I have the 2-tone jubilee and love my watch. It is bling-bling with the gold but has a subtle and softening with the grey black bezel.
The only thing I would have preferred is the GMT hand or arrow head be a contrasting colour, perhaps red.

The ALL rose gold GTM is the best looking GMT maybe one of the best looking Rolex.

I want the full gold so bad, but it's way out of reach. I may go for the bi metal, which is still a lot more $ than the Batgirl. I'm torn. I usually don't like yellow gold, but this version looks so nice.

It is expensive (out of reach) and gold is out of favour! You can't wear this on vacation or business trip because of the gold and this is point of buying GMT
I think gold is coming back and there are still places where you can wear your watches. But you are correct it is more difficult for gold watches

I don’t like the color of it. It looks like brass more than yellow gold…
In person it has the same color as any other yellow gold Rolex (think green dial Daytona etc). Video can’t always convey the color properly.
