I still remember playing OG on the 360. Playing it now with increased FoV and unlimited frame cap on PC it just feels like a whole new game. Also yeah the audio is really bad right now.
Is your audio still bad? I just booted it up MCC Halo Reach this weekend and the audio is still trash.
Xbox One X is my favorite game console since the Dreamcast.

They seemed to have changed some of the armors you can unlock. The assault commando chest is missing the small lil backpack and the tactical recon chest added a small pack on the back and some canisters on the belt. They also made a UA armor chest piece with no grenades. Now I don’t know about the tactical recon chest, if 343 added that or if it was just never put in by bungie but always supposed to be there. But the other two chest pieces missing their components bothers me. Has anyone else noticed this stuff or just me?

You say "the gameplay still holds up" and while yes it was okay, the gameplay has been noticeably improved by adding the modern control setting, like it did for the other titles in the MCC, which is on by default. Turn modern controls off, and you will quickly notice the difference, trust me.. so much better now with the improved smoother aiming.

I highly doubt it, the progression system has changed a long with some other minor changes.

....the clarity or when you said it was lighter on the X......in my understanding, that is probably due to the HDR capability. It allows for a much wider range of colors and probably more tech specs I don't know about. But the S should look about the same in that respect because that console has HDR as well.
I've had an S for about 2 years now and I use it as my main Media device. I don't watch TV, I only stream video or play download movies. The thing is Literally running at least 5 days a week non stop, and i'm sayin that's on average. The thing has never given me a bit of trouble (knock on particle board). Do I wish I had the X? Hell yes, but I think at this point I'd be better off just waiting for the Series X.

I just bought an Xbox one x for 270... 2 controllers and gta. I couldn’t resist playing halo reach black ops 2 and mcc. I started off as Xbox but after the disaster Xbox one launch I switched to PS4 and have been for the past 7 years.

I have all the Halos. But I loved the CR system, not a fan of the new Battle Pass. I hope they dont screw up Halo Infinite

Halo reach 360 noble 6 spartan male and female voices are different from the xbox 1 noble 6 spartan male and female loys of diffrent added in lines, nah i will stick with 360. The noble 6 on 360 matches more of male gamers now days.

The game doesn't play remotely as good and Aim apparatus doesn't work the same at all as the original game. Controller sensitivity and tuning is just not there compared to the 360 game I played. I played Halo Reach and ODST both for a year without dying on each in multiplayer which best time for halo multiplayer wise. It seems like they nukes the mechanics that made the game great and add shity mechanics to force people to play completely unskill base combat "Halo" trash as they built the new halo for the developers who sucked at halo. They seem to hate skill based combat were single hero play can legitimately keep wiping the lobby. Call of duty warzone, ground war 1 and 2 all set a similar type of skilled based combat allowing single highly skilled players to dominate even when surrounded by over 20 combatants. New Call of Duty and new Halo are both Noob cuddling shit with new combat mechanic systems which mostly just highly benefits cheaters incuding the nerfing Idiocracy in call of duty. Call of duty once a once a staple in multiplayer Competitive Gaming is now nothing more than Call of cheaters where cheats reduce the game effectively to 2D single joystick game which aims for you for cheaters who mostly don't have good hand eye coordination. The extending of kill times results in higher cheater wins vs legitimately highly skilled players. Developers are asleep at the wheel when it comes to anti-cheat and cheating problems. They keep telling you the lazy and not sorry completely obvious cheaters keep pissing on you with the developers tell you it's just rain. Oh the developer says when banned another 150,000 account and player for a whole 5 second before they all circumvented the bans and got back on. Anti-cheats developer say it's cat and mosue but truth is the cats in a jail cell tell you it will catch the rat who's activate driving around in a sports car. It the same with all shooters now some do a good hiding their cheating problems like the current Battlefield. Top 25% to 50% of players are lazy cheaters now. I played lone wolf halo battles where all the other lone wolfs stopped kill one another just to team up on me and still they didn't get a single kill most the time it was skill based.
The biggest gripe I have with Master Chief Halo Reach and ODST is the fact that aiming apparatus does not work remotely the same there's no way to tune it that doesn't skip or act clunky at high sensitivity they should do a sensitivity calibration overall and give you more control of the settings and tuning. The original games tuning was far better on both Reach and ODST. Reach and ODST both had better graphics on the 360 then the Master Chiefs edition of the game seem to have on the new one has on xbox one x or on PC. Can say about series X but I doubt the mechanics are any better even if the graphics are greater. Can they just implement the original mechanics from the 360 version of the game and maybe add some new age customization to it and allow much higher sensitivity settings. I would say the calibration ability of Call of Duty's is very great but would add high maximize sensitivity multipliers to every subcategory of up to times 8 to allow full freedom.
