if satan is a murderer from the beginning and is GOD's enemy then WE CAN'T love satan but we can not hate with sinful hatred. Biblically speaking, there are positive and negative aspects to hatred. It is acceptable to hate those things that God hates; indeed, this is very much a proof of a right standing with God. “Let those who love the Lord hate evil” (Psalm 97:10a).
JJjJJ OOoOO Look I’m not sure where you have heard that but Satan does not Satan does not like anybody but in fact he gets under your skin just so he can drag you away from your savior and calling people dumb is very disrespectful I respect you but I don’t respect your beliefs with Satan so I’m going to pray for you so you can be saved.
do not waste time, energy etc by hating satan. that would be allowing yourself to recognize him and be tempted to indulge oneself and in a way collude with satan. its far better to utterly IGNORE satan. spend your valuable time with God alone. and its He alone who deserves all of our attention and adoration etc etc. Its God's divine prerogative to justifiably hate satan. not ours.
You already seem to be wasting a lot of time worrying about things you have no evidence for. Why believe in gods and devils you have ZERO evidence for? What a waste of energy.
@Dan Your first mistake in logic there is ASSUMING that your particular god made everything. You ASSUMED that FIRST, and then you imagined that you see his "hand" in the natural world. However, you skipped the necessary part where you find EVIDENCE that he exists to begin with. You have still shown ZERO evidence that a god exists. You are just PRETENDING to know things you do not know.
@google owns you I point it out when people are LYING and PRETENDING to know things they do not know. No one here has ANY evidence for their invisible god. They are liars, pretending to know things they do not know.
google owns you have mercy on your enemy brother, it can be very tough at times I know. Just try your best to think what your master and brother Jesus would want you to do in this situation. God bless you!
google owns you do what I do mate let them have their opinion and just let it be. To not argue with these blind muppets means you’re growing spiritually, that’s what’s God wants you to do is grow spiritually. Just ignore their opinions, they attack Christians because we are the flock of Jesus. If your not part of his flock you’re part of the adversary’s flock. They attack us because they’re not with us. Ignore them brother with the help of Jesus/Holy spirit you can do it.
SO IT IS WRITTEN! SO MUST IT BE DONE! These are the words of the lord implied to many facets of creations events. When Adam and Eve were cast out of the garden of eden and we asked why he placed the tree there in the first place if he knew what was to happen ? He replied with those words. When we asked why he was angry with them and casting them out if his plan involved them doing that which he was angry with them for? His reply was those words. When his own son cried out for help confused as to why he was allowing that to happen the way that it was, when he asked " father why have you forsaken me" those were his words in response. And now the same answer applies to your question, So it is written! So must it be done! For it was apart of his design all along. For things to happen the way they were meant to, for creation to adhere to the design in which he had created it to become, for the story to stick to the script as it was designed and intended to be. It had to happen in the ways that it did. Evil was necessary, death was necessary, Lucifer was necessary and in so it brings us to the destination of that design which is a resonance of the will of our creator. For if you follow the logical solution to the path we all adhere to it will inevitably lead us to all be standing before his presence eventually. That all roads and destinies shall lead back to the source of that which designed it
@@nicholasflamel1134 do you know were you there for that discussion. Has he himself affirmed this conviction you hold over him. And just to be clear in the subject of slavery, when the African people were sold into bondage it was their own people who sold them. And it was an honor and privilege to them to be sold into bondage because the money their village received for them went into the hungry and starving bellies of the children and people of their village. It bought much needed crop seeds, medicines and material to build more houses, irrigation systems for they're long droughts so when a man was sold into bondage he held his head high because songs and praises were sung of their sacrifice to their people. Quite honestly I think the African american people and the discrimination has drowned out the original African cause and reasons for walking into bondage and it you who should be ashamed for forgetting the face of your father's
I believe that you stated everything perfectly. I didn't expect to get anything from this video. I knew God never said directly that He hated the devil, but we are commanded to. When a Jehovah's witness asked me that question I said if He does it isn't recorded and told him that I'm not God and quoted the passage "...you cannot serve two masters. You must hate the one and love the other..."
Ecclesiasticus 21:27 “"When the ungodly curseth Satan, he curseth his own soul." This verse makes me wary about putting energy into hating Satan. I certainly hate what Satan stands for sure, BUT if God has promised me an impenetrable spiritual armor and an eternal afterlife in separation /from/ all wickedness, then what do I gain from taking emotional offense that requires emotional energy that could be used into doing more important things like loving God and my neighbor? Satan isn’t a threat at ALL when we are with the almighty God to protect us. Another concern i would have in focusing some of our time into HATING Satan is the potential for pride that we’d have in hating him and other wicked figures alongside him. Because in doing so we forget that there are times in every Christian’s life where we have aligned our personal interests with Satan and weren’t much different from him until we were saved. This hatred may also translate to those working alongside him, when in reality we are not called to hate people under the influence of Satan but rather, love them and teach them the gospel in hopes that they can see how we ought to be, rather than condemn them. Also practicing habitual hatred could result in anger that could be misplaced, taking us from focusing on doing what we ought to. To God, the devil’s power is extremely finite (which is an understatement to say the least). I believe our love for righteousness, truth, mercy and God’s love should always overpower our lusts for anger, hatred, disappointment and revenge. We should not yearn to associate with Satan or his wicked temptations but God is a God of peace, so we should strive to be beacons of His peace. I’ll leave the indignation to God, and in the meantime I’ll just strive to be His example so that when God uses me to do good under God’s glory, it will hurt Satan even more. As they say: “living well is the best revenge”, and for this context, I would certainly agree.
When God says that He hated Esau and loved Jacob, it simply means that He chose Jacob over Esau, not that He literally hated Esau. God doesn't hate His creatures, He hates their fallen essence, but not their souls, otherwise He wouldn't have come here and die for us. God has two essential types of love, agape love (He loves because of who He is) and phileo love (He loves because who the other is). To explain myself, God loves a shoplifter because of who God is, that is agape love. God loves His children because of who God is (agape love), and because of who His born-again children are (phileo). One of the most basic truths of God is that He loves every one of His creatures, because He doesn't do mistakes. What He hates is our fallen essence, but it is a holy hatred, this is why He decided to come and take our place, He did this to change our essence back to the original one.
PaulSterling Thank you for this answer; now I understand Peter's answers to Jesus in John 21 even better (see the Greek). Up to this day they still made me sad. I knew of the difference between agape love and phileo, but not that it had to do with the SUBJECT/OBJECT of love. Wow, the implications are HUGE in what happened between Jesus and Peter that day... Enough to meditate for hours! Thank you sooo much :-)) You made my night :-)
4Christs Elect Sin only becomes part of you when you completely give up fighting it, refusing God's grace and love until the end. Did Jesus Christ abhor sinners? Really?! Look at Him! Just LOOK AT HIM! Who has seen Him has seen the Father! Calvinism is probably one of the saddest things that ever happened to christianity. What a pity. Lord have mercy...
I think the Bible is clear (though this flies in the face of our feel good culture) that there does come a point in the sinner's rejection of Christ when that rejection becomes final God gives that person over and in effect hates that person. Theologians sometimes refer to this as "holy hatred" in that it's not a unfair verdict like our hate would be
I agree that there comes a point when a sinner's rejection becomes final, and that this sinner is "given over" (to his own choice), but that doesn't mean God hates this sinner, only that a definitive separation is "acted" upon. The same awful separation that Christ- who bore our sins and "became a sinner for us"- in a sense experienced on the Cross and expressed when He said " Eli, Eli, Lema sabachtani?!" and before that, made Him sweat blood in the garden of Gethsemane. ("In a sense" because although He experienced that horrendous separation, it didn't ontologically sever Him from the Holy Trinity). When the bible in few occasions says God hates the sinner, it's a hyperbole, just as when Jesus says " if anyone comes to me and doesn't hate his father and mother"... Jesus Christ is the ultimate Revelation of who God is, and I don't see Him capable of ANY sort of hate! Of grief and anger, yes, but as a manifestation of God's unfailing and eternal Love... and Holiness. Jesus cries, wails, at the thought of what his rejection by his People will bring upon Jerusalem. By their own doing... Hell isn't a manifestation of God's hate but of his respecting- to the bitter end- the free will He gives each of us (which, only, can garantee a true, free, whole, loving relationship between the Creator and us)... and respecting it at the risk of being many a time eternally separated from a creature He loved, loves, and will- always- love. Grief can come out of love, anger and even wrath can come out of love... hate can't. It's opposite to it, a negation of it- just as evil, and God can't BE Love in His Essence, and have any part in hate at the same time. I believe it's disfiguring God to think that, and even one of satan's most pernicious and devastating lies. I really pity people who haven't come to understand this. What kind of understanding do they have of Christ's life, testimony and death for us on the Cross? Surely, they can only live, consciously or unconsciously, in perpetual suspicion and dread?... "but love", true Love, "rules out fear". It's as if some people thought that if God weren't somehow threatening "enough", 1) He wouldn't be THAT Almighty, 2) it wouldn't really require anything substantial of us in return... But TRUE love and sheer pure Love, IS- IS!- terribly demanding... The more I understand and experience God's Love, the more I feel unworthy of it, and the more I hurt when I betray it... At the same time, I am deeply encouraged and grounded in Hope, knowing what kind of Love is His. "Be holy (or perfect) as your Father is holy" is the only possible way to live when you TRULY understand God's Love, and the "quality" of that sort of love can't be compared to some kind of love which would mostly originate in fear. How would you view someone who claimed they loved you, if you knew it was primarily out of fear? (although God also welcomes the love of someone who comes to Him first of all out of fear). I agree with you that there IS a "feel good culture" that totally misrepresents God's Love, Holiness and Justice and dismisses the "holy fear"/awe they must inspire, but I don't think it does anyone any good, to fight it by falling into the opposite extreme, which is to imply- or even assert!- that God is capable of hate, or rejects anyone out of hate. Be it a "Holy" hate! It's completely anti-Christlike! Again, "who has seen Me, has seen the Father" (= "Don’t lose sight of Me!") If the mere fact that someone rejects God affects His very Essence and is capable of making Him in any way hateful, you have to wonder if you can really trust such a God! To me that is simply blasphemous, but I won't convince you if you don't discover/understand/experience it by yourself. With God's grace, I pray that you will (regardless of what (some!) "theologians" think... theologians don't agree with each other anyway. May we learn to pray and earnestly reason for ourselves too...) Take care
He hates us because of the power of his will, but his spirit is what he cares about. His spirit expresses love, while his plans are over the use of his power. If we are in his will of love, his destruction will pass over.
Tough stuff- hard to understand it in many ways but I thank God that nobody sees a "hateful" man in John Piper, so his image is free to preach a complicated, nuanced, and hard word without anyone reasonably criticizing where he's coming from.
Its hard to understand because there is no evidence that god or satan are real. That allows anyone who wants to PRETEND to know things about them to say anything they want to and gullible people believe them.
When you have ZERO evidence that an invisible god exists, and then start trying to say you know specific things about the god you have no evidence for, things do get confusing.
I really have a hard time with hating the unrepentant (as Pastor John seems to have put it) like David did. I do not think my difficulty is due to some kind of moral superiority over David. He was absolutely a more godly man than I ever was. My struggle comes from the question: who am I to loathe someone for doing evil(evil which I have no problem despising) when I have done and still do evil? It would seem my hands should be pretty clean to consider an unbeliever as someone who is detestable. This is likely why people adopt the idea of hating the sin and not the sinner, as a sort of compromise. If we are to hate them because they act like lost people act, is it not like hating them simply because they are not regenerate? Was I not also once unregenerate? I am quite afraid to hate the sinner because I know what I have done and that I deserve the very same fate if not for Christ. Also take into account the command to judge righteously and not hypocritically. But it is pretty clear the way Paul speaks of certain false teachers and those who have fallen away that he views them with a cold contempt. David's calls for the wicked to be utterly destroyed and how he longs for that to happen. Those souls in the book of revelation pretty much begging God for Him to take revenge on their persecutors...
Hey Jay, it's been a while since you asked this but I'm going to answer anyways since I see that your channel is still active. As John says, it is impossible to love what is good without hating what is evil. You cannot serve two masters; you will love one and hate the other. And so, to answer your question, if you truly love what is Good, you will naturally hate evil. Just because you still do evil does not mean you cannot hate it! This is why we are commanded to kill sin, to hate the earthly self. Because we are evil, we hate ourselves, more specifically, our sinful selves. We hate it, so we put our earthly selves to death. And hating those who act lost is not akin to hating the non-regenerate. Hate those who do evil because they are evil -- they deserve death, just as you do and I do. But they are not non-regenerate like Satan is. And if they are saved, rejoice! But even in rejoicing, one would still hate the evil self that the convert has just put to death. Without the blood of Jesus, God demands justice: the evil must die. But with the blood of Jesus, justice is already satisfied: the evil has already died. God's grace is not that he will ignore the cancer that is sin: that is impossible for an all-mighty, just God. God's grace is that he will allow you the opportunity (that you don't deserve) to have your sin covered by the sacrifice of Jesus. But the non-regenerate do not have this opportunity. Satan is eternally evil, so we hate him. Those who do evil are evil, so we hate them. The difference is that we hate them with the hope that they will be reborn into life.
"You have heard it said by them of old time, thou shalt love thy neighbor and hate thy enemy; but I say unto you, Love your enemy, pray for those that despitefully use you and persecute you..." That doesn't mean that we pray for angelic enemies: ie satan and his fallen angels. The logic of that appears, as well as in other places, in Hebrews 2: Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, *[Jesus] also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;* And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. For verily *he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.* Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. Per Hebrews 2, Jesus' life, ministry, death & resurrection was for the salvation of the "partakers of flesh & blood, (particularly) the seed of Abraham," and for the destruction of "him that had the power of death, that is, the devil." This is why love & prayer for men and women who have set themselves against us as enemies makes sense, and it is why love & prayer for fallen angels who have made themselves our enemies does not make sense: because the prayer is that God would apply the work of his Son's sacrifice for their salvation. In the case of the devil, there can be no application of the blood "for remission of sins," since he is not "a partaker of flesh & blood." That's one way to look at it. Cheers
I was thinking about this the other day. I came upon the conclusion that God hates sin, and Satan is sin. I thought maybe, now that he has fallen, he's been a great way to show the glory of God despite the sin, or through all that sin. How our conquering over Satan via the glory of God is a magnifier. Now I have to listen to this again cause I've been writing this comment and I'm sure there's a lot of good clarification I've missed.
When Jesus walked the Earth He asked all the time, how will they believe if they can't physically see you. Then when Lazarus died while He was gone, He knew what He did would be considered necromancy to the Pharisees, but His will must be done. These disciples had to know the truth and spread the word. Even Pontius Pilate knew Jesus was not some sorcerer. Pilate performed military service in his youth and waited for Jesus to say what so many before had said, that it was a scam, yet He didn't. Pilate didn't know this Jesus of Nazareth, but knew the wrath of the Gods. So he washed his hands of what he knew was bad luck. Especially during the pardoning of one of two people. The Pharisees won't kill a man, so they forced him into a Roman death. After what Marcus Crassus did to Spartacus and all his followers on the road to Rome. So would Jesus follow in crucifixion. Let these people insult our faith. They them insult a ventury old scribes. But please don't let them insult your heart. For you and I know that no matter where we go in this universe, He would find us. This world is imperfect as our we, so he paid our debt. Humility at the hardest times will be one test of many. May you have a blessed day.
Psalms 97:10 Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked. 1 Peter 3:11 Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.
Should I hate Satan?... Hate is the opposite of Love...Christ said that we must not Hate one another but Love our neighbors as we love ourselves, including our enemies, and do good to both of them (foes and friends). Question:... Is Satan/Devil (Fallen Angel) our neighbor?... Nope, he is an Evil Spirit... therefore, we can HATE Satan/Devil and all his works and LOVE God with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength.
God loves Satan because he takes the whole world to Hell. God is a ruthless bully tyrant who doesn't hate Satan and his demons or their sins. He only hates the sins of mankind! Therefore, God created Hell or the Lake of Fire as a Heaven for Satan and his demons who are enjoying the torment of mankind, and a place of torment and suffering for humanity.
Why do some people who call themselves Christian believe that satan can be forgiven? I heard someone say to pray that satan can be forgiven and I was so shocked that anyone would say that. Where does that false teaching come from? where are they getting these ideas? That's so crazy! I just can't believe some people are that deceived I was blown away by that
Do u know what *lucifer* does? He helps people. People who have got to a point in their life where they are so low they go to him for Help. U know why? COS GOD DOESNT DO SHIT. Lucifer is good and got exiled for no reason
I believe both good and evil can be used in right and wrong ways. Hate is a characteristic of evil, right? So, if hate is a characteristic of evil is not one drawing upon evil in order to have that hate to begin with? If God is capable of hating (and he is) then isn't he also drawing upon evil in a right way in order to hate what he hates?
This is why doom is my favorite video game. I play that in my free time, I listen to the soundtrack at work and when i lift and i read the scripture twice a day. Everything and every part of my day I hope gets under satan’s skin.
For most of my life i've had some pretty serious anger issues, still to this day the smallest thing can make me very frustrated. In the past I used to mock Satan and laugh at his ultimate perdition as a way of venting my rage. But I stopped because i'm under attack even more now(not saying it's because I would mock Satan and tell him that he's a pathetic worm who'll be brought, not just low.... but to the lowest according to God's Word) But I read and discovered that when Michael the Archangel and Satan were fighting over the body of moses, it says that not even Michael would dare to rebuke him. That's always made me wonder why that is. So in short, I don't taunt him anymore because I personally believe that it might come around to bite you like it did me. But I do tell him to get behind me in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
I use to do the same thing actually, honestly still do; however I honestly don't worry about what he could do to me because I know no matter what he does I always have God to pick me up if I stumble. I had terrible anger issues as well and can say I still do, but I asked God to help me love others and be slow to anger and he actually helped me a lot. A few weeks ago I parked outside of my bank and a man that was there yelled at me and said I must think I own this town because I was in a rush instead of parking in the parking lot and started insulting me. Instead of getting angry I felt love towards him because I understand. Once you start to understand why people get angry, why people do terrible things, etc. You can begin to love them. You just have to always remember that people are always going through things maybe even worse then you at any moment and be wise and understand that. It will help a lot. Pray about it and ask God for help and you will see the results.
I am guilty of doing it as well, especially when I was angry or frustrated. That stopped quite a while back lol. Even with God on your side, I don't think it's very smart to taunt Satan. From what I understand, he still roams this earth(hence why I believe things just keep getting worse and worse), and I'm not looking to pick fights with something I can't physically see lol. As for the "hating Satan" thing, remember what the bible said about hate? That rule applies for everything...
We have to be careful my brother. I don’t think it’s ever a good thing to issue a challenge and/or mock the devil, even though we desire to defeat him. And the reason for that is Satan has been watching human beings for over 6,000 plus years. He has way more knowledge and wisdom on how to bring us down than we do. Especially if we don’t have Jesus. Whenever we willfully challenge him, we don’t know what we are asking!! He and his demons watch us 24 hours a day and they know our weaknesses. Just be careful man!! And keep our focus on Jesus. And he will allow us to defeat him
I used to have that SAME problem too. You put it well: I fell into "mocking Satan" and his devils and laughing and taunting them. I had one attack me physically one time when I gave into some bad sin. Now I'm careful and circumspect to do as Apostle Jude says to: that is, to rebuke him by Jesus. "Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities. Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, _The Lord rebuke thee._ Jude 13 is likely not referencing this directly, but Zechariah 3 records this amazing instance where we see the Lord Jehovah rebuking Satan BY the Lord Jehovah. (Below). Peace to you. _ And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him. And the LORD said unto Satan, _The LORD rebuke thee,_ O Satan; even the LORD that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?
I really have an issue: Today I was talking about God with my family and I felt extremely happy and free, but then a second afterwards my mind was saying evil things like: Evil is Good or Pray to Satan or You're lying to God, your alliance is with Satan etc. I am really scared and feel guilty and don't want to be lying to God. I have no idea if these thoughts are actually what I think, and if they are, I don't want to be like that. I also feel extremely guilty because I don't hate Satan, but don't love him either, even if my mind says so. And whenever evil stuff happens, my mind says that its good or that life would be boring without it. I'm just really confused and have no idea if I'm lying to God or myself or not... If anyone has advice please reply, I appreciate it a lot.😊
Satan and other fallen spirits can suggest thoughts to people. Matt 16:22-23 & Mark 8:32-33 There were some of those in the room while you spoke with your family that day. I have zero doubts. The unseen world is teeming with good angels and evil angels. (that there ARE evil angels, see Psalm 78:49) We must not let our guard down, but ask our Father which is in Heaven to keep us and shield us from them. "Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil." Jesus was outwardly tempted by Satan and even had the devil take him places and suggest temptations to him. (Matthew 4) "All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me." But Jesus was not inwardly tempted so as to give any place to those suggestions "but Jesus answered and said, IT IS WRITTEN, thou shalt worship the Lord thy God and him only shalt thou serve." The devil had nothing in the Son of Man tho (John 14:30) because Jesus always kept himself. Apostle John says, We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. The next verse goes on, And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness. In Matt 4:1-3 the Devil is called "the tempter." He's not just the accuser and the adversary but Satan (Mark 1:13) is the tempter. _ I have little doubt those thoughts were suggested to you. Pray. And read the scriptures, and on this subject of spiritual warfare... especially spend time in Matthew & Mark > < My .02
Satan sinned and still had his powers and lived years till today. Man sinned and all the powers were stripped from us, we couldn't live longer than 100. Satan took that away.
That was a mercy. "And now lest he stretch forth his hand and take hold of the tree of life and eat and live forever..." (then he sets an angel with a sword which turns every way to keep the way to the tree). A BIG mercy. Likewise, the toppling of Babel.
question: should you hate satan? short answer: yes long answer: * YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS*
Hate is a sin, regardless. Besides, Satan was a victim of jealousy when he committed his first sin which has since consumed him to spend his worldly time until the Day of Judgement to deceive human to be sinful so that they will accompany him to Hell. While we cannot help Satan to repent, we, as imperfect human beings, in my personal opinion, should understand the origin of Satan and ensure that we follow the straight Godly path and do not sin. As such, we can indirectly lighten up the sins of Satan for which Satan will pay for in Hell. God Bless.
If humans really knew how much satan hates them, they would hate him back by forsaking their sins and turning to Jesus Christ the savior of the world..he defeated death..satan lost his grip on us
Is it just me that can't bring themselves to hate Satan with all their heart? I strongly dislike him but I dislike his actions more than himself, after all he is still God's creation.
I need help: My friend said that we should love satan because the Bible says “Hate the sin, love the sinner”. I think that we should not love satan. And he is a wise and righteous individual, so I don’t know who he doesn’t understand. What is your opinion? Please tell, I need some help with this. Also I don’t want to judge him so I want the answer to be wise. Thank you and glory to only God! Have a blessed day.
I think it is more accurate to say we should hate wrong and have a disregard for Satan's plan, except where we are agreeing that he should do what he does that is him losing. The hard part about this question, the hardest part to deal with as a christian is actually knowing more than you may want to, and that is that Satan was in fact created by God. The thing is that Satan had his own idea and thought that his idea was better than God's plan. So correct, what I see as correct, is God winning. Whatever that may be. And that's without special regard or favor for who wants to do what apart from God. Whomever you are and whatever you want no I hate sin and yes you should do whatever is against that according to the Bible and the Lord winning. And that's the righteousness in the law. Even to Christ's own detriment, He desires that. But you should not be deceived by the wealthy elites who have worked in such ways that the "written path" is leading people away, but remember that the path is the path to God winning, and that's not so cut and dry as they would have you believe. But it is there to remind us that we shouldn't stray from the path into sin. And the Word reflects that, God will punish people for not going out to sin as well as for sinning. And to understand that, and have knowledge of that, and to do that is the way. Not to sin to do wrong, but to be blameless in doing right and good. And so winning is bringing the ancient path to be in line with the path of winning, but not for losing or simply breaking even. And therefore we must do whatever is necessary of God. So satan for example has deceived the church into thinking that not even breaking even is breaking even and should be along the path, a deception to the followers of Christ and leaders of the church, to even accept homosexuals. The path should be more clear than that, than even simply slaughtering them to break even. But again to say we are doing that might not be wrong. Peter said the Lord said to lay down the sword, and what we say should be clean, regardless of what we are doing, insomuch that what we are doing pleases God. So look at it in terms of the ancient crossroads, there is the one path and the other. Well we know about quantum interference entanglement, a quantum eraser. Think about that, and think about it in reverse. As a wave. In quantum wave theory. That both paths started in one place and one particle. So we have de-interference. And so God is showing us and it is apparent that there is a way of this world that we must resist and that there is one God who is above all whom we must stay with and carry with us. Scientists have even found chemicals that defy the laws of thermodynamics.
Jesus said to forgive your enemies he said it's easy to love your brother but he wants us to love our enemies who is our biggest enemy?? Satan so should we forgive satan?? Just hate sin not the sinner?? Just something I wonder about. Jesus also said you can't love two masters just food for thought
I'm done with the Devil I got what I wanted. Amen God juses Christ So he' Satan is dead buried to me but instead he's still out there. I would never hate. I'm a good person now I'm changed. Man God always wins. I'm not going to change my statement I just thought that should never done. I told the devil to turn off my pacemaker so he did I almost died I thank the Lord Jesus Christ I am still here. I wasted my entire energy. Taking my anger out on the devil. Amen God
I feel so much better after choosing to ask Satan for forgiveness and to forgive him and love him. Like all of us, we are sinners, we need to be forgiven and to forgive, I treat Satan and all of his angels the same; Just belive me, If you go into a battle with Satan and his angels then you will be stuck in a battle. Peace be with all of creation; I ask this of you God in the name of Jesus Christ; All things are possible in the name of Jesus, please Lord all I want is love for all of creation; Peace for all of creation, I know God that you can make all things pure in your will, I trust in you. Thank you God for your Kingdom come; May Satan know peace and love again in your sweet embrace, in Jesus name Amen.
Do you realize Satan would enjoy and laugh while you and your whole family were tortured alive? Satan is the original reprobate/psychopath. The Lord gave him over to a reprobate mind when he made the willful choice to rebel against God in the insurrection in Rev 12 and to become the God of evil. He is the spiritual antithesis to Jesus. He is the exact opposite of Jesus and the embodiment of evil itself. I'm sorry but you are being incredibly naive to say that you forgive and love him. You are just deceiving yourself. Would you forgive somebody who immensely enjoys torturing babies? Because Satan is 100000x levels beyond that kind of evil.
Jesus said to love your neighbor. He says to love your enemies. Jesus prayed to the Lord; "Forgive them Father, for they know not what they do." We need to pray to the Lord to soften their hearts, and open their eyes.
Yes, many of the fallen angels have been blinded and are under the powerful delusions of Satan. These fallen angels have the possibility of returning to God if only their eyes are made open to Satan's lies.
at 3:27 - Quote: "Satan is beyond repentance." If Satan has been granted free will by God, then how come Satan is also beyond repentance? Suppose Satan decided he wished to genuinely repent and return to God. Is God's infinite capacity to forgive the wicked who repent, not truly infinite?
No. This question doesn't fully apply because satan would never genuinely repent. He is the father of all evil, the bible speaks of his role of destruction in the world AND his place in eternity. We don't have to worry about this question because it says that satan will never repent, and he will suffer in the lake of fire. Im sorry if this came of as rude in any way. May God bless you, and you accept Jesus as Lord And savior. And follow the true gospel, not the one of the world. ❤❤
what if you accidentally got tricked into loving the satan? I loved satan and then a thunderstorm struck my house right after i gave my heart to satan...literally, right after i said "I love you" to him. Then i felt my heart/love be taken away by his evil powers and now satan says that im his and forever damned with no chance of salvation. Can loving satan really be the way to actually sell your soul? Cause now since i gave my heart to satan, he has every legal right to own me right? No wonder why no matter how many times i try to search for Jesus, he doesn't answer me because i already loved the enemy. It's no wonder why the enemy doesn't attack me anymore because the damage has been done, he got what he wanted...satan tricked me into giving him my heart and left me to rot until i die and go to hell. :(
No he can't have your soul when you rally repend. The reason why Jesus hasn't answered you could be that, He wants to see how serious you are with your decision. Jesus will never shut the door for someone who is looking for Him. Read the Bible and maybe you have a good church near you? Keep everything away that is occult or evil like. Find a good church where you can have friends and help you through the hard times. Where the real good news is preached. As long as you want to be saved by Jesus your soul is not lost.
some verses for you below. The first is from Luke 11, the second from Mark 9. When _a strong man armed_ keepeth his palace, his goods are in peace: *BUT* when _a stronger than he_ shall come upon him, and overcome him, he taketh from him all his armour wherein he trusted, and divideth his spoils. _ And when JESUS came to his disciples, he saw a great multitude about them, and the scribes questioning with them. And straightway all the people, when they beheld him, were greatly amazed, and running to him saluted him. And he asked the scribes, What question ye with them? And one of the multitude answered and said, Master, I have brought unto thee my son, which hath a dumb spirit; And wheresoever the devil taketh him, he teareth him: and he foameth, and gnasheth with his teeth, and pineth away: and I spake to thy disciples that they should cast him out; and they could not. He answereth him, and saith, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? *bring him unto me.* > And they brought him unto him: and when he saw him, straightway the spirit tare him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming. And he asked his father, How long is it ago since this came unto him? And he said, Of a child. And ofttimes it hath cast him into the fire, and into the waters, to destroy him: but *if thou canst do any thing, have compassion on us, and help us!* JESUS said unto him, *If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.* And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief. When JESUS saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, *Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him.* And the spirit cried, and rent him sore, and came out of him: and he was as one dead; insomuch that many said, He is dead. *BUT* JESUS took him by the hand, and lifted him up; and he arose. [[Tho Satan is stronger than any creature in heaven or earth, all hope is not lost: there is "one stronger than he."]]
randomly came across this video and saw your comment and my reply from a couple years back. I hope you are doing okay today. People say this all the time, but hey... Jesus really does love you.
@@AnHebrewChild I’m still in the same predicament…still not saved… still trying to get saved…still asking God to save me…and all this fighting has made my situation worse…Iv accumulated brain damage over the years because I keep trying to take matters in my own hands to get saved because whenever I call on to him to save me …it never works!!! It’s been 5 years since I was demonically attacked and tricked…still same predicament but much worse condition…each year that goes by I get less concerned for my soul because of the atrophy to my brain by the drugs society has put me on for trying to do weird stuff to accept Jesus as my lord and savior! You know I just don’t understand what the heck it is that’s preventing me from being saved? Maybe could it be that I’m putting my love for self more important than God? Do I love myself this much where I am unable to give my life or serve jesus? Do I just only want to keep serving self? Is this why jesus is not saving me? I really don’t want to go to hell!!! But if I’m unable to give up my life for him, how do I get to a place where I do want to live for him?! I’m just so confused!! I know the truth clearly now, that he paid for my randsom and took my place but I’m not on my knees for him??!! Why? Why do I have so little passion for what he has done for me and have the audacity to still keep living for myself? Literally everyone I go to always tells me read your word…and every time I read the word, I can’t seem to connect to it…find it unattractive or boring and dread reading it…Iv asked God to change my heart so I can love his word…nope nothing!!! Like I’m non existent! However, I will say this…Jesus did end up healing me from a movement disorder called akathisia 2 years ago…so I am thankful for that!! But why can’t he put his spirit inside me and save me like he healed me??? Do I really need to fall in love with the idea of getting on my knees and worshiping him in order to be saved?Could this really be the reason why Jesus is not saving me?
@@joeytheshark77 hey Joey- I've been reading and mulling on what you wrote above. Your background seems kind of somewhat like my own... Thoughts have been coming to mind, especially things about Jesus. Right now tho... I'm still on the clock... and break time is about over... but hoping to write you back soon. Until then, take care And take heart. There's good reason to do both. More on that... for now, bye 👋
Lisa Wyatt exactly! Satan is not a human being. He is his own spirit entity. He doesn’t have God’s spirit in him (at least I don’t think). However WE do. So we should definitely love each other but we are not required to love a demonic spirit that wants to kill us :)
Brian Cooley Satan is completely the AntiChrist he does not have anything good in him so that means he doesn’t have Gods spirit in him and only people with the Holy Spirit have Gods spirit in them. We should love everyone else because we all fall short and sin and if we can’t live and forgive then we shouldn’t be loved and forgiven. When u accept the Lord you accept love into ur life and because of that u start to love others even those u used to hate. We should love cause we want everyone to go to heaven and for that we Praise God cause He’s so lovey and forgiving! Amen ❤️!
I can’t believe this had to be a question…but I guess I do understand it now. Satan don’t love us in anyway and his ultimate goal is to have us in hell with him for all eternity. Even if God didn’t hate Satan, I’d still want to find a way to hate him. When Satan comes for your life, there’s no coming back from the damage and destruction done except for the gift of healing from God. There’s no forgiveness for the enemy on my end. Hate and ignore him, how about that. 😉😑✌️
As a person you should have no place in your heart for hate. Hate is one of the source of sin. the minute we decide that we hate wrong doers we open a door to all sorts of hate crimes and this is the reasons for most of religious wars across the world. if a christian believes that a Muslim/Buddhist etc are wrong doers and therefore believe that, that gives us the right to hate them, them i am afraid we are walking away from Gods road. THERE IS NO PLACE FOR HATE IN A RIGHTEOUS HEART
If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Love should oppose hate So you should not hate but oppose hate because you should Love God is love god created human in his image So we where created by love not by hate Satan created hate as he is the oposser of God of Love Even Jesus sad If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn to them the other also. If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt from them But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you Hate is posibille but its just not right
Prior to saying, "deliver us from all evil" in the Lord's prayer, those who pray to my Father makes a petition to forgive and to be forgiven. We cannot be delivered from all evil, without first forgiving those who have done evil unto us. That includes Satan himself. Rebuke the devil and the fallen angels but don't carry any hate for anything the Father created.
Great video Let's hate that first prideful rebel of our God and our Lord! I hate you satan and all the wickedness you brought on the Angels, humans and all creatures!
I dont get why God allows Satan to live still if he hates him so much even more than humans since the devil is condemned. Me and lots of people are having a hard time reconciling this.
_One_ reason is, because there are prophecies concerning Revelation / end of Daniel / Matt 24 which still must be fulfilled. "Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled." MAT 5:18 If God zapped Satan this second, the prophecies concerning the final end of the world would fail. "And scripture cannot be broken." JN 10:35 I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, *Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done,* saying, My counsel shall stand, and *I will do all my pleasure.* ISA 46:10 Now I tell you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye may believe that _I am._ JN 13:19 Of course, the above doesn't get at the root of the issue: what's the purpose of _ordaining things_ in such a way in the first place; why did he allow there to be a devil at all? The adversary does serve purposes in the Narrative of the world, one of these purposes is to sift the saints like wheat: And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat... Luk 22 And Job, after he was sifted, "I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee." Job 42:5 Job knew God conceptually & knew of his attributes, but his being sifted (like the apostles) as wheat, enabled him to know God intimately & experientially. God is REALITY. And He has chosen to tell a story about REALITY... but unlike our stories, The Story He wrote is non-fiction. Love is real. The devil is real. Evil is real. Hell is real. Heaven is real. Pain is real. Pleasure is real. All things he purposed ( _or_ purposed to permit) must come to pass. It's impossible (for reasons we can't know) that certain things which have been foretold / foreordained / foreknown _not_ come to pass. "It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto **him,** through whom they come!" Ultimately, that woe is to **the father of all lies** & all offences (ie the devil). Sorry if that was a lot.
@@AnHebrewChild I have also been crying about it as well, cause I don't wanna be in a world ruled by that pissant anymore, I even curse and cuss at him, I just wish God could get rid of him and his minions already. I am not perfect, I did lots of bad stupid things even behind my parents back even as a kid, I am 34 now. I also got ran over by a car years ago when I was four or five and suffered a traumatic brain injury from it. I also have some emotional problems as well. I've suffered too much.
Mari Ot I struggle with the same (!!) but try to remind myself of the Apostle Jude's admonition: Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities. **Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst [dared] not bring against him a railing accusation, BUT SAID, The Lord rebuke thee.** (Jude 1:8) Also, this from Zechariah: And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him. **And the LORD said unto Satan, The LORD rebuke thee, O Satan; even the LORD that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee:** is not this a brand plucked out of the fire? (Zech 3:1ff) _ It's REALLY tough for me to follow that example and say instead, "The Lord rebuke thee" but... when I have done this it's amazing how powerful it is / and calming; because the words are not mine but are rather an appeal to King Jesus ("one having authority") and a deference to Jehovah.
@ 01:37 of this link is the most powerful (imo) reading of the Jude verse above. ua-cam.com/video/S36O156ennA/v-deo.html Such authoritative, and freeing words. _ "CAST THY BURDEN UPON THE LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved." "TAKE MY YOKE UPON YOU, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and MY BURDEN IS LIGHT." - Jesus
i think because we have free will and unfortunetly, we all have falled in Satans footsteps (sin) so God is giving us a chance but also gave us free will
Well.. he hates you, and you can be sure of that, he doesn't have your best interests at heart.. he's only concerned about himself, he's a thief whose purpose is to steal kill and destroy you, so.. you make the choice, is that someone you want to like I would hope not
Yes, hatred can come out of a place of love if it is directed at wickedness and evil itself. If you love your neighbour, you should hate the wickedness that afflicts your neighbours.
I’m just confused bc didn’t god say that the devil is our enemy but he said love ur enemy and I feel like loving the devil just shows how much we are bigger and wiser than him and I’m not saying accept his offers and worships him obviously god is our only king.
It doesn't make sense that Satan would be beyond hope because he was one of the greatest beings in the universe and close to God how come we are better than Satan
This is so, but this specific text of Jude's epistle relates to being aware that satan is a prince, and created as an higher spiritual being in the hierarchy of spiritual creatures, very powerful, and you do not want to, as a human, go toe to toe with him, because even his peers, angels more powerful than you (humans, mankind in general) will not go after him without the specific command or consent of G-d Himself. Therefore we are to respect (know our role - to stand firm and resist him NOT ignore-, and be mindful of his ability to accuse you, seek to sift/try you - as with Job, The Messiah, and the 12 disciples), because he may well get permission also to do you harm that being arrogant towards him, you may not easily overcome. That is why Jude continued to say, false teachers are as brute beasts when they blaspheme heavenly dignitaries - of which satan is one - created a prince. Proverbs 6 tells us the sins that that are the most objectionable to G-d. All were the sins that caused the fall of 'Lucifer'. All. G-d hates iniquity and resulting sin. Satan is the "personification" and "virus" that spreads and indulges its necrotising corruption. That is why evil doers in the church are to be shunned and cut off, and left to satan. Because they become a gangrene that starts a countdown to death of the body - that must be amputated before resulting pain, distress, and humiliation of hypocrisy causes dishonour and spiritual death. By all means, hate satan and all he represents: be holy as G-d is Holy - but be aware, he has a role ordained and sanctioned of G-d, Colossians and Revelation lets us know this, but also that he is damned forever - only the messiah is worthy to throw him in the lake of fire. ..
We’re commanded to love our neighbor. Is Satan our neighbor ? I don’t think so… I have never come across any scriptures commanding us to love the devil.
I hate him, transhumanism is the equivalent to the the fruit back in the garden, the unity in Voluptaria, Activa and Contemplativa. Concupiscentia Oculorum will drag millions down including people I love, I cried last night I hate him so much.
I feel this bro more than ever now. You can add me on FB if you want Julian Savannah from Melbourne. I warn about the microchip and many other things. Feel free to share.
@@chrissonofpear1384 If you're trying to imply aliens, have a look at the ancient world, they had flying saucers as seen on the hieroglyphs, yet they depicted a flat earth, as the bible says. These were the demons in genesis who will return as gods to "save us", any who worship the beast or receive his mark will be tormented day and night forever and ever. We are the last and most wicked generation to live, as in the days of Noah. The powers that be have hypnotised us into believing gay marriage should be legal, transgenderism, and soon pedophelia. In the great tribulation, the gods AKA satan and his angels will come back and make us immortal by transhumanism. "Death will flee from them" and then Yeshua will return and burn the earth, and all who worshipped the beast or took his mark will perish. References Matthew 24 KJV Revelation 3 KJV
@@Baul_Punyan I know this was 4 moths ago, but your right. We shouldn't fear however, we should fear God as said in Proverbs 1:7 KJV: The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
I don’t agree with at any point ever while we are true believers that we should hope for any persons judgement and destruction. I completely disagree with you On that. However, I do agree with you fully on the fact that we should hate Satan, and that we should hope and no from the Scriptures that that is exactly what is going to happen to him. But not people ever not ever people. I believe that the Lord will be very displeased with us if we were to do that. God bless
Etuate Lafferte you should follow them but no one is perfect and sometimes we can't that is why jesus died for those mistakes we made or our sins. God's grace provides us a second chance
We do not NEED to, but it is something that we should strive to do. Read Galatians 2:16-21, Galatians 3:2-14. Paul explains that the law is not something used to justify us in the eyes of the lord, but it is our faith in Christ through his grace that we are saved and made righteous. He's not saying the law is gone and that we should throw it away, but that it is not something we should be using to measure if we are righteous or going to heaven for following.
Gods grace and mercy on us does not give us the right to sin it shouldn't be something we accept in our lives the fruit of Gods spirit is love, joy, peace, self control; Galatians 5:22. John 3:3 says unless u are born again u will not enter the kingdom of heaven. the fruit of ur rebirth is found in 5:22 of Galatians if u are in love with our creator and are reborn with his spirit out of love and fear u will desire to obey Him as he teaches us in his word. but my friend please dont rely on us or anyone else for answers to those questions ask God to reveal his truth to u and read the bible for yoursef. please my friend to many people look for the answers on line that fit there itching ears and they are missing out on knowing a loving father that wants so much to have an intament relationship with them. Sin is not ok for us as children of God to live in and when we are convicted by the holy spirit in us of it we repent and dont sin again.
I'm sorry but we do not stop sinning at salvation, and repent does not mean to turn from sin. 1 John 1:8- If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. Our SPIRIT stops sinning once we are saved, our flesh is not saved at salvation and continues to sin until the day we die. This is explained in John 3 when Christ is asked if we must be born of our mothers womb, and also in Romans 7, where Paul himself says he cannot stop sinning because his flesh holds him back. Repent is translated from the Greek word, metanoia, which means to have a change of mind. It does not mean to turn from sin. That change of mind is about who Christ is, was, and what he did for us, leading to belief. Repentance and faith are two sides of the same coin. God himself repents in Exodus 32. If repent means to turn from sin, you're saying God has sin. It doesn't mean that and never has. That's a false belief spread by Calvinists. I am not justifying sin, but it is clear throughout the Bible that sin is something that will continue to corrupt us until the day we die, and that is why we die. If we don't sin after salvation we wouldn't die. The second death is a spiritual death which is for unbelievers, mentioned in Revelation 16:2. Again we stop sinning in SPIRIT, not FLESH at salvation. It is our spirit that is made Holy and perfect because it is the Holy Spirit. 1 Corinthians 15:50- Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. This is also why our flesh does not go to heaven, because it is not what is born again at salvation. I agree that we are to follow Christ and do as best as we can but we are not perfect IN OUR FLESH, only in spirit once we believe. Also, if you read Galatians 2:16-21, Galatians 3:2-14 it tells us that the law does not justify us.
God commanded us to love each other and not to hate our brother, but He never commanded us to love satan, so satan the embodiment of hatred and evil must be hated.
Satan has no regard for God at all. He hates God, he wanted to be more powerful than God. Satan is already destined for the lake of fire. The boastful shall not stand before your eyes; you hate all evildoers (Psalms 5:5)
There's no indication in scripture there is any salvation for angels of any kind. Part of the wonder the angels have for the glory of grace and salvation give to God's elect.
Mario Urbieta I used to think like this but it’s not gonna happen. Satan chose his path and that was rebellion against the Almighty God and God already said he will destroy Satan. Since God is perfect He can’t lie or go against what he says because it’s literally against who he is as the non-lying perfect and just God. Do u understand what I’m saying? Like I get where ur coming from cuz I used to think like that too but it’s actually satanic because it goes against what God says.
I've been trying to work out if I should hate Satan or feel sorry for him or think he can be forgiven if all work together, including him.. I feel guilty to hate. God is good and I always thought if we hate at all , then that's sinful. . But I hate the Devil , I hate him with my heart just as I love our Lord and God in my heart . So I pray I ask God about this , knowing the devil will try corupet and subdue my thoughts , and I came along a copple your videos and I feel relief I can hate the devil and the wiked. But isn't the opposite of hate fear ? And does not the Devil cause fear , Also God causes fear , My conclusion is that Lucifer turn bad cos of his once pure unconditional love turned obsessive love for God , Just the definition of the word obsessed obsessive obsessing means . Lucifer's emotion begot him and it was to much to bare , and that's what turned him bad , Then God made us . And his obsession that was once of pure love , turned into fear of rejection and doubt and self pity , That then he wanted to seek revenge to god , and he lost himself inside himself and his heart turns black and empty . This happen on earth wonder why love is blind , why it hurts , why we seek vengeance and pain on those we love obsessively . And Lucifer knows his number will soon be up so he might as well cause as much pain and suffering as he possibly can , And the way he gets back at God is by hurting his loved ones. But God protects us . That's my theory, but always felt guilty for hating . I've know many a Narcisit in my life to know how the devil works, he is not consistent , but our mighty Lord is. We will be home with God , Christ , and Holy spirit. May we all be blessed to receive salvation and be with God. Praise be to God , And our salvation Jesus Christ. Xx
We should love our enemies, and we should forgive our enemies and know that each awful, mean cruel people in our lives weren't always like that. But Satan willingly chose, to disobey God since he wanted to have more power. So we shouldn't feel sorry for him because he willingly chose to, and also the wicked, cruel selfish messed up people in this world are being decieved and controlled by Satan, and Satan likes it, so that's why we should hate him and not feel sorry for him. Hope that helps
God does not hate people anyone. He may be disappointed or displeased with what others do regarding those who sin whether humans or fallen Angels but still loves them. Never use the word hate. Thank you and God bless ❤
if satan is a murderer from the beginning and is GOD's enemy then WE CAN'T love satan but we can not hate with sinful hatred. Biblically speaking, there are positive and negative aspects to hatred. It is acceptable to hate those things that God hates; indeed, this is very much a proof of a right standing with God. “Let those who love the Lord hate evil” (Psalm 97:10a).
Ok but we can do it because he is evil?
Cannot. It's one word.
"God shows his great love towards us in this: that while we were still (evil) sinners, Christ died for us."
Yeah
Hating what satan does..hurting people, etc.. Satan is going straight to HELL. There is no hope for HIM!
Lucifer respects people who respect him. So if u all go hating on him what do u expect for u? Smh ur so dumb
@Christus Mea Lux You have no evidence that gods or devils exist. Stop PRETENDING to know things you do not know.
@@jjjjjooooo8116 I think you mean the man of lawlessness.. who according to daniel (iirc) will greately respect those who honor him.

God is RIGHTEOUS and He hates (SIN).💯
do not waste time, energy etc by hating satan. that would be allowing yourself to recognize him and be tempted to indulge oneself and in a way collude with satan. its far better to utterly IGNORE satan. spend your valuable time with God alone. and its He alone who deserves all of our attention and adoration etc etc.
Christ says love everyone and resist the devil.
Christ says if you are not doing the will of God then you are doing the will of your father the devil.
But WHY could Satan, or other fallen angels, even be able to REACH Earth?
Because earth has sin in it. Heaven does not
SO IT IS WRITTEN! You don't have to worry about things you have NO evidence for hating you...
That goes for gods too.

@@EndTimesHarvest You have no evidence your invisible god exists..
Just love God , you have no room for anything else .
Ecclesiasticus 21:27 “"When the ungodly curseth Satan, he curseth his own soul."
This verse makes me wary about putting energy into hating Satan.
Again, "who has seen Me, has seen the Father" (= "Don’t lose sight of Me!")
If the mere fact that someone rejects God affects His very Essence and is capable of making Him in any way hateful, you have to wonder if you can really trust such a God!

@@nicholasflamel1134 maybe you should spend your valuable time elsewhere.
@@jeice3714 Are you yet another COWARD who does not want someone to questions your baseless beliefs?
Tough stuff- hard to understand it in many ways but I thank God that nobody sees a "hateful" man in John Piper, so his image is free to preach a complicated, nuanced, and hard word without anyone reasonably criticizing where he's coming from.
Its hard to understand because there is no evidence that god or satan are real. That allows anyone who wants to PRETEND to know things about them to say anything they want to and gullible people believe them.
The story seems a little incomplete, I suppose...
"You have heard it said by them of old time, thou shalt love thy neighbor and hate thy enemy; but I say unto you, Love your enemy, pray for those that despitefully use you and persecute you..."
That doesn't mean that we pray for angelic enemies: ie satan and his fallen angels.
The logic of that appears, as well as in other places, in Hebrews 2:
Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, *[Jesus] also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;* And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. For verily *he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.* Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
Per Hebrews 2, Jesus' life, ministry, death & resurrection was for the salvation of the "partakers of flesh & blood, (particularly) the seed of Abraham," and for the destruction of "him that had the power of death, that is, the devil."
This is why love & prayer for men and women who have set themselves against us as enemies makes sense, and it is why love & prayer for fallen angels who have made themselves our enemies does not make sense:
because the prayer is that God would apply the work of his Son's sacrifice for their salvation. In the case of the devil, there can be no application of the blood "for remission of sins," since he is not "a partaker of flesh & blood."
That's one way to look at it.
Psalms 97:10
Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.
1 Peter 3:11
Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.

You can hate actions, deeds, situations, outcomes, etc. etc. but people and ummm...other beings that obviously exist but we can't see...ya, nope.
Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, _The Lord rebuke thee._
Jude 13 is likely not referencing this directly, but Zechariah 3 records this amazing instance where we see the Lord Jehovah rebuking Satan BY the Lord Jehovah. (Below).
Peace to you.

And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him.
And the LORD said unto Satan, _The LORD rebuke thee,_ O Satan; even the LORD that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?
Hate the sin not the sinner. We should not hate satan. No where in the bible did God ask us to hate satan, no where!!!!
Wow! This is both deep and illuminating.
Always wondered this. Thanks!
Matt 16:22-23 & Mark 8:32-33
There were some of those in the room while you spoke with your family that day. I have zero doubts. The unseen world is teeming with good angels and evil angels.
(that there ARE evil angels, see Psalm 78:49)
We must not let our guard down, but ask our Father which is in Heaven to keep us and shield us from them. "Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil."
Jesus was outwardly tempted by Satan and even had the devil take him places and suggest temptations to him.

I have little doubt those thoughts were suggested to you. Pray. And read the scriptures, and on this subject of spiritual warfare... especially spend time in Matthew & Mark > <

God Bless.
Thanks for this thought on the two mentioned kinds of love and hate/hatred.
I Think We Should Never Love Satan.

The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy; how then can I not hate Satan?
Satan is not a sinner, he is sin. We are to hate sin. God hates Satan. Yes, we should hate Satan. He is the father of lies.
Jesus said to forgive your enemies he said it's easy to love your brother but he wants us to love our enemies who is our biggest enemy?? Satan so should we forgive satan?? Just hate sin not the sinner?? Just something I wonder about. Jesus also said you can't love two masters just food for thought
I can't love Jehovah easily, that's for sure...

I'm a good person now I'm changed. Man
God always wins.
I'm not going to change my statement I just thought that should never done. I told the devil to turn off my pacemaker so he did I almost died I thank the Lord Jesus Christ I am still here. I wasted my entire energy. Taking my anger out on the devil. Amen God
Praise God, I definitely agree!
Peace be with all of creation;
I ask this of you God in the name of Jesus Christ;
All things are possible in the name of Jesus, please Lord all I want is love for all of creation;
Peace for all of creation, I know God that you can make all things pure in your will, I trust in you.
Thank you God for your Kingdom come; May Satan know peace and love again in your sweet embrace, in Jesus name
Amen.
These fallen angels have the possibility of returning to God if only their eyes are made open to Satan's lies.
but they know what they do
at 3:27 - Quote: "Satan is beyond repentance." If Satan has been granted free will by God, then how come Satan is also beyond repentance?
_
And when JESUS came to his disciples, he saw a great multitude about them, and the scribes questioning with them. *bring him unto me.*
>
And they brought him unto him: and when he saw him, straightway the spirit tare him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming.

Ok so I should hate satan but what about my enemies? In what way should I hate them?
What about love thy enemies?
There is no salvation or forgiveness for Satan. We already know his destination, in the pit of the lake of fire.
Love thy enemies is referring to ppl, not Satan who is the father of all evil.
Amen ❤️!
Lovers of man
Thanks!👏👍❤🔥4 ✝
No matter what God is my choise I hate satan
Jesus himself showed mercy to the demons and granted their request when they begged for permission to leave the possessed man and enter into the pigs.
Amen
God is RIGHTEOUS and He hates (SIN). 💯
I try not to judge a guy too harshly if i havent met him
Yes I hate Satan
Samee 😾
If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Love should oppose hate
So you should not hate but oppose hate because you should Love
God is love god created human in his image
So we where created by love not by hate
Satan created hate as he is the oposser of God of Love
Even Jesus sad
If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn to them the other also. If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt from them
But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you
Hate is posibille but its just not right
Prior to saying, "deliver us from all evil" in the Lord's prayer, those who pray to my Father makes a petition to forgive and to be forgiven.
"Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled." MAT 5:18
If God zapped Satan this second, the prophecies concerning the final end of the world would fail.
"And scripture cannot be broken." JN 10:35
I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, *Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done,* saying, My counsel shall stand, and *I will do all my pleasure.* ISA 46:10
Now I tell you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye may believe that _I am._ JN 13:19
Of course, the above doesn't get at the root of the issue: what's the purpose of _ordaining things_ in such a way in the first place; why did he allow there to be a devil at all? The adversary does serve purposes in the Narrative of the world, one of these purposes is to sift the saints like wheat:
And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat... Luk 22
And Job, after he was sifted, "I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee." Job 42:5
Job knew God conceptually & knew of his attributes, but his being sifted (like the apostles) as wheat, enabled him to know God intimately & experientially.
"It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto **him,** through whom they come!"
Ultimately, that woe is to **the father of all lies** & all offences (ie the devil).
Mari Ot I struggle with the same (!!) but try to remind myself of the Apostle Jude's admonition:
Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities. **Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst [dared] not bring against him a railing accusation, BUT SAID, The Lord rebuke thee.** (Jude 1:8)
Also, this from Zechariah:
And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him. **And the LORD said unto Satan, The LORD rebuke thee, O Satan; even the LORD that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee:** is not this a brand plucked out of the fire? (Zech 3:1ff)
_
It's REALLY tough for me to follow that example and say instead, "The Lord rebuke thee" but... when I have done this it's amazing how powerful it is / and calming; because the words are not mine but are rather an appeal to King Jesus ("one having authority") and a deference to Jehovah.
@ 01:37 of this link is the most powerful (imo) reading of the Jude verse above. ua-cam.com/video/S36O156ennA/v-deo.html Such authoritative, and freeing words.

"CAST THY BURDEN UPON THE LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved."
"TAKE MY YOKE UPON YOU, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and MY BURDEN IS LIGHT." - Jesus
i think because we have free will and unfortunetly, we all have falled in Satans footsteps (sin) so God is giving us a chance but also gave us free will
Well.. he hates you, and you can be sure of that, he doesn't have your best interests at heart.. he's only concerned about himself, he's a thief whose purpose is to steal kill and destroy you, so.. you make the choice, is that someone you want to like I would hope not
On the basis of love YES 🍷🍞
Yes, hatred can come out of a place of love if it is directed at wickedness and evil itself. If you love your neighbour, you should hate the wickedness that afflicts your neighbours.
I’m just confused bc didn’t god say that the devil is our enemy but he said love ur enemy and I feel like loving the devil just shows how much we are bigger and wiser than him and I’m not saying accept his offers and worships him obviously god is our only king.
I understand, but Satan is the only enemy we are allowed to have. We must hate what God hates

And how come so many angels would even rebel, if they didn't lack for anything...

Yes hating me is mean
Satan I Rebuke You In The Name Alf Jesus
Hate the sin, Love the sinner
I hate Satan.
God is love, and he loves us but hates the bad we do, He created Lucifer and I think he loves Lucifer but hates the bad he does
Satan is the enemy period. Yes we should absolutely hate him. There is a such thing as righteous hatred.
We should hate his works and not tolerate him. Loving your enemy does not mean to love satan.
My heart and soul came from God and Jesus. But these thoughts and hands come from the devil

impossible, the revelation has already been written...
Eternal Hellfire is a pagan doctorine unfortunately. They will be destroyed entirely.
I don’t think so… I have never come across any scriptures commanding us to love the devil.
but why would God allow satan to go into his presence in Job?

What about those who follow him who are turned over beyond repentance?
Repent and put faith in the lord
you can never be beyond repentance
The opposite of love is not hate, it is fear.
Who told you that?
@@AnHebrewChild my father, backed by the Bible and logic.
@@Baul_Punyan I know this was 4 moths ago, but your right. We shouldn't fear however, we should fear God as said in Proverbs 1:7 KJV: The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
If you're going to hate any thing hate the devil!!!!
God bless
Do we need to obey the Ten Commandments?
Excellent.
Why is satan beyond repentance ? Always wondered
There's no indication in scripture there is any salvation for angels of any kind. Part of the wonder the angels have for the glory of grace and salvation give to God's elect.
God is merciful and Lord of judement and fullfilling time
Love thy enemy
I pray for the devil so God can forgive him
I hope everyone will be forgiven including satan
Mario Urbieta I used to think like this but it’s not gonna happen. Satan chose his path and that was rebellion against the Almighty God and God already said he will destroy Satan. Since God is perfect He can’t lie or go against what he says because it’s literally against who he is as the non-lying perfect and just God. Do u understand what I’m saying? Like I get where ur coming from cuz I used to think like that too but it’s actually satanic because it goes against what God says.
@@jamiletvalle4697 do we actually know the meaning of perfection though?
I've been trying to work out if I should hate Satan or feel sorry for him or think he can be forgiven if all work together, including him..
I feel guilty to hate.
God is good and I always thought if we hate at all , then that's sinful. . But I hate the Devil , I hate him with my heart just as I love our Lord and God in my heart .
So I pray I ask God about this , knowing the devil will try corupet and subdue my thoughts , and I came along a copple your videos and I feel relief I can hate the devil and the wiked.
But isn't the opposite of hate fear ?
And does not the Devil cause fear ,
Also God causes fear ,
My conclusion is that Lucifer turn bad cos of his once pure unconditional love turned obsessive love for God ,
Just the definition of the word obsessed obsessive obsessing means . Lucifer's emotion begot him and it was to much to bare , and that's what turned him bad ,
Then God made us .
And his obsession that was once of pure love , turned into fear of rejection and doubt and self pity ,
That then he wanted to seek revenge to god , and he lost himself inside himself and his heart turns black and empty .
This happen on earth wonder why love is blind , why it hurts , why we seek vengeance and pain on those we love obsessively .
And Lucifer knows his number will soon be up so he might as well cause as much pain and suffering as he possibly can ,
And the way he gets back at God is by hurting his loved ones.
Thank you and God bless ❤
hate the sin, not the sinner. whether human or not. maybe if you pray for him and have the faith of a mustard seed, he might find redemption.
