John Denver is a fantastic singer and song writer. He has loads of great songs and sounds just as good (if not better) than he does on the studio versions. If you like this you will love 'For You' which is a love song from his Wildlife Concert. He was an environmentalist before most people knew what one was. He died far too young and the world is a lesser place because of his death. On a different note you have an echo on your music as you can hear him sing which is followed a couple of seconds by the same line.
Hi Vee! I was twelve years old when this came out in 1974. John Denver was already very popular and “Annie’s Song” was another #1 hit for him. Since I’ve been watching reaction videos I’ve come to have a new appreciation for some of the music I grew up with. I liked this song before but as an adult I appreciate it in a different way. Some of his most popular songs are “Take Me Home, Country Roads”, “Rocky Mountain High”, and “Thank God I’m a Country Boy”. If you want to hear more from him I recommend you start with those.
I wanted to give you a little feedback about the sound. For some reason I could hear something - maybe an echo of the song? It wasn’t loud and I could mostly tune it out but it was a little distracting. I don’t know if you can fix it but I thought you should be aware of it.
