ये किसी भी एंगल से काठियावाड़ी पकोड़ा नही है। सिर्फ मेथी/फुलवाड़ी में और प्याज के पकोड़े में ही बेसन सब चीजों के साथ मिक्स किया जाता है बाकी मिर्च, कतरी, आलु पकोड़े में बे सन की कोटिंग की जाती है। यहां सब अलग अलग पकोड़े के मैटेरियल को मिक्स, यहां तक की बेसन को मिक्स कर दिया गया है।
