Thank you for making such useful content for us Malayalees in Saudi Arabia...Excellent initiative and I applaud your vision to share your knowledge with your fellow NRKs in Saudi! I have already subscribed to your channel. With regards to Telemoney transfer via app, may I ask how much was the maximum amount in SAR that you were able to transfer so far? On my Telemoney app, 30000 SAR is being shown as the daily transfer limit which sounds surprising and too good to be true. Even if I go just once in a month to a Telemoney branch counter, officials there used to ask for additional documents such as salary statement, bank statement etc. for normal over-the-counter transfers above 10000/15000 SAR and so, I find it quite amusing that the app permits 30000 SAR daily transfer without the need for any additional documents to verify the source of the money. I know that you probably don't work at Telemoney but I was just wondering if you have any info in this regard? Also, any experience so far with Telemoney app customer care? The reason I'm asking is cos' if any issues happen after initiating transfer over the app (for example, money not reaching beneficiary account), can their customer care team be trusted to sort this out within a reasonable time-frame? I presume we can expect support from our local Telemoney branch for app-related transfers too? I have directly dealt in the past with STC Pay app customer-care for such issues and I found them to be very efficient. Hopefully, Telemoney app customer care is equally good (if not better)? You can send every month according to your salary even they set daily limits
Even one time you sent more then your salary it’s doesn’t matter but if every month you send huge amount through online SAMA will ask you the source
@@NibuMJohnVlogs Many thanks for your response Mr. Nibu; I sent money close to the daily limit and it reached my Indian beneficiary account in 28-30 hrs. The first time I sent a test amount of 300 SAR to the beneficiary account, it took around 2 or 3 days to reach but then it took 28-30 hrs for the second transfer to the same beneficiary account. Just putting out the information for interested folks. If money needs to be urgently/quickly received in the Indian account, doing a transfer via Telemoney app may not be such a good idea but there are other advantages that I appreciate very much- a) Better money exchange rates, b) App new user registration, beneficiary adding and money transfer without the need to visit branch, and c) zero transfer fees on the app (as of July 2021)
