Loved the video and it was very helpful. My challenge is i CANNOT figure out, let alone implement, what to do when my opponent hits the ball to/ar me, and it goes behind me. A few players tried to show me the you just turn and follow it, but that ball is moving super fast, I can’t even turn that fast. Also, feels like the ball goes in random directions once it’s behind me. Logic dictated I should stay where I am and wait for it to bounce back hopefully in front of me but that doesn’t work either. Feeling hopeless
you can turn to follow it or just stand all the way back. at the end of the day just do your best and have fun bud, you'll get it sooner or later. I have faith.
