There are so many lessons to learn here.
I agree a properly set up table saw can buzz out the front/back/bottoms quickly, with little waste. I learned that lesson when making a resaw jig for the bandsaw. Set up the dado and cut multiple pieces that are accurately aligned and the exact same fit.
I see you opted for the Shopsaber, I can really only do 4x4 in my basement shop. I went with the OneFinety Elite Foreman with 2.2 Kw (3 hp) spindle and ATC.
You are running Mozaik software. I am afraid I can’t justify the cost, I am running FreeCad, and may just have to write a cabinet design program. ( I am a retired Mechanical Engineer/Software developer)
So, Erie Insurance? Are you anywhere near Erie, I grew up in the Erie area.

Lots of lessons learned on this one. I like the ShopSabre, when it’s time to upgrade or add another one, likely reevaluate what’s in the market again. Mozaik is good, but only could justify it due to the number of cabinet jobs we do. It’s worth it if you do a decent volume.
Not in Erie, a buddy owns a business that makes items with company logos and this was outside of what he normally does so asked me to make the units. We are in Nebraska.

Wood prices are just really outrageous these days, especially hardwoods. I started trying to make more projects using construction lumber and it turns out great.

Preach away. Luckily I am able to pass of the cost to the customers, but at some point it may price people out of a project. Maybe relieve is coming next year :)

How do you address the inside corners of the dado's on the cnc?

Most of the time I end up using a corner chisel. In this particular case, the adjoining piece we put a round-over to match the radius.
