I like how the first towel rack curtain thing does a closeup and never shows how it looks... I could tell it was nowhere near the ceiling. THIS IS WRONG PEOPLE, CURTAINS GO AS CLOSE TO THE CEILING AS YOU CAN AND ON OR KISSING THE FLOOR
I have drapes that begin at the ceiling and equally some that do not. If you did not like those curtains, so be it, but to labeled it "wrong", respectfully I ask, says who?
It's wrong because it looks wrong. Just like when a suit has been tailored wrong or a dress cuts off at the wrong point. There may be fringe cases where the rule can be broken, but it's pretty much a rule for a reason.
