    Hi bro, one doubt. I'm in IF diet my eating time is 10 to 6. Last meal I would start by 5.30 and before 6 i will finish. By 8 or 8.30 I will have one cup green tea. But since I saw ur ACV drink I'm replacing green tea with ACV at 8 o clk .. Is tat fine? If u say to have it in my meal time, is it fine to drink ACV at 6 o clk , but i fear what reaction would happen drinking ACV immediately after my last meal plsssssss advise bro
