I have friends who came out because of Willow and Tara. The Body is one of the most emotional things I've ever watched on TV, it has amazing writing, that blends comedy with action and drama, and not cliched drama like other shows, relate-able stuff and things you wish you never have to experience to relate to (Spike's actions in Seeing Red). Buffy isn't 'just a girl' and she doesn't just kill things. So in short, I'm agreeing with you.

Now I love James Marsters as much as the next Spike groupie but his English accent isn’t *that* convincing. I head canon it though by saying that he’s been in the US for a while so his accent has drifted, that way it doesn’t bother me and he can have a Spike accent rather than a British one.
