I’m not sure if you read or what’s your outlook on life & religion, God & the universe, but I read a book (Trilogy that had a 4th afterwards) called Conversations With God by Neale Donald Walsch and there’s an openness about it that I found comfort in. I felt understood and not alone in the way I think and how my mind & soul operates with this world and universe. Also, today, I’ve started listening to an audiobook on UA-cam called Outwitting The Devil (the first 20 minutes caught my attention) and studying/listening to a lot of philosophy & stoicism. All of these tools have helped me recently in my journey to discovery & detachment and may or may not help you out.
