Validation is an essential part of all relationships - including those with ourselves. Oftentimes when we don’t get the validation we need, it can bring about a lot of pain. Validation communicates that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are understandable given our current and past experiences. Molly will discuss and present on what validation is, steps to validate, and how to recover from invalidation.
