The only kadi I like, delicious. I like Sindhi kadi as it doesn't use curd (curd should not be cooked as you are destroying the good bacteria). Thanks Vicky, you are a talented chef❤

I somehow feel if you add powdered masalas before bhunoing the besan the masalas will burn and you cannot know how well you have fried the besan. I suggest they be added post besan. And for sure no dhaniya powder

called 'mukkala pulusu' in Telugu ie veggie stew - same combo of imli guD veggies besan/ rice flour - mostly no tamatar but some do use...a basic sweet and sour stew eaten with rice

I am a Sindhi we don't put baigan, nd aloo nd we don't put dry masalas first we cook(fry) the besan nd when it's raw flavour goes we put cooked Tuar dal Or cooked tomato pulp. Never heard of this weird Sindhi curry. Never used Soya bean oil 😢

No carrots , onions or brinjal.
