I'm surprised a large number of the homeless population don't live in these abandoned buildings. Sure beats a tent.

We were thinking the same thing with this one. We have never seen signs of homeless at this location which is shocking! Thank you for watching!

Those are, after all, ABANDONED buildings.
I'd say the old "Finder's, Keeper's Rule" applies, when someone might come across, say a mint pinball machine or something like that.
Being "ethical" is one thing... But chancing something as wonderful as many rare items that we've seen in these places to vandalism, is something else entirely.
The saddest part is that people like us are probably the only folks who actually care about these old things.
I'd even bet a nickel that if an Explorer alerted a Historical Society to the location of a lot of these items in these abandoned places, they'd just dismiss them.
Anyhow... As it were, the Richman Brothers clothing itself was TOP NOTCH stuff.
I've collected vintage clothing for almost 40 years and own several pieces. The quality of their products, versus what's available today even in "expensive" Men's stores, was incomparable.

SOMEONE COULD OF BOUGHT THIS BACK IN THE 90'S AND TURNED INTO APARTMENTS. SADLY THE CITY DOESN'T CARE IF YOU JUST RIGHT UP AND CLOSE AND LEAVE THE BUILDING ABANDONED OR WHAT HAPPENS TO TO.. THIS BUILDING TODAY IF IT WAS WHAT IT WAS BACK THEN WOULD BRING THE CITY OF CLEVELAND MILLION DOLLARS IN TAXES TO THE CITY..
