    loving the wall with the wire and rocks... it's exactly what I want to do in my front yard. I have so much river rock and it's just laying there. now that i see how easy it is to create this, I will be setting it up to line my front yard.

    Looks great! But where do you get an 8ft pressure treated 4x4 for $1.68?

      $1.68 a foot, I believe he means, which is about fair depending on State you live in. They all have their own taxes and prices.

    In the basement in a 150 year old house that we own there's an old chandelier nobody wants it and I didn't know what I could do with it until I saw the last video here this is a great great idea I'm going to be doing what you did with the little plant pots and painting the chandelier now and hanging it somewhere in my yard

    Very nice. Re the 1st idea, the raised bed, you can also accent/ decorate the 4 corner posts with wood or metal finials.

    Raised garden bed…The “bulb” of the ponytail palm needs to sit on top of the soil. It also doesn’t like a lot of water. If you don’t remove it, it will rot.

  • @williamwells1487
    @williamwells1487 6 місяців тому +4

    Why would you need to put post holes in? The weight of the soil alone is enough to keep it from moving.

    For a fantasist filler for raised beds and to make your dirt stretch use wood! Go into the forest and get big chunks of dead wood and you can also use cardboard but not plastic!? Also go to thrift stores before Dollar stores!!

    What is the purpose of putting posts in the corners of the flower box?

    • @sbffsbrarbrr
      @sbffsbrarbrr 7 місяців тому +1

      Stability, so the box doesn’t shift. Also, you need something to screw the pickets into. I imagine a 2 x 4 would work as well and is less expensive.

    Videos from someone and for people who have never really gardened before. Most of these ideas will not allow plants to grow and thrive... and many of these ideas don't really make much sense to a seasoned gardener. Yes you can make containers out of almost anything, but you have to keep in mind the nature size of the plants not the size they currently are.

      Some people might like them but also depends on your situation or where you put the items. Just saying pretty harsh saying they look like poop because they didn’t. I liked some of the others, like the herb bin, etc. the rock wall is something a lot of people do, I never liked it but many do. They are just giving ideas.

      @JKBCreationsandDesigns that's kinda what happens on social media platforms. Instead of stating the obvious making the creator who posted or redid someone else's creation and the viewer feel bad because it's been done before. How about show us some new creations or alternative ideas on how to do projects that have been made repeatedly according to you. Some people aren't lucky enough to be really creative and artistic as many creators are. Have a great day 😊
