In that crowd, her future mother-in-law was her biggest fan. She lit up every time she walked in the room no matter what she had on.

She is one of the first brides I have seen where literally every dress was completely fabulous on her. They were all "the dress". That's how amazing she looked.

I 100% agree with the gentleman in her entourage, the strap on the dress was just not doing it. Once they removed it, it was like a whole another dress. She is absolutely gorgeous !

She actually looked uncomfortable with the straps. They were so distracting from such a beautiful bride.
The woman has a glorious decolletage and the straps were hiding that without contributing any value to the look.

The mom's comment about her daughter's butt set this up for the conflict. I have watched so many SYTTD episodes and often, I have witnessed people at their very worst. Add this mom to the list. When will people learn to soften their strongly worded opinions? Ugh. This bride is so beautiful. She looked gorgeous in every dress.

That dress was bomb !fire! Sizzling hot! Sometimes you just gotta do you …removing the straps from the other dress made it just like every other bustier bridal gown. Again I say…do you

Ditto on Anastasia looking beautiful in all the dresses, but I did love the Mark Z. dress without the straps that she chose. But, I especially wanted to comment on the second bride’s gown. With her fair skin and red hair, that pink dress was perfection. It just didn’t have the same gorgeous impact in ivory, however she did look beautiful at her wedding.

All she did was pick out a dress that she liked. Which mom on SYTTD has NOT done this?
Just because the bride had a chip on her shoulder about her mom not finding the dress first means that the problem was with the mom.
Her mom was NOT insistent upon her pick, nor did she only want bling and mermaid gowns. She was a mom who wanted the best for her daughter. What is wrong with that?

I agree with Terrence, that the Zunino was "pageant girl gone bridal." But what is wrong with that? She is a pageant girl. She loves the silhouette, and she loves fashion. And it is ALSO soft, romantic, and doesn't have bling.
I liked it with the strap, because it gave her dress something she hadn't seen before, and she was looking for that element. But it also is beautiful without them. She picked GOOD!
i think she was right to take the strap away. it was just too awkward, it looked like it was choking her. without the strap it looks like a truly bridal gown, it's soft and romantic, and with the veil with the little flowers on it it's just perfect. i want to put some little white floral hairpins around the top of the veil and send her down the aisle!
She went with another dress after all.

That first dress was GORGEOUS! How dare her mother rain on her parade. She should have left her mother out of the appt. She's not supportive. She just wants her daughter to do what she wants.

Lesa looked fabulous in the pink dress. Mother's should remember that it isn't their dress and let the bride pick what she wants.
She looks amazing! Removing the straps softened the look and made you see her face light up!
So glad the pageant bride stayed true to what she wanted. The straps did look a bit like a pageant sash. So glad she removed them. What a wonderl mother-in-law. And her mom really stepped back and let her daughter grow.

The first brides dress was beautiful. The second bride i thought looked better in the pink. The pink was stunning.

I agree 100%. That being said, I'm so glad mom let go of the white for ivory. The ivory will complement the brides skin tone; white not so much.
I know that dresses of today are designed without the traditional hooped undergarment in mind but I would love to see them wearing them as well. To me they give the dress so much more sway as the bride moves. They show off the train, layers and details of the fabric and so much more. Nowadays there are so many different types available that accommodate all the various styles of dress. It’s only my opinion but I think it showcases the whole drape of the dress and stops all the messy over-falling of the back, even on mermaid style gowns. I know I am old fashioned. I’m 56 so yeah, I embrace that part of me. I really enjoy this show.
I am wearing a petticoat under my dress to make it look more like an A-line without needing to add ten layers of tulle.
I love how my dress looks with it and it helps keep me from stepping on my dress.

i wore a hoop skirt under my wedding dress, problem was i didn't have any petticoats to go over it and the hoop wasn't long enough so there's just this LINE on my skirt that looks ridiculous. i wish more dresses came with the petticoats actually stitched into the dress, i didn't even realize i would need that much layering underneath to make the skirt lay properly.

The hooped underskirt worked on ballgowns, not mermaids since that is formfitting to hug the body.
The Zanino gown just had a thousand times more class than the Pnina gowns. I think it did look better on her without the strap though. I think the strap woud be good for a more flat chested girl- bot security and to create some symmetry with the flared bottom

Oh yes, I think that's it! She says her daughter picks dresses in order to rebel against her mother as if her daughter is not allowed to have her own opinions. This mother is the epitome of a manipulator.
The last bride's pink dress gave a very good special effect on the bride but without it pink it didn't look the same.
