If you are watching the testimony in this video, John O’Keefe did not go into the house. There is no proof to search a home. The EVIDENCE shows he was 72 feet from the house at 12:24 am & never moved again.

The GPS is the only direct evidence of the position of John's phone and the precise location of the points along the road and then relative to each other give an internal control about the true accuracy of the measurements. John just took a couple of steps at most out of the car. Now he was drunk and he may have fallen and cracked his skull. She waited 5minutes, growing angry as he did not text her. And she left.she only cracked her taillight the next morning From there it is quite possible that the smell of the blood and the moaning of a dying Man on the front yard unsettled the dog who barked and would not stop, up to the point her owners took her out on a leash and she showed them the dying Man and she then bit his arm. They tried to revive him but couldn't. It is possible they did not want the police inside the house for whatever reason(drugs...whatever). And they thought karen volontarily killed John and they wanted her to pay. In the morning they made sure she was there. When they realize she had cracked her taillight, they believe it was proof she hit him and they organized the investigation so that new pieces of the tail light would show up. Anyway the gps is clear and shows John was always on the front yard and never in the house. Now concerning the steps and the flight of stairs, first the timing indicates everything happened while he was still in the car. Then it is an indirect measurement that you can cheat. If the phone is in your pocket and you move your leg rhythmically as it happens when you're cold or stressed, or both, there will be steps recorded. All that to tell that no. The dog scratch could very well have happened in the front yard.

The Judge said yes to the dr but very limited questioning related the arm being dog bites. She also said yes to the second witness. As far as the third witness she hasn’t made up her mind but told Jackson they will revisit that next week. To me it didn’t sound like she was going to allow the 3rd witness in due to him not being a medical doctor.
Even more telling is that he knew the conclusions they came to about the inconsistencies between johns injuries and the damage to the SUV, and that they didn’t believe he was hit by her vehicle, and STILL chose to put Trooper Paul on the stand to testify about the accident he reconstructed based on the narrative he was given by his higher-ups. 😮

Maybe I missed where you posted it, but the judge in this trial was especially biased in her chapter 14 violation decision against the defense. She says that she understands that she would not allow the attorneys contact with those witnesses because they were the Fed's witnesses. And then proceeds to punish defense for her own requirement of no contact. That's pretty messed up.
In order for john to be hit by that 6,000 lb vehicle by any means , he would need injuries from it . Which not one injury that john suffered from came from a vehicle of any sort. It was proven by a professional doctor ,ect. Karen Read is not gulity!! However , we need to find out who is. And let John's family & Karen get justice . As they haven't really been able to deal with his death emotionally. They haven't been able to grieve emotionally. They need to get justice for John. I don’t think she would have wanted him dead, esp since he had two children that had been through enough… I really can’t say what could have happened, but I think some bad luck mixed with bad timing and too deep of a hole dug, the truth may have spiraled into a 1 million pieces puzzle. It is good that you are being transparent, in regards to this trial. Maybe I missed where you posted it, but the judge in this trial was especially biased in her chapter 14 violation decision against the defense. She says that she understands that she would not allow the attorneys contact with those witnesses because they were the Fed's witnesses. And then proceeds to punish defense for her own requirement of no contact. That's pretty messed up.

In order for john to be hit by that 6,000 lb vehicle by any means , he would need injuries from it . Which not one injury that john suffered from came from a vehicle of any sort. It was proven by a professional doctor ,ect. Karen Read is not gulity!! However , we need to find out who is. And let John's family & Karen get justice . As they haven't really been able to deal with his death emotionally. They haven't been able to grieve emotionally.

I think we as humans need to be kind to everyone involved, yes, everyone, until we have more of a legal consensus where the bad apples fall.
