Egyptian/Lebanese or classical Arabic dub, you should check it out. These dialects sound very very different.

I think he hates german language. This is why he never shows it, or only shows it in a bad setting. Like look at the 1th One Piece Opening. Its litterly the best. Even the japanese like it. Or other openings in general from the 2000s-2010. Yeah I know some are bad, but some surpass even the japanese ones.(in my Opinion)

Erwin in the Latin dub has the voice of All might in My hero academia, Octavio Rojas, what a incredible dub actor, and levi has the voice of Gabriel Basurto, he also voice Ban in the Seven deadly Sins, Mr Night aye in My hero academia and many incredible characters, the latin dub in most of the animes are incredibles, sometimes equals to the japanese.

the Arabic you listened to is the Saudi dialect which is the heaviest Arabic dialect and sounds very different to the other dialects and the classical Arabic dialect too. If there's an Egyptian/Lebanese or classical Arabic dub, you should check it out. These dialects sound very very different.
