I usually don’t care for mermaids but this was something totally different. Stunning. I’m so glad she chose it. It was far and away superior to the other dresses. More refined. More unique.
don't hate me, but whenever pninna comes out to greet her clients, i could see 💲 in her eyes. On the other hand, mark looks a little introverted but genuinely happy that his creations are well-appreciated. Both are great designers, btw!
I agree! Pnina definitely wants to sell her expensive dresses. Sometimes it feels a Lil pressure that you must buy her dress when she comes. She is nice but definitely someone who grabs an opportunity. Her eyes sparkle when she sees an unlimited budget bride🤣 Mark on the other hand is awkward and humble and cute. He looked so proud of his work ❤️ When he saw the bride he had such a big smile 😊 He definitely is more chill and an introvert 😄
A fun and beautiful bride, a supporting family that clearly cares about the bride’s opinion and beautiful dresses that respect her budget- a very nice episode ☺️
So cute that the way she found her dress was the same way she found her fiance! Met in the beginning, life pulled them away, but they ultimately got back together!
Me, too. I think some more subtle shimmer, maybe with tone on tone sequins or pearlescent beading, would look beautiful, but it really doesn't need more of the gemstone beading and definitely nothing bigger than what it already has. Some of the expensive gowns look just gaudy with all those huge rocks. They're not nice at all, imo.
i think if they add some really small stones along the swirls it will create that more vivid "mermaid scales" look that she's going for. definitely doesn't need bigger stones, just a bit more sparkle.
This bride is beautiful but I don't think subtle elegance is her thing. She loves "more bling". I don't get that for a beach wedding but to each their own:)
I love both the bride and family in this one! They were so cute and fun and supportive. They said they liked a dress and then immediately asked how she felt in it. They were also all able to give their opinion without being snarky or mean. This is how every bride wants their support system to be when picking out your dress. Also one of my favorite dresses on the show! And love when Mark comes on, he seems so sweet!
There was no competition with other 2 dresses, this one was just right. Also quite unusual, I've never seen dress like this.Bride made the right choice and loved her entourage- so supportive.
I wish I could be this bride because I like her story, her singing career, how great the dress looked on her and that she got to meet Mark Zunino whose designs I just love!
I want an update on the finished dress please!!!!!!!!!! This is like probably my favorite dress to bride fit Ive seen on this show! Absolutely beautiful😍💖
MARK ZUNINO IS AMAZING! He’s my favorite designer. I wanted a Mark Zunino dress but couldn’t afford it. Everything he makes is dreamy. Literally obsessed with his dresses!
What I like about the first gown is that the detail and the beading reminds me of the ocean, with the swirls and waves. It screamed beach wedding. I don’t really like mermaid gowns. To me, they’re too severe in the way they cut the body. I like a little flow. This one surprised me.
It was lovely that she was able to meet her favorite wedding designer during her appointment. I do wish that they showed the final dress with the additional embellishments that she added at the end of this clip though. 😕
@@Charoula1608 This was first aired in 2014, they've since gotten married and I saw a facebook post that SYTTD even recorded some stuff at their wedding of the final dress (although I can't view it as I'm not in the US, I found a still of her walking in it on Google). She added blue to the trim of the dress in an ombre, and a shorter veil than in this video. It would've been nice if they added a clip of that to this video for us to see, for sure! A shame they didn't.
If her goal was to look like a mermaid walking out of the ocean, she chose the right dress! The body of the dress had a true mermaid shape and the tulle made me think of seafoam, a few sparkles added to it to give it motion in sunlight would be chefs kiss.
EXACTLY what this show should be!! Celebrating the ART of CUTTING EDGE bridal gowns, and the JOY of Brides finding the best way to express themselves on their big day!! My #2 gown of the entire series, and one of the best episodes.
The first dress with the swirls and the bottom almost accordion pleats actually LOOKED like a mermaid emerging from the sea! It was gorgeous and definitely one of a kind. It was elegant and beautiful!
What's funny is that she liked that first gown because it's different and unique....but there was a SYTTD clip within the last few days where another bride also picked the same dress.
Guys! This beautiful woman was on Say Yes to the Dress: The Big Day! Her episode was incredible! What she did with that dress was make an ombré effect with the bottom turning blue! She and her husband are freaking adorable and in my eyes relationship goals!
That dress looked so good on her... The Pnina-dress also looked good on her, but the bling was far too grouped together for what she wanted it sounded like.. The second dress she walked out in I felt like should've had the skirt of the first one.
As an artist I truly LOVED This Designer dress by Mark & it Was very cool that he happen to be in the shop on the days that she was there to try it on and purchase it. It is probably one if the MOST MEMORABLE Bridal gowns I am going to remember in a very long time❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️I really did truly love the curvilinear designs on The them
Cont’d ….Bridal gown. The curves of the pattern in the fabric perfectly exited the brides curves and what can I say JUST STUNNING❣️❣️❣️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Absolutely stunning girl who looks amazing in the dress. My only negative comment is in general that some of the bridal gowns look almost gray/beige, and kind of look like old white laundry.
Same here, I hate that colour of the fabric that many designers are using at the moment, dirty looking. The dress she chose also was puckered at the front where the top met the tuille. I preferred the dress that she didn't come out of the changing room in, she said the bust was too revealing but it wasn't as low as the one she went for.
I feel like they had more dresses in the store to fit the description she gave but other than the first one the others were not good contesters for that dress. She's beautiful and she had a really good budget they could have given her more options. I'm happy that she picked the first.
Why does everyone in this show want a mermaid dress?! They’re only flatting if you’re very thin with an unusually small waist. Ball gowns and A line are universally flattering and so much more appropriate for a wedding. You can wear a mermaid dress almost anywhere, but a ballgown is once in a lifetime for most of us.
I loved the dress but I really liked the one with the roses on it too. Mermaids require a commitment of not sitting, eating or drinking for hours. But they sure do make a statement.
That dress has a pucker where the skirt meets the body of the dress right in the middle. It shouldn't be there and seems to be a problem with the construction of the dress. If I had made that, I'd make sure there was no pucker there.
“Oh, yes, of course we can add more bling! Bigger stones, more stones, whatever you want dahling! Make it yours!” and pay OUT THE ASS for all the special stuff. There goes the budget….
I wonder with the intricate lace designs of some of these dresses if anyone ever just puts a tiny little dog or a smiley face subtly into the pattern of just one bit of lace lol
I have loved Mark Zunino since I first saw him with his jewelry years ago. I love his designs. They are unique. You can tell he wants his brides to be happy.
I usually don’t care for mermaids but this was something totally different. Stunning. I’m so glad she chose it. It was far and away superior to the other dresses. More refined. More unique.
I totally agree, the mermaid 'tail' of this dress was so elegantly done.
Absolutely

I don't care for Pnina at all. To me her dresses are trashy and overpriced but she seems kind of fake.
Yes, there is a big difference.
I agree!

It’s like that dress was made for her. Glad she chose that dress!
I wish they would show us what the dress looks like after customization
One of the prettiest dresses I've seen on the show! I hope she doesn't add too much bling though, it's already got enough details.
