This is a based video. I'm sick of people looking at me like an overachiever just because I have hobbies.

I once went on a date with a girl who would call me a "dad" for enjoying photography, she had zero creative endeavors and that is when I learned that some people live to work and not much else.
    Great video btw!

I have been talking about this for a while. I found the most self-indulgent people are the ones without hobbies due to the lack of fulfillment. I find it so jarring being in someones space who has no signs of hobbies - whether that be books, a collection of some sort, art, instruments, anything. I've been to some super empty homes and I just wonder what they do all day to shut out the constant stimulation from the outside world.

Great video man! I learned that I am somebody with no hobbies. I got to work or school then come home and do homework/relax. By the time I get home I don’t care about anything else. I like cigars, so I tried collected them and I just stopped. I like baseball, so I tried collecting baseball cards and now I don’t care what happens to them. I play video games but I’m not the average gamer. I just mindlessly play one game until I get mad and rage quit.

i respect the open mindedness you have in trying new things. remain open to new experiences and you'll find something that sticks. it took me many years to figure out the things that make me happy.

Hey man dont let the negative comments bother you. When you speak the truth people will get angry. Dropped you a sub.

thanks a lot for the comment and support, i greatly appreciate it ! you are right tho, when you speak the truth and when people can't criticize what you have to say since it's true, they resort to attacks on you and the things you can't change.

My hobby is my crust pants, every time I add a section of patches or every time I notice how grimy they are I get a little boost of serotonin

I have Blender, Video Games, Writing, Guitar, Music Prod, Sketching, and a ton of other minor interests that aren't hobbies but give me a sense of purpose such as spending time with my kids...or taking care of my lawn. I'm chillin'

good video! you made some really great points, and shared what some people really need to hear. I do want to say though, the video could have been shorter, it felt you repeated yourself a few too many times. I understand how you really wanted to get a point across, and it does get it in your head by the end, but it did feel draining as it was said in the same way so it felt like "did I already see this?". Great thumbnail too! it really caught my eye! Will definitely be getting a Kendama...

creating languages, ive always thought they were fun and exotic, not to mention satisfying. everyone who ive ever shown my work to has really liked it which is suprising, its so niche but easy for anyone to enjoy from an outside perspective apparently.
