Tbh this is an adopted version being a sindhi it is actually made of taro(kachaaalo/arbi) but after partion comming to india some parts had less availability of taro and hence the use of potato.
I always love the way he explains the entire process in a very simpler way. I am always waiting for one line in his video " Ranveer apne bataya ni tha". My husband is getting jealous when i see his video becoz i always smile while seeing.

Green masala aloo tuk is a variant often made at my home. After 1st fry of potatoes we press them and stick green masala paste on one side of potato (wheat flour is used for binding and a perfect masala paste should stick to the side and not come off when we put it for deep frying again. You should try green masala aloo tuks chef. Infact we make such tuks out of aloo, baingan and even raw banana with same process. Thank you for representing Sindhi cuisine on your channel. So cooked new recipes after looking your videos, like upma, mushroom masala, dum Biryani, mutton rogan Josh... All dishes were like finger licking good.. On Saturdays, we generally organise small parties where I cook dishes inspired/learnt from you.. So this weekend my friends are going to get this aloo tuk. Thanks for reminding this to me..
