Thanks for all your lovely comments! We love your kindness, but please do not send us any pudding mix; we can't handle the quantities that get sent to us, and it all goes to waste as we can't eat it all anyway.
Woops, saw this after I offered to send you some. I can see the headlines now. "Norwegian celebrities rescued" Emergency crews dug for several hours after receiving reports of a collapse dwelling in rural Norway. The pair were relieved to be rescued, and reportedly survived by eating Dolly Parton cake frosting. They also credited their woollen clothing as a factor in avoiding hypothermia. Officials are investigating the collapse and declined to comment before the official report was released. The local courier reported delivering 3 metric tonnes of pudding mix in assorted flavours and onlookers speculated the pudding was a factor in the house's collapse.
I’m laughing out loud and i can’t concentrate on your recipe- lol haha- cream, milk , pudding?? what the heck-?? Its growing? 😅 i dunno! they argue and reread - ok! - i can’t stop laughing😂😂Controversy! Whose doing the .. - Hilarious- put over and decorate, right? Helping? I don’t think its right.. hmmm- Im SO HUNGRY and its in the box!😂😂Yum - too much - ok - go ahead - - Failed with the heavy cream- hmm- Bark Bark-Carlos - look - your fault yourself- Arne- its my fault! 😂Way to make a cake! Hilarious! Can I say more? 😂😂😂 Love to be there! - Thank you! Sandi Myer🥰💕😂
I love the way that Arne is more concerned with cutting the cake box for his scrapbook than he is with reading the instructions for Carlos. 😂😂 Fabulous program - thank you both so!!
I was having a really bad day when I watched this video. I laughed so hard! It was exactly what I needed. Thank you so much. Love seeing the interaction between you two.❤❤ Really hope Dolly Parton sees this video. I think she would love it.
I haven't laughed this much in years. What a hoot! I laughed out loud when Arne decided to cut up the cake box before reading the instructions. Thank you everyone for an afternoon of such sweet and funny chaos :)
Omg, I had tears running down my face especially when Eric started laughing as well! Sometimes it's not how it looks but how it tastes and it sounds like it was a winner!!🇨🇦
What a fun episode. It will become a classic. Memorable moments: Arne - I demand to have a thicker layer of cream! Carlos - Oh boy! Mr. Bossy Pants 🤣🤣🤣 I'm surprised Erik and Anna didn't break out laughing sooner than they did. I hope Dolly sees this episode. It truly is an homage to her.
Is there anything funnier on the internet than Arnie and Carlos cooking together in their kitchen? I don't think so. I laughed so hard I nearly fell off my treadmill. You two can turn the gloomiest winter day into a sunny spring day! Thanks for the laughs!
Hysterical. Dolly Parton scrap book? The bananas sliding off the top...Carlos hiding the cream from Arne....SQUIRREL! Look at the sky!!! Hey, it looks just like the picture!!! Yum!!!!
Oh my goodness. I never thought Porridge-Gate could be bettered but this was hilarious! Well done Erik & Anna too. Thank you Arne & Carlos. We know it’s serious when you speak Norwegian/Swedish. 😊 I hope you all enjoyed eating the cake. xxx
I bet the cake was delicious! I think I lost it at the same time as Erik 🤣 sooo funny! It is understandable to make mistakes as you are trying to adapt a recipe to what you have and doing it in real time! I'm watching this while recovering from Covid, so you put a big smile on my face and I appreciate that!
Loved this! Just serve in a bowl instead of as slices. Generations have eaten raw batter their entire lives. I’m almost 70 and I’m just fine! Carlos was correct-just use 1 cup of the custard to replace the powdered pudding and 1 cup of milk. The cream is whipped until stiff peaks. Then add the frosting and gently whip for a 10seconds, otherwise you take the air out of the whipped cream. You could have refrigerated the mixture to get it to stiffen. Muskoka ON 🇨🇦
That vanilla cream you used looks way better than instant pudding - a much better option. I'm sure Dolly would be proud of your banana cake interpretation! 😄🥰
OH, my goodness--more comic gold. You know it got rough when they switched languages! But lots of laughter--good to hear Erik laughing. And the sunset was amazing! Like all things knitting, it is good to read the whole recipe (pattern) through before beginning. Thank you for the laughs and I hope the cake was fantastic anyway! 😂😂😂😂
Somebody needs to send a link of this episode to Dolly. Seriously - this would make her happy, and that means the cake was a success no matter what it looked like or how much cream was used. ❤
There is nothing better in the world than laughter that takes over your body. That’s what happened to me when I watched this episode. Thanks so much for the laugh. I really enjoyed hearing Eric’s uncontrollable laughter too. 😂
Guys-I’ve been thinking about this response since I nearly passed out from laughing last light. For over 2 years I have suffered extreme grief over the sudden loss of my beloved identical twin sister. To overcome grief I visualize her favorite flowers and times gone by. Rarely any of these techniques work. Please know that I haven’t laughed for over 2 years until last night. I was laughing so loud that my husband rushed into the bedroom to see if I was okay. You guys have given me a new image to focus on when feeling low. I know it will work. I’m laughing just writing this. Please know that you have made me so happy sitting here in Kentucky. I will never be the fine knitters you are-I knit simple gifts for babies and many scarfs for my husband. I wish I could seriously convey what you have done for me. My twin would have loved hearing me laugh again. You guys will provide my laughter now and in the future.
Only 10 minutes in and I am having the best time! As a woman who grew up in America in the 50’s I am enjoying the “exotic” ingredients you have never heard of! Yes, pudding mix is powdered.
This has to be #1 Arne & Carlos production of all time. I think this out does Carlos putting together the Christmas star. Thank you for being yourselves!
Arne: “MOISSSTEEEENEEDDD” Carlos: “..yeah”. 😂😂😂😂😂😂 i loved this so much. What a great way to start my Sunday. This will be enough serotonin to get me through another work week lol 😂
Best episode ever. The laughter and joy in this episode has absolutely cheered me up no end! Thankyou SO very much for this. Too many people take themselves too seriously and wouldn’t have shown your fabulous Dolly cake, more fool them. Eric, your laughter is a joy too. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart, always xXx
When Eric started laughing too, it put me over the top. I was laughing so hard my husband complained about me shaking the whole couch! Thank you all for making a cake with us. I am tempted to make it myself. 😂
Oh my goodness!!! You two are absolutely hysterical! I am falling off my chair laughing. I am so blessed to find your channel. Thank you for enriching my life and making me laugh. I love you both.
i can't stop laughing! this is so funny and the best part is it's not scripted. We need more of these cooking shows, as Arne says "i demand it". Sending love from Huntington Beach, California.
This was such fun!! I laughed until I cried. I hope Dolly gets to see it. (I tweeted a link of it to her on Twitter but I have no idea if she even reads the millions of tweets sent her way.) I think the vanilla cream works perfectly in the cake batter-- it added a little bit of extra liquid, but that didn't seem to hurt the cake in any way. And I agree with Carlos that Arne added too much of the cream in between the cake layers. One cup of the vanilla cream is all that the recipe called for. I think the trick with the frosting would be to use just one cup (8 fluid ounces) of heavy whipping cream per the recipe, then first whip the cream into stiff peaks, then just barely blend in the container of frosting (the recipe says ten seconds) very quickly so that all the air bubbles do not leave the whipped cream. I think Arne added extra whipping cream, too. That just would have made the frosting extra fluffy, if the cream had first been whipped into stiff peaks before adding in the container of frosting. It tasted great, that's the important thing!
My cheeks hurt from laughing so hard! Maybe Arne should have had the new year's resolution of being less uptight? Carlos, you're definitely not the uptight one in this episode! Favourite moments: Carlos: "Don't eat it!" Arne promptly eats it 🤣and Arne: "Actually, I demand a thicker layer of cream! I *need* more!" The two of you are so much fun to watch. I hope Anna and Erik had as much fun shooting this with you! Thank you to all of you, in front and behind the camera 💛xxx
Was this a cooking episode or a comedy episode? I was crying from laughing so hard. Arne and Carlos, always a joy watching you two! Can't wait for cooking with Dolly episode 2! 😉
🤣My stomach hurts from laughing so much! You both were yourselves, no matter what, and the repeated apology to Dolly was too much ! Thank you for putting yourselves out there. Having the ability to laugh at yourselves is a gift. My twin sister and I loved meeting you in Leonardtown MD and will always be your number one fans. Bring on the coconut cake! 💯
The cake giggles when you wiggle the table because it is laughing, too. OMG!! Thank you for this video! Dolly would be proud of the happiness her cake mix has brought the chefs and those who watch the episode.
This episode rates up there with the lighting of the candle and the gingerbread house! Lol You two should be having a comedy show next to add to your list of talents with knitting etc!
The directions on the box will be more basic and easier to follow and won't have the extras like pudding filling or banana between the layers. You cake looks delicious! Also if you slice the rounded top off the bottom layer or place them bottoms together, it helps the cake stay together.
That was a gem of an episode from start to finish! Hubs and my 5 year old joined me to watch and laughed so much! We’ve all made cake wrecks like that at least once. Glad it tasted good!
Best. Cooking. Video. Ever!! (Maybe even better than the gingerbread house saga.) I was having a really bad day caring alone for my elderly mom w/dementia after her home health-care aide canceled, and you brought me such joyous laughter! Thank you 🩷. The two of you reverting to Norwegian reminded me of a frustrated mom using her child's first, middle, and last name ☺️. Thank you so much for the love and joy you bring us in everything you do!
Somebody’s going to get hurt!!!!😂🤣🥸🥳🥰I can’t wait until Dolly sees this! 2 men and a cake 😂! Love you guys! I just wanted to reach through the video and help you!😘I bet it tasted wonderful.
Your cooking shows are so entertaining. There is never a dull moment when you two are cooking. And that is guaranteed to make me smile or even laugh out loud.
I’m chuckling as I watch this because I’m making the assumption most Americans learn how to make a box cake mix at an early age with their Mom or Grandmother. Pudding mix makes a cake moister. It can be compared loosely to a custard like consistency. Another way to cool a cake after it’s been removed from the pan is to pop it on the freezer for an hour or so. Also easier to frost the cake this way! As always, love you guys! Always real and entertaining!!!
My gosh. I sure hope Dolly is watching. What a hoot! Arne. Listen to Carlos! This was worth watching twice. My stomach hurts from laughing so hard. Thanks so much for the belly laugh
I love that you two just jump in and try things! It was so much fun watching you two, I laughed out loud again and again. My favorite quote was from Arne as he explained what happened, "English is not my first language." 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This was totally hilarious !!! 🤣 🤣 🤣 Arne, practice makes perfect, don't get discouraged. Next time the icing will be thicker if you put just the right amount of cream recommanded. Carlos make sure the cream is totally whipped before you add the icing. Half of the bananas and crumbs should go in between the two layer of the cake, the other half on top.The cake itself was perfect already. Remember, practice makes perfect ! Good news, you have enough cake mix to practice a lot. Big hugs to you both. 🤗 🤗
Oh my, poor Arne was so dazzled by Dolly when he opened the box of delights! Your kitchen shenanigans were hilarious, thank you for 49 minutes of belly laughs! 🤣❤
My first time watching any of your 'Cooking with..' videos and I laughed so much that I had tears running down my face. Usually I can craft along while I watch your other videos but today I had to down tools and simply watch and laugh because I didn't want to miss a second. Thank you so much for the laughter.
Too funny!! Carlos, you used the wrong kind of mixer to mix the cake mix. Lmao, that, gave me one heck of a laugh. Bet Dolly would have loved to see this video too! Good going guys! Someone needs to send these guys some instant puddings boxes so they can see what they are.
Funniest video to date. The frosting would have been fine if you, Carlos, had whipped the whipped cream to stiff peaks. A million thumbs up for this video.
You guys are great. Each of you reminds me of a beloved family member so that makes watching you more fun. This was a particularly fun episode. I loved hearing the laughter from behind the camera too. I'd love to see what Anna and Eric look like. :)
When you mix something to "stiff peaks" (usually egg whites), it means you can lift the (stopped) mixer and "peaks" stay formed in place. Then it is light & airy. This was a most hilarious episode. Thanks for bringing us joy. 💗💗
I have NEVER seen Arne so vocal and bossy! So Funny you guys😂🤣😅 Dolly should have put the pudding mix in the box but Carlos should have stiffly whipped the cream and then FOLD in the pudding. Glad to see the gales of laughter at the end but Carlos I would have slapped you if you dumped the bag of cookies on top like that!🙃😉 I can hear Dolly laughing as we speak!
I was thinking the same thing about the pudding mix. Why not just include a packet of it inside the box of cake mix? I bet a lot of people get ready to bake a Dolly cake, only to find out they don't have the pudding mix. I think one person commenting here suggested that Arne and Carlos were reading a special recipe on the box, not the basic recipe which might be on the side of the box. Maybe the basic recipe doesn't even call for adding pudding mix. I meant to check a Dolly cake mix box at the grocery store this week, but forgot. I'll do that next time I go to the store.
Oh my gosh! The entertainment this episode provided was EPIC! I doubled over laughing (so sorry) - you two are adorable and funny. I would’ve sent you the dry pudding and vanilla wafers but you asked us not to, so . . . Thanks again for sharing your kitchen and your fun!
Please, please, please more Dolly Parton cake baking!!!! 😅😅😅. I’m sure the powder pudding mix would have made this baking so much easier for you, but this was such a fun video. You two are delightful.
As always, you two put such a positive spin on your adventures, even if they don't turn out the way you expect. I love the substitutions, yours look better than those ingredients in the states. Just one tip to keep the jiggling minimal-slice off the rounded top of the bottom layer so that it is flat, then put in the fillings. I appreciate Arne's constant "quality control" throughout. Your cake still looked delicious and we all have this funny memory to remember. Thank you for letting us all into your kitchen. 💜
Your Dolly Parton cake podcast kept me laughing!!. Two cooks in the kitchen ....hillarious! I enjoyed hearing Eric laughing while filming!! Even though you didn’t have the banana instant pudding mix, the cake looked delicious! I expect you will be receiving lots of bannana pudding mix soon....for future baking. Your success was measured by the quiet when everyone was eating the cake! You always make my day extra special! Dolly would be delighted! Keep on baking!
Loved watching you guys (and seeing the beautiful sky!) on this gray, rainy day here in southern US. We're also a butter not cooking spray family. I appreciate so much how you two fuss a little bit then laugh. Relationship goals!
I absolutely loved the episode. You are both hilarious, and Arne is right. It doesn't matter what it looks like, just what it tastes like, because it all goes the same place.
Oh you two are so much fun I was laughing so hard. I really hope Dolly will see this. It was one of the best and so much fun and laughter. You two are gem.
I’m laughing and crying watching this!! OMG, I haven’t laughed this hard in months!! Arne eating the rest of the pudding out of the box slayed me completely!! At least it tasted good. Thanks for the fun!
This was so much fun to watch, especially your creative substitutes for vanilla wafers and vanilla pudding. In the American South, we have a traditional dessert called Banana Pudding. It’s basically a trifle made from layered vanilla wafers, sliced bananas and vanilla pudding, kept in the fridge and often topped with whipped cream. I’m guessing that’s the taste this cake is aiming for. Next time you come to the US, you should definitely try banana pudding. It’s a warm weather treat!
Oh my goodness this was so fun to watch and I couldn't stop laughing. You guys are a joy to watch working together in the kitchen. Arne it was fun to watch you be boss today and Carlos trying hard to not do it his way....just too funny! I can't wait to see the next episode of baking Dolly's cake!
They can probably order what they need off Amazon 😅
Arne and Carlos you can always donate excess cake mixes to your local food panty
Helping? I don’t think its right.. hmmm- Im SO HUNGRY and its in the box!😂😂Yum - too much - ok - go ahead - - Failed with the heavy cream- hmm- Bark
Bark-Carlos - look - your fault yourself- Arne- its my fault! 😂Way to make a cake! Hilarious!
Can I say more? 😂😂😂 Love to be there! - Thank you! Sandi Myer🥰💕😂
English isn’t more first language( Arne) but you can lick on the floor. 😂😂😂Forgiveness🥰
I love the way that Arne is more concerned with cutting the cake box for his scrapbook than he is with reading the instructions for Carlos. 😂😂 Fabulous program - thank you both so!!
OMG!!! Det er længe siden, at jeg har grinet SÅ meget!! I er bare så søde!
Knus fra en dansk-canadier fra Portugal!! 😘🥰❤️
I laughed so hard I was crying…this is the best of the best of Arne and Carlos! So much fun 🤩
Omg, I had tears running down my face especially when Eric started laughing as well! Sometimes it's not how it looks but how it tastes and it sounds like it was a winner!!🇨🇦
Arne and Carlos in the kitchen is a recipe for happiness, laughter and enjoyment! Thank you both for this fabulous video! 🤠❤
What a fun episode. It will become a classic. Memorable moments:
Arne - I demand to have a thicker layer of cream!
Carlos - Oh boy! Mr. Bossy Pants 🤣🤣🤣
I'm surprised Erik and Anna didn't break out laughing sooner than they did. I hope Dolly sees this episode. It truly is an homage to her.
Somebody needs to please get this episode to Dolly. How could she not love it?
I was thinking the same thing! Especially when Arne and Carlos both apologized to her. Such a delight!
Oh my goodness, nothing beats spending time in the kitchen with Arne & Carlos, love you both!
I loved it when Eric was laughing so hard that the camera was jiggling 😂
Me too! Haven’t laughed so much for a long time. Absolute joy to watch xXx
Yes, belly laughs are medicinal!
i woke up the next morning still laughing
The camera wasn’t the only thing jiggling, lol. That extra pudding made it wiggle. Glad it was as delicious as it was funny😂
I don’t think there is anything better in the world than watching you two make a Dolly Parton cake with Norwegian ingredients and tools. 🍰❤😂🍰❤😂🍰
😊 I hope you all enjoyed eating the cake. xxx
We did, it did taste amazing
I bet the cake was delicious! I think I lost it at the same time as Erik 🤣 sooo funny! It is understandable to make mistakes as you are trying to adapt a recipe to what you have and doing it in real time! I'm watching this while recovering from Covid, so you put a big smile on my face and I appreciate that!
Loved this! Just serve in a bowl instead of as slices.

This is your BEST cooking adventure EVER!! Hearing Eric's laughter in the background made me bust into a belly laugh🤣🤣🤣💖 It did look yummy though!🤪
Thank you!
That vanilla cream you used looks way better than instant pudding - a much better option. I'm sure Dolly would be proud of your banana cake interpretation! 😄🥰
omg SooOooo funny!!! Especially when Eric started laughing too!! 🤣😂🤣
And now we have 🥁... CAKEGATE! 🎂 Thanks for the wonderful episode - I laughed so much that I cried! Dolly just HAS to see this!
🤣😂🤣😂🤣 after a most horrible day, you guys are so wonderful. Thank you for being there for us.
I heard Arne read the recipe first ... but then he forgot again, and did not tell Carlos all of it
Hilarious- thank you.
Hysterical - like a good comedy routine! Please know I'm laughing with you and not at you! Looking forward to the coconut cake!
Somebody needs to send a link of this episode to Dolly. Seriously - this would make her happy, and that means the cake was a success no matter what it looked like or how much cream was used. ❤
😊❤️
🤮

I wish I could seriously convey what you have done for me. My twin would have loved hearing me laugh again. You guys will provide my laughter now and in the future.
Thank you so much for your comment and we are very sorry for your loss❤
The Best episode ever🥰 No, wait I think that every single time I watch this channel 🤔🤔😊 Simply a joy to be included, thank you Arne and Carlos 🐩❤️☺️
Thank you so much for watching!
Only 10 minutes in and I am having the best time! As a woman who grew up in America in the 50’s I am enjoying the “exotic” ingredients you have never heard of! Yes, pudding mix is powdered.
Arne you crack me up, this was a fantastic episode. Thank you guys so much. ❤😂❤😂
It’s the Arne and Carlos comedy hour. Thanks for the laughs, guys, you’re the best!!
I love how much Arne treasures all things Dolly. In the US we have Jello pudding mix which is a powder and Vanilla wafers which are cookies.
Aha! That makes a lot of sense
Nabisco Nilla Wafers!
This has to be #1 Arne & Carlos production of all time. I think this out does Carlos putting together the Christmas star. Thank you for being yourselves!
Arne: “MOISSSTEEEENEEDDD”
Carlos: “..yeah”. 😂😂😂😂😂😂 i loved this so much. What a great way to start my Sunday. This will be enough serotonin to get me through another work week lol 😂
It was sooooo funny.
This has to be the funniest episode yet. I laughed until I cried. I hope Dolly sees
this episode. She would love it!
Thank you so much for watching Sarah!
Who knew making a cake mix cake was so complicated? I'm laughing my head off. Thanks for the Sunday cheer!
I've not laughed so much in a long time! Thank you so much for baking Dolly's banana cake! You guys are the best!
OMG HOW DOES THE VIDEOGRAPHER NOT BE SHAKING WITH UNCONTROLLABLE LAUGHTER!!!!!!! SO MUCH FUN!!!! LOVE IT!
When Eric started laughing too, it put me over the top. I was laughing so hard my husband complained about me shaking the whole couch! Thank you all for making a cake with us. I am tempted to make it myself. 😂
You should try to make it with your husband!

Excellent tip Marjorie! Perhaps just fold in the frosting with a spatula instead of using the mixer.
Love this episode 🥰Eric's laughter is everything!!! 😅🤣Epic❤❤❤ Looking forward to see the coconut episode!!
Oh when that banana slice slid off the side of the cake! Laughed till I cried! Thank you! I needed this!
I *need* more!"
The two of you are so much fun to watch. I hope Anna and Erik had as much fun shooting this with you! Thank you to all of you, in front and behind the camera 💛xxx
Thank you all for bravely sharing this episode, it was fabulous! Anyone who has ever cooked has had at least one cake that looked like that!
Arne being a total Dolly fan was the absolute cutest! This was too funny!
thank you for all the laughs, a great cooking show to knit to!
The cake giggles when you wiggle the table because it is laughing, too. OMG!! Thank you for this video! Dolly would be proud of the happiness her cake mix has brought the chefs and those who watch the episode.
😊😊❤️
I got a big smile today when I saw a display of Dolly's cake mixes in an aisle at Walmart.
Oh my gosh I was laughing so hard my belly hurt and tears ran down my cheeks.
you 2 are such a joy. remember its the taste that matters. sloppy good tasteing food is always better than pretty bad tasteing food.
I LOVE your ‘cooking’ show!! Keep doing these PLEASE😊
This episode rates up there with the lighting of the candle and the gingerbread house! Lol You two should be having a comedy show next to add to your list of talents with knitting etc!
I was thinking the same 😂
The directions on the box will be more basic and easier to follow and won't have the extras like pudding filling or banana between the layers. You cake looks delicious! Also if you slice the rounded top off the bottom layer or place them bottoms together, it helps the cake stay together.
😂😂😂 just remember, homemade cake never looks like the picture on the box. Enjoy the imperfections. Thank you for the laughs today. ❤️
I laughed so hard I was crying! I think this is my new favourite episode!!
That was a gem of an episode from start to finish! Hubs and my 5 year old joined me to watch and laughed so much! We’ve all made cake wrecks like that at least once. Glad it tasted good!

Your cooking shows are so entertaining. There is never a dull moment when you two are cooking. And that is guaranteed to make me smile or even laugh out loud.
We are glad you feel that way!
Arne, “Do I have to do everything in this house?!” The best episode ever! Too funny.
Thank you!

I love that you two just jump in and try things! It was so much fun watching you two, I laughed out loud again and again. My favorite quote was from Arne as he explained what happened, "English is not my first language." 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This was totally hilarious !!! 🤣 🤣 🤣
Arne, practice makes perfect, don't get discouraged. 🤗 🤗
We will never give up!
Arne is like Gordon Ramsey in a Norwegian kitchen! This was one of the funniest videos to date. Thank you both for enlightening my day!
Oh my, poor Arne was so dazzled by Dolly when he opened the box of delights! Your kitchen shenanigans were hilarious, thank you for 49 minutes of belly laughs! 🤣❤
Thank you for watching Sarah-Jane!
My first time watching any of your 'Cooking with..' videos and I laughed so much that I had tears running down my face. Usually I can craft along while I watch your other videos but today I had to down tools and simply watch and laugh because I didn't want to miss a second. Thank you so much for the laughter.
❤️❤️😂
Too funny!! Carlos, you used the wrong kind of mixer to mix the cake mix. Lmao, that, gave me one heck of a laugh. Bet Dolly would have loved to see this video too! Good going guys! Someone needs to send these guys some instant puddings boxes so they can see what they are.
I thought so too: for 'whipping' cream you need a different kind of mixer
I agree. Should have been a stand or portable mixer. But 🤔then we would have missed a lot of the fun.
I loved the role-reversal when Carlos said, "I'm SO good!"
Thank you for another episode that attracted everyone in the house (because I was laughing so much). I love you guys.
When you mix something to "stiff peaks" (usually egg whites), it means you can lift the (stopped) mixer and "peaks" stay formed in place. Then it is light & airy.
This was a most hilarious episode. Thanks for bringing us joy. 💗💗
I really wish I were Anna or Eric filming this episode - I would not be able to hold the camera because I’d be laughing too hard!!!
When Eric started laughing, I totally lost it. What a great episode.
Please, please, please more Dolly Parton cake baking!!!! 😅😅😅. I’m sure the powder pudding mix would have made this baking so much easier for you, but this was such a fun video. You two are delightful.
I was laughing so much! Here is a tip: use an electric beater and not a blender. Arna is right - it goes down the same. Keep up the fun. X
Oh my gosh, then laughter you gave us in this episode was great. Awesome!
That was fun. Even failure can be a learning experience. You two add joy to so many!
Listening to all laughing had me doubled-over! Please do this again. You are all most entertaining.
Thank you, Arne and Carlos, for the funniest fun episode EVER! I haven't been able to stop laughing. Plus a beautiful sunset to boot!
Love this episode. Thanks for the laughter, straight from the belly.
Thank you for watching!
Arne and Carlos. You are both two of my favorite human beings. Thanks for all the fun!
Arne, look at you prepping the box for your scrapbook while giving Carlos instruction. Haha A multitasking master 🤣😂😁
I think Arna wants to get scrapbooking as soon as possible. OMG
Best episode ever! Made me laugh so long it was wonderful. I needed that. All Duncan Hines cakes are yummy no matter what they look like.
Gentlemen, I seriously hope she sees this! What a hoot!
I grew up in the Midwest in the 1950's and everyone knew this desert - it was the first thing we learned to "bake" with our mom.
They sell the best banana pudding in New York at Magnolia Bakery.
😆 That was the first thing that crossed my mind too. We never did the whipped cream though.
I laughed till I cried! I never thought making a packet mix cake could be so much fun!
Your cake matches your gingerbread house! 😂❣️ When the bananas started sliding off the top… 🤣🤣🤣
That was the BEST episode ever! I laughed so hard. 😂😂😂. You did really well with substituting what you have in Norway for the American ingredients.
This is the funniest thing I’ve watched in a while! Arne is losing his mind. 😂 I really hope Dolly sees this someday. ❤
