You said that this resistance = DC/AC resistance + bulk resistance, but when I asked chat GPT that it isn't equal (it explain : "The term "bulk resistance" is not commonly used when referring to diodes. However, diodes do have a parameter called "dynamic resistance" or "differential resistance," which is a measure of how the diode's voltage-current characteristics change around a particular operating point... In general, the total resistance of a diode is not equal to the sum of the bulk resistance and dynamic resistance..." I don't know which answer is correct. So I ask you to verify this question. Its the summation of Rac or Rdc + Rbulk. If only DC voltage is applied then one needs to consider Rdc. Similarly, if AC resistance is applied then consider Rac. So, that total resistance will be either Rac or Rdc plus Rbulk. I hope it will clear your doubt.
So when the diode is subject to forward bias voltage the current start flowing exponential.. that is a fact.. and that is also evident from the diode equation.. you can see the derivation of the equation from where the exponential comes and you'll get your answer

The slope in that graph will be change in y(current)÷change in x(voltage) thus, shouldn't it be 1/R or resisitivity?
