PLEASE READ THIS! Hello Friends, I wanted to warn you that there is a scam going on where someone uses my photo and name (Fifty Plus Beauty) to reach out to you in the comments section telling you that that you have won a prize from me and asking you to go to an App called Telegram to "collect" the prize. These are scammers responding to some comments claiming to be me, or saying you have won something. This is a scam and please do not respond. Beth
What brand of hyaluronic acid do you use, and where did you purchase it? I just used the Dr. PEN Ultima-M8 today for the first time. It is very time-consuming to use. Is there a particular roller brand that you like more than the others?
Im 40 but chronically ill & on a lot of meds that make my skin super dry so it was starting getting a little crepey. I bought a dermaroller recently. Ive also been on a weight loss journey & thanks to tiktok discovered a cheap miracle worker. Vegetable glycerine mixed 1:1 ( you can use rosewater but i just use distilled water) in a misting bottle. Post shower i spray it all over my body. ITS AMAZING!! I have so far lost 4&1/2 stone(63lbs) and I havent ended up with any excess skin folds or extra crepey skin either.
Oh my gawd, another routine I have to add to my aging process... teeth whitening, Botox, Juvéderm, Retin-A, Haircut and highlights, electrolysis, Latisse, daily workouts, don’t forget my hat, sunscreen, makeup, fight my sugar addiction
Your skin looks better than mine and I am 34. You are such an inspiration. I lost 50 pounds and have 10 more to go. So excited to see how derma rolling progresses.
I was skeptical but my excessive crepey forearms needed help. I tried your process with only 5 rolls in each spot. To my surprise I noticed immediate results! You made me a believer! Thank you so much.
67! My gosh, you have the most beautiful firm body a teenager would love. Don’t say that’s just through micro needling there’s years of gym in that body. You look amazing! 😊❤
Thank you SO MUCH for gives us such a detailed demonstration of how exactly you do this once a month! This was truly informative! Your skin looks so good and healthy and smooth! And the fact that this is done ONCE A MONTH is such a relief!
I am absolutely blown away. I cannot believe how young and firm your skin is, especially your legs!!! Okay, you convinced me! (I didn't even know that it worked or how to do it.) Thank you!
My wife bought a dermaroller and kept aside for six months. She said she was not sure if the skin should bleed or just redden to improve fine and deep wrinkles. And I watched your vid right to the end. Thank you for such great info and also the wise advise you added at the end of the video. You are an empowering woman who has the heart to share with others on what could help them feel better and more confident. So many good tips including Q10, ,enzyme, glycolic acid and the ritalin! Have subscribed!
Thanks so much Ken for your very nice climate and also for subscribing. When I dermaroll I really don’t ever expect to break the skin. Once in a while I will get a little pin prick bleeding but it is not much to speak of at all. Please let your wife know that I believe derma rolling does work but the study show you can take six months to a year for the collagen to regrow and really show the best results. About to post a video as I am starting to dermal my facial skin once a week with the .05 roller. I’m interested to learn how that works out.
Thank you so much for your very nice complement! You know, I wish more young women would watch mature UA-camrs because it is a good way for them to know the things they should be doing when they are young to look good when they are older. The main thing I can advise is to wear your sunblock. I started wearing daily sunblock at age 35 and I am so glad I did! Blessings to you. You’re a sweetheart!
@@beautifuldreamer3991 - thanks I have noticed long fasts definitely help reduce the loose skin but haven’t tried a dry fast, will add this to the ‘list,’
I just ordered mine!! Very excited, I just lost 40 pounds and I’m 56. Really noticing creeping! So glad I stumbled across your channel. I’ve gone back and watched all your other videos too. You look absolutely fantastic!
Dear Beth, thank you so much for the excellent anti-aging information that you put out. I am 67 and fighting the battle! I love your videos and so appreciate you taking time to research products and give us examples. We’re all in this together and looking our best certainly helps with our self-esteem and positive outlook. I so appreciate you! Please keep up the good work.
Thanks so much Wanda for your kind supportive comments. I really appreciate that. Before I came to YT I didn’t do nearly so many beauty procedures. I really kind of like being a beauty UA-camr and being able to try out so many things. 💝💝🎉
I agree. Anger and resentment only hurts us. You may be right but if you are waiting for people to admit they are wrong and apologize so you can move on you give them so much power to continue to hurt YOU. It is traumatizing to be wronged but save yourself and focus on creating positivity in the world. Value goodness. ❤️
Yep. I think Beth is so beautiful because of her attitude - she is an inspiration to anxious pessimistic me! (It makes me me a great lawyer and prepared for things though!) Beth’s attitude keeps her looking good and in good health! I never would think she had depression - by the way, I think it may be linked to some of the things you are exposed to and would love to discuss with you and I hope you don’t take any offense or feel disrespected. have so much respect for you and JnTMarie!
By way of background, I am an attorney practicing medical malpractice law. After learning I had heavy metal and mold toxicity among other and that was the cause of my poor health, I did a deep dive into toxins and I’ve had to advocate for myself in law and medicine about toxic exposure so I’m passionate about helping others now. In short, and please don’t hate me Beth, but some of the ingredients in the products you use are toxic and I can tell you from experience, the experts I work with, and show you evidence lead (commonly in lipstick and toxic exposure can even occur by breathing in from lead painted walls) to our water, to other products (those toys I had in the 80s were terrible alas I still love Hello Kitty, My Little Pony, Rainbow Brite, Care Bears lol) can affect mental health, not to mention a plethora of other ingredients in skin care and and cosmetics. Some people are lucky and the toxins don’t affect them so much, and others like me are 40 but have experienced memory loss, constant sinus infections, dark circles under eyes (can be from allergies and toxins), to thyroid problems, to grey hair (after doing IV chelation for metal exposure I have fewer grays!), to among other. I have suffered from depression, anxiety, ADD, acne, rashes, mood swings, temperature irregularities (gosh not looking forward to menopause!), to headaches, and I have to get a bone scan too because the toxins and use of steroids for sinuses have put me at great risk for osteoporosis and I don’t want to die or complications from it like my mom did at 66 and suffer a decade before from it. The weird thing is we all react differently from these toxins - I’m one of the unlucky ones - however I’m also lucky I’m treating now - toxins can cause cardiac problems and cancer too. I think in the long run I will emerge a superhuman! :)
You can probably empathize, but in addition to spending several thousands of health care, repairing the toxic mold in my home, I have thrown out several thousands of dollars of cosmetics, personal care products, and other items and will spend more to make sure I do not get further toxic exposure. It is telling in Europe about 2000 ingredients are banned and federally only about 10 here - however shoutout to those states that have taken a modicum or action to outlaw additional ingredients. By the way my lead and toxin exposure may have even come from the supplements I was taken and I learned a penny saved can be a pound spent. That’s why I have bought filters for my sink and shower and I’m doing extensive soil testing before planting in the ground and extensive water testing. As Whitney Cummins joked, do you use the bad tap water or get the microplastics from bottled water lol - btw I try to only drink water from glass but I do have a penchant for La Croix (sigh aluminum and plastic exposure - aluminum cans are lined with plastic) and when you see an ingredient that says “natural flavors” or “fragrance” it could mean up to 100 toxins that companies are not required to disclose!
I feel like sometime I have had to make the choice to be “ugly” to live - I’ve forgone chemical straightening and many other products. Given the hormones and possible side effects of eye color changing, orbital fat loss, and endocrine disruption because many lash serums contain hormones, I’ve decided it’s better to look eyelash-less! I know it’s rare, but possible Botox, and I believe the same is true for certain lash serums and the eye drops to make you look awake (which I wish I could use!) can even cause blindness and I have chosen I still rather have the ability to look at myself, even if if it means being less beautiful. After all, if I were to get cancer and lose hair, I wouldn’t have to worry about straightening hair anyway!
Going to finish watching this and post more later, but I would love to chat with you Beth! I’m impressed by your knowledge - you know more than most dermatologists and estheticians! Between our combined knowledge of ingredients, maybe we can make our own toxin free free products! We can’t let you get sick or die prematurely because you are a gem of knowledge! By the way we wouldn’t even have to hire models for our products because you are already so gorgeous - inside and out! I really aspire to be more positive like you - and worry less and sleep more - again that’s probably why you are old enough to be my mom but I look so much better older LoL!
I have to thank you again for giving such great accurate information. So many Derms have come onto YT to say DON’T do derma rolling at home. But your info is right on. PS: I’m a nurse.
Thanks so much for sharing your nice comment Sheri. It’s so wonderful that you’re a nurse. I bet that is just a lovely field. I know it’s a lot of work but it must be very rewarding helping people. Thanks again for your nice comment. I appreciate it.
I LOVE YOUR POSITIVITY and willingness to be vulnerable! Your beauty really DOES shine from the inside and the outside is spectacular too!! So glad I found you!
Thank you Beth! I appreciate all the time you take in being our guinea pig. I’m 43, but this channel has lots of info for anyone wanting to age beautifully!
Very helpful video. I had gastric bypass surgery a little over three weeks ago and am dropping weight quickly. Wanting to start this process now before the saggy skin gets worse. Thank you for sharing with us.
Congratulations on your bypass surgery! I bet you are losing weight and that is just wonderful. I hear it can even help alleviate diabetes. Good luck if you were so smart to be thinking about working on your skin.
I’m glad to see this! I’ve gained weight over the last 20 years. A little over a month ago I was diagnosed with diabetes! So I’m on a strict low carb diet and have started losing weight. My plan is to get rid of the pounds I’ve been carrying around. But I’m anxious about loose skin. Especially around my knees. I’ve also noticed my skin is getting crepey on my arms. I’m 59 years old, so I have been thinking I’m just going to have to live with it. But this gives me hope that maybe I can do something about it!
Thank you I just lost my daughter to cancer Then my sis said she has colon cancer on top of her 3 year remission leukemia. And my youngest has cancer in his man area that has now gone into his tummy and thyroid. So needless to say I am going through it. I have gained 40 pounds and just refuse to get up and take care of me. I feel gross fat and lazy. That's never been me. And that eats at me all the time. I am 58 and just keep waiting for the end. But watching you share yourself with me has been helping me so much. Lets see if I can change this all around. So thank you for being you. Well done
Oh my goodness Cindi. My heart truly goes out to you in my prayers will as well. I will put you on my prayer list as I can’t imagine what you have just been through and are probably still going through. It’s interesting that you said that it was eating at you and now you were over eating. The situation has literally been weighing on you and causing a heavy heart for you. It’s so easy for me to say for you just to start watching how you eat but I know from my own experience that is incredibly difficult, sometimes almost impossible to do. I hope you will just take this one day at a time and pray for Jesus to give you his peace and his presence in your life. I will be praying for you.
I don't know how I missed your 2 previous videos, I watch you all the time, but I'm going back to watch them. These are amazing results and I'm starting tonight.
At 57 I've started showing aging on my face and hands. Thank you for sharing this and will give your techniques a try! Also need to check into some good skin care products. Years of sun worshiping are starting to show.
Beth, Thanks for sharing all of this with us. I think you have some misconceptions about what you were actually starting with and what contributed the most to your results. Your before pictures show areas of lumpy fat deposits (even though you are quite slim). If you pinch the skin anywhere on your body and what is between your fingers is thicker than pinching the skin on the back of your hand, there is fat beneath the skin. Although I am sure you are getting some surface skin benefits from the Derma Rolling, I think the majority of your results are from the weight training. Weight training can absolutely (indirectly) tighten and smooth the skin. As you know, weight training builds and defines muscle as well as burns fat. The increased muscle mass takes up much more volume under the skin, thus smoothing and tightening it. Burning the fat smooths out those lumpy deposits as well. Your whole body composition is changing from the weight training. I can see it clearly in the progression of your photos. You may want to remind viewers more frequently how long you've been weight training and how frequently so they don't think they're going to get results like that from just Derma Rolling!
i think your right.....i know she is weight training, and i think that certainly makes a huge difference. so i guess, as usual, no magic wand here. just a little bit of really good habits can help quite a bit......i do dermaroll my face and like the results. never thought about the body tho !
I can vouch for derma rolling the face it definitely smooths and improves the texture. The derma rolling encourages collagen production so it will improve the quality of the skin greatly. I don't have any wrinkles but I started derma rolling to improve the texture of my skin and for dark spots. I had actually forgotten about it but now I'm going to start again.
@@HistoryHighwithLisaMarrie I absolutely believe Derma Rolling can improve the SURFACE texture of the skin. It's just that Beth's weight training is responsible for the vast majority of the improvement you can see in her results, not the Derma Rolling. It is possible to totally transform your body with correct weight training and proper diet.
@@debbiecuthbert2094 Her skin looks very healthy and radiant it also looks firm . When you don't eat a balanced diet or way to little you can often tell by skin's elasticity. She also looks healthy in the face , no hollowness or anything so she's probably just naturally very slim
Hi, I happened on you by accident. You just came on after the last video. I derma roll ( M, 60) and have watched probably 100 derma rolling videos so I'm not surprised this video popped up. As I'm listening I'm thinking, "Is she gonna mention...," and you did, over and over. This is one of the BEST derma rolling videos I've see. The next step was going to your video list and watched a few more. Great job and thanks!!!
Thanks for sharing. I have a derma roller and just have not made time to use it. Since being pushed in to medical menopause due to breast cancer, my skin looks so aged! Your body shape looks so good too- the perfect toned!
@@laurieparis2203 Thank you very much. The thing about cancer is you never know if you've truly won the battle. I won this fight but I've had friends and family that 3, 7, 10 years later discover it spread. Sadly one dear friend that was diagnosed the same time as me (we met in recovery), just passed away. She fought hard and well and ultimately lost. Thank you for noting the bravery it takes to face a cancer diagnosis. :)
Holy smokes! I truly am amazed! You seriously look twenty something😮 That’s some time consuming stuff but looks totally worth it! Maintaining that gorgeousness looks like it’d be a full time job.
Thank you so much for your very kind compliments! Actually, being a UA-camr I do have to concentrate on beauty much more than I normally would. One thing that helps though is that Monday through Friday mornings I do a one hour routine with weights and in between the sets I do my double Nu face and also my face yoga. The one exercise routine really knocks out a lot of what I do. Other than that, it is just a.m. and p.m. skin care and doing the derma roller on my face a couple of nights week. Then once a month I use the 1.5 MM derma roller on my body scan. That’s pretty much it. Love you and thanks for asking.
Great video description and instruction. I bought several durma rollers early 2020, but with covid, unable to find alcohol to sterilize it before and after using it. I largely bought it for my stomach, C-Section and 9 lb baby on a very small frame (was 105 lbs prior to pregnancy) many moons ago. Would love if I can get any improvement, but, more improvement is best 😉. I am over 60, but have very good skin otherwise, due to my DNA...thanks to grandma and her line...she had no wrinkles ever and lived to 95...I can only hope for the same as I have sworn off any type of surgical enhancements/improvements.
Well pretty lady, I have wanted to try this. Thanks you took the fear I had about this away. I am giving it a go. I will be 70 this year and look pretty damn good for my age, but have noticed the creapy skin on my arms… let’s see how this goes!
Just found your channel because i want to have a better skin and i will follow your guidance, but i have to tell you what a gorgeous and darling gal you are. God bless you.
Thanks so much Donna. Yes, I have been working out with weights for the past year and I really like how I feel and the results. It is nice for a change for me to be consistent. I used to not do anything until just before the spring and summer when I would pick up the arm weights! LOL!
Dear Beth, thank you so much for this video, it is very encouraging. What I missed, however, is the fact, that you do weight lifting. I think, that building up your muscles plays a crucial role in preventing or building up saggi skin because the skin stretches around a built up muscle. My question is: If we do not strenghthen our muscles but only do derma rolling, will the effect the same as with your body skin? And my last question is: With which size of derma rolling should I start in the body? With 0.5, 0.7 or directly with 1.0?
elbows are not ugly. They are part of you and they are beautiful just like us!!!! Thank you so much for the video! You are gorgeous even your elbows!!!!🥰
Your skin is amazing! I derma roll as well and the benefits are incredible. I’ve been focusing most on my lips and it’s just wow. So happy to learn I can try this on my arms as well.
Hi Cortney. I’m so happy the derma rolling is working for you on your lips. That is truly wonderful. I derma Romain body scan once a month. In fact I’m a little late in doing it this month so tomorrow I will do it. Thanks so much for your comment. I really appreciate it.
Great video thanks for experimenting for us! Gonna get back on my derma rolling! Exactly we are the only one's to feel our emotions. That why choosing love is the best we get to feel that:)
I love that you pulled a card and gave us some wisdom. I always say I want to be like women like you as I live longer. I’m a lil grumpy these days but I’ll just subscribe and be inspired to do better for myself. Thank you!!!
Thanks so much for your nice comment and I think all of us get grumpy sometimes! LOL! I really have to admit that I find that a lot. Blessings to you and let’s both have a cheerful happy week!
I'm 60 with saggy skin AND white sun spots. I started " brushing" my body every other day or 1 x a week and in less than a month the results are amazing!! Get a body brush and start brushing your whole body you'll be amazed!!
Great video! I'm 40 and lost a lot of weight due to stress, my skin is pretty good but I need a bit of help in some areas... As I have incredibly sensitive skin I have stayed away from dermarollers and other invasive tools, but once a month on the body is probably doable. I will give it a try. Thank you for the great content!
Thank you for sharing this Beth! I need to start doing this. i have a dermaroller but should buy a new one as I've had it around for too long. I really hope I get great results too!
If you have one that's not been used...or been used lightly, sterilize it and use it!! I go through phases where I'll use it and then not touch it for a year. LOL
Forgiveness is highly underrated. It does free you from hurt and anger, especially if the person who hurt you hasn’t even asked for it. It’s hard to go forward dragging old baggage from your past Enjoyed your video. First time watching. I’m anxious to try your suggestions
Thank you so much for your very insightful comment. You are so right that forgiveness is underrated. Your comment came at just the perfect time for me. Just today my sister and I had a terrible fight in the office I have to admit that I am tempted to stay super angry with her. Your comment just reminded me of the best thing I can do for myself is to forgive.
Hi Beth ! I’m a new subscriber and I have to tell you I think you are so beautiful inside and out . You are an inspiration to all women . Your videos are so amazing different from all the other youtube channels . I’m so happy I found you . I’m 54 and been going through a difficult phase in my life . You are full of positive energy and I just want to watch all your videos. Sending you lots of love!!!!! XOXO
Love and hugs to you too! What a lovely and kind comment. Thank you so much for all of your kind words. In my life I generally find that when someone says something nice about someone else, it is usually what is in their own heart. You sound like a truly lovely person and I am so sorry that you were going through a difficult phase in your life. We all go through them and although they are hard to get through usually once we are through them we look back and realize that for some reason it was all for the best. I believe that God does not give bad gifts and if you pray thanks for whatever you were going through that God will show you the blessing to you. He really only wants what’s best for us. Sorry to get so preachy on you and I generally don’t go that direction. Thank you again for your lovely comments. I am so happy to have you here with me on my channel.
I am so shocked how fast the skin responded to my derma roller ! Only 3 sessions in. My arms have definitely improved! Thank you for this information 👍😃❤️
Hi! These results are just amazing! My skin has gotten crepey all off a sudden and I was feeling pretty dejected about it until I saw this! The link isn't available anymore, what brand was used here? Is there a brand/s any one would recommend? I am nervous to use something of low quality and get an infection or something! Any advice would be appreciated, thank-you!
Thank you for this. . . my crepey arm and leg skin is really scaring me lately! I have to do something now. This is very detailed advice. Greatly needed.
Very helpful video! This gives me encouragement to see your results. I have tried dermarolling but haven’t been consistent. So I haven’t seen results. There are areas by my hips that are very tender and I need to be gentle. I also use collagen in my coffee.
You always have the best advice and suggestions. I’m about to turn 44 and love watching your videos. I like to take care of my skin and research it. Everyone thinks I’m super young and I can only hope to look as 🔥 as you do because you look crazy young and not your age at all!! Thank you for your recommendations and research.
Hi Nicole. Thank you so much for your very kind compliments! You were so smart to be so young and already working on anti-aging. I really didn’t start doing that actively until I was in my late 50s which was pretty late. You are super smart! My main tip though is daily sunblock and practicing avoiding the sun pretty aggressively. Have a great day!
@@aysitumari1064 for me it isn't painful, just a little tender. I do it before bed and feel nothing in the morning. I rarely do it on my face anymore. Menopause has made it so tender.
Your body is absolutely gorgeous. Could I possibly do this more often than just once a month? I lost 20kg’s and was 65kg’s originally, not a big woman at all. After a hospital visit last year I was discharged looking like my Grandmother. My inner arms are now worse than your guests were originally by far. My legs are matchsticks with knobbly knees. Exercise helps a little but I tire easily. Thanks for your help.
OMG ! I just joined your channel after accidently finding it - I can't wait for more !! I have facial roller that I had forgotten about and I am getting it back to use ASAP !
Hi Darlene. I’m so glad you found my channel too! I think he will really like using the derma roller. Just make sure if you use it on your face you use one with very small metals. The highest I go is .0 5MM on my face. I do use 1.5 on my body but I never go higher than that.
Hi, I'm only in my thirties but have been looking into all types of anti-aging skincare stuff and came across your video. Thank you so much for all the great information - I also LOVE that you pull cards at the end. Subscribed!! Sending you great energy and love vibrations :)
Hope you like it! I have to admit that since that video was made, I have changed my ideas on the death of derma roller, even on body skin. I now use a shorter needle called a Cosmetic depth needle of .25 to .03. I think it is just as effective with much less risk of scaring.
Love this video! I’m going to order! Of course at our age we’ve both visited a plastic surgeon for things from upper bleph which it looks like you’ve had done as well as Botox & fillers. I love my results. Of course great professional products are a must in my opinion for my face & neck, and great medical grade skincare.
Hi Susan. I do use Botox and I had a fat filler in my cheeks however I have never had my eyes done. I have an earlier video about Retin-A where I showed that. I use just the tiniest little bit of Retin-A on my upper lids. Very tiny amount. And it has totally gotten rid of the heated lid that I had. I just had one who did lead which is very odd. Thanks for your compliments on my video! I appreciate it.
I purchased a dermaroller several years ago and have been terrified to use it!😬😬😬😬😬 Not so much regarding the pain, but concerned about the results...possible scaring, infection etc. Recently I thought about using it on my thighs and knees, since I can easily hide that if I completely screw it up. I never wear shorts or dresses anyway. I'm getting my courage up to try it soon.👍🏼 Thanks for showing your process. You look FABULOUS!
Thank you so much for your nice compliments! I know what you mean about the derma roller as I have a Dr. pin and I used it once on the .5 setting and then got afraid of it. Lately the research is showing that there can be extra results with a very shallow needled to a. 25 to. Three MM. You might start there with a cosmetic death the derma roller as there is almost no risk of scarring at all if you use it about once a week.
Hi Beth. I am so glad I found your helpful and informative posts/videos. Thank you so much. My question with derma rolling: Never having done this, do you recommend starting at the 1.0mm? I understand it is painful. I will start with whatever you recommend because I am desperate! I am a breast cancer warrior and having undergone extensive radiation treatments along with chemo, it simply shot my skin and am now so embarrassed to wear anything sleeveless. My arms look like that of a 90 YO! Very, very depressing as I have worked out all my life. So I am praying, having seen the results, that this helps, even if just a little.
I actually now recommend a cosmetic depth roller. Just .35 to .3 depth. I have another video on my channel about bat wings that shows my thoughts on using shorter needles.
Hi Beth just discovered your video absolutely loved it. Thank you so much. I'm 62 yrs young and looking for a better skin care regimen. Going to try this. Light and love to you.
Thanks Beth for the thorough explanation of dermarolling. After watching your video I did my 2nd treatment. I’m looking forward to doing this all fall and winter while I can cover up my skin. I noticed my arms were red while at work this afternoon, so note to self - do this in the evening, not right before work. Maybe in a couple weeks it will be cool enough to wear long sleeves. It has been upper 90’s this week. #bringonfall
Hi Deborah. I am so like you and can’t wait for the cooler weather! You’re in Kansas most of the summer it is parched, dry and hot here. I actually love both the fall and winter because that’s a great excuse to stay inside and sit in front of the fire. I am glad you started your derma rolling. Please do yourself a favor though and take before and after pictures or you won’t realize you have made progress. It’s very subtle and does take about six months.
Do NOT do body dermarolling!! I followed her instructions implicitly. I did this for four months in a row and then I noticed a change in my skin. I noticed overall skin laxity that was not there before. I noticed an increase in horizontal line wrinkling on my arms of all places! My skin integrity on my legs has also suffered. I am just praying that because of skin turnover that I have not caused permanent damage to the Collagen layers. I have since researched derma rolling and the tragic effects it can have on collagen we’re not done by a professional. Please girls I don’t want anyone to end up the way I did. Somethings are better left in the professionals hands.
Hi Donna. I’m sorry you did not have a good experience. I hope you weren’t pressing to deeply. I never draw blood at all when I do it and I’ve had very good results.

I was skeptical but my excessive crepey forearms needed help. I tried your process with only 5 rolls in each spot. To my surprise I noticed immediate results! You made me a believer! Thank you so much.

You're the second lady i have stumbled upon dermo rolling stomachs with great results. You look amazing too!
Thank you so much for your kind words. I think derma rolling is very helpful. I appreciate you watching my video!
Thank you SO MUCH for gives us such a detailed demonstration of how exactly you do this once a month! This was truly informative! Your skin looks so good and healthy and smooth! And the fact that this is done ONCE A MONTH is such a relief!
For some reason she makes me feel calm. you’re really beautiful and cute personality
Thank you so much Gema! You’re a sweetheart to say that. Have a lovely day.

I am absolutely blown away. I cannot believe how young and firm your skin is, especially your legs!!! Okay, you convinced me! (I didn't even know that it worked or how to do it.) Thank you!
EVERYthing else you said was invaluable, as well.
So glad you released the anger. You deserve the peace & health that letting go of anger creates 🕊
What a lovely, generous being. I'm very impressed by you. Love from the UK.

Hello
Where did you order
So happy that I found you! You're such a genuine person with a beautiful soul.
Best to start early

Hi Lisa. I just derma rolled my body skin a few days ago. I think it really does help.

I just lost my daughter to cancer
Then my sis said she has colon cancer on top of her 3 year remission leukemia.
Cindi. My email is Empowerbeth@gmail.com. Please email me as I would like to keep in touch with you. I am really thinking of you.

Hello Wendy, How are you doing?
I've been dermarolling my face once a month and getting great results
Jamez EmeraldAutumn, what size needle do you use?
@@maureenbouey h
Does dermarolling your face cause growth of facial hair? I dermaroll the ends of my eyebrows and the eyebrow hairs have almost magically grown in.
To clarify.. does using the dermaroller cause superfluous/unwanted growth of facial hair? Certainly don't want to grow a mustache or beard. lol
@@barbcat888 No it doesn't :)
I think it's sweet that you are being so detailed in showing this
Very sweet
Definitely going to try this- I'm only 42 but after losing a TON of weight, I have a lot of crepey skin, especially on my arms. Hoping it helps!
I think you’ll find it helps but it does take consistency. Also, try to remember to take before and after pictures so you can see the results.
@@FiftyPlusBeauty I will for sure, thanks for the reminder!I know it's easier to see over time in photos than trying to remember. Lol
At 57 I've started showing aging on my face and hands. Thank you for sharing this and will give your techniques a try! Also need to check into some good skin care products. Years of sun worshiping are starting to show.
To help with the bruising problems the cells need strength. Eat the white inner skin covering the sections of citrus fruit. It has helped me a lot.
Bioflavonoid Complex from Solgar. It’s 1.000 mg
I totally agree she looks as she been working out
i think your right.....i know she is weight training, and i think that certainly makes a huge difference. so i guess, as usual, no magic wand here. just a little bit of really good habits can help quite a bit......i do dermaroll my face and like the results. never thought about the body tho !

Putting lotion on all over your body after derma rolling feels fantastic! Fyi as usual, you look beautiful.
Where do you get the roller?
@@janicehepler2622 I bought mine from Amazon. I have seen them at Target.
Is it painful after?
And how many days before it heals,if any?
@@aysitumari1064 for me it isn't painful, just a little tender. I do it before bed and feel nothing in the morning. I rarely do it on my face anymore. Menopause has made it so tender.
@@elizabethsalvage4338 and it's only once a month right?
Thank you! Can't wait to try a derma roller and also the skincare you introduced
WoW !! I really appreciate and enjoy your video, you're one classy lady I loved that you can pray over problem's 🌹🇿🇦
Thank you so much! You're a sweetheart!! XXOO Beth
@@FiftyPlusBeauty i have here my jade stone derma roller but I never use it. Càn I use this for the same process you used?
@@diannellyfetalvero4893 the derma roller has tiny needles. A jade roller has no needles.
@@daleduncan5080 thanks. Keep safe and God bless us always.
I so appreciate the step by step showing how you do it 💝I’m excited to start dermarolling! Thank you Beth!
You are so welcome!
Hi, I'm only in my thirties but have been looking into all types of anti-aging skincare stuff and came across your video. Thank you so much for all the great information - I also LOVE that you pull cards at the end. Subscribed!! Sending you great energy and love vibrations :)
That Nivea skin firming cream is great for our chest also lol
I just purchased the serum, lotion, and a 1.5 mm dermaroller. I can’t wait to get started! Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
Hope you like it! I have to admit that since that video was made, I have changed my ideas on the death of derma roller, even on body skin. I now use a shorter needle called a Cosmetic depth needle of .25 to .03. I think it is just as effective with much less risk of scaring.
@@FiftyPlusBeauty would you recommend I return the 1.5 mm for a .25 mm?
Hi there, I can’t find your links for the derma roller .25 or HA and lotion. Please help 😂
Thank you so much for sharing this helpful info!! You look amazing!!
I purchased a dermaroller several years ago and have been terrified to use it!😬😬😬😬😬
Not so much regarding the pain, but concerned about the results...possible scaring, infection etc.
Recently I thought about using it on my thighs and knees, since I can easily hide that if I completely screw it up. I never wear shorts or dresses anyway.
I'm getting my courage up to try it soon.👍🏼
Thanks for showing your process.
Your skin is beautiful!! I struggle with the skin on my chest looking bumpy. I'm going to try this, maybe it will help!
Hi Beth just discovered your video absolutely loved it. Thank you so much. I'm 62 yrs young and looking for a better skin care regimen. Going to try this. Light and love to you.
You look fabulous! You are a lovely caring woman keep it up!! Thank you!!
I just found your channel and have watched several videos - thank you! And you look amazing!
Thank you so much!
