Man this guy throws it freaking great
Appreciate all of the content on this channel and the way you go through the logic of what and how. And as a newly-converted 2H (due to thumb issues), here's a vote for more of Jessie on the channel, reviewing weaker stuff that helps with a lower speed / higher rev rate combination.
Yeah we'll continue to have him in stuff that makes more sense for 2 handers or higher rev rates/lower speeds. Glad you are enjoying it!
My college teammate had the red fire and that thing came off friction harder than a frickin VEBO so it's good to hear Track is upping the strength a little on the cover to get it to not immediately turn sideways off the spot. I also have a rev rate of around 500, speed of 16mph and I tend to rotate the piss out of the ball so everything wants turn sideways for me
Should compare it to the sensor pearl. Same cover different core and see how it rolls
Don't have one of those and it's been discontinued, so kind of late on that one to do anything about it.
How would this blue Tundra Fire compare to the various Roto Grip Hustles?
Fairly similar. I think it's in Hustle RIP territory, though I think the Blue Fire is a little stronger.
Hi Luke, I wanted to ask what is better option for fighting a fresh house shot urethane or a asymmetrical ball?
Fresh house shot has so many variables that it's hard to say. I bowl a lot of tournaments all over the country, and I might need an asym in some places or urethane in others, it all depends on the center's lanes and how their version of a house shot plays. It's completely conditional.
Hello! 2 handed bowler here. Would you recommend this ball for a slower speed high rev player? Thank you.
This is going to be one of your better bets as far as reactive balls go, it's a lot like an original Hyroad, so it's weaker without being a super weak beginner ball so to speak. Anything reactive is still going to hook for you, but this should give you something to work with at least.
How does this compare to the Xponent Pearl?
Very different kinds of balls. XPonent Pearl has a very low RG and a medium diff, so strong and early rolling ball, bordering on chuggy, this one has a much weaker core in it, so it's quite a bit cleaner and rounder. Covers are similar traction, but the cores aren't very similar at all. This one would be a ball down from the XP
Could you make a comparison between the Evoke and the Eternity Pi?
Nah, Angel has a Pi, I never drilled one, and she's not drilling an Evoke so unfortunately that won't really work out.
hi luke, wanted to see if i can bug ya for a drilling question. i have a 2 handed bowler friend with very similar stats to jessy, he has a faball burgundy hammer and a black rhino he wants to drill, should he still go 2LS?
Yeah that's the system to use for laying out balls for two handers no matter what the ball is or how old it is
Use the pal system it's way more precise and ball friendly because if you go to high of a pin the ball is going to track weird
It's really like dual angle and vls, just two different ways to achieve the same thing. 2LS is simpler to execute, and layouts are layouts, really just need to avoid weird or abstract ones. No reason to make it more complicated than it is unless you're on tv bowling for money.
@@dejabowler873 like Luke said, PAL and 2LS are different ways of describing what usually ends up as the same end result... but 2LS doesn't break for extreme up or down PAPs and PAL does.
