You said Johto is random… you do know it’s the 25th anniversary right? And the hundreds of hints from Scarlet/Violet point to this just as much as Unova
I would love to see a pokemon stadium 3. Or even a ramake both colosseum and gale of darkness since they done GameCube remakes. But I’d be happy with anything Pokémon.
Scared and excited at the same time… like my heart wants gen 5 remakes but I’m terrified after BDSP. Gen 5 is my favorite and I don’t know what I’ll do if those games are ruined.
Why would Johto remakes not make sense? The last Johto games came out before Black and White. I’d say it makes more sense for Johto remakes to come out this year than Unova remakes.
what is not clicking about the idea that they remade gen 2, then they remade gen 3, then they remade gen 4, so next they'll probably remake gen 5. like jesus its not rocket science
@@benm6847 They remade gen 1, then gen 2, then gen 3, then gen 1 again, then gen 4. That’s the exact order the games came out in. Gen 1, Gen 2, Gen 3, Gen 1 remake, and then Gen 4. The next game they made after Diamond and Pearl was Heart Gold and Soul Silver. If Gamefreak were to stick with the schedule they’ve been keeping to for their remakes then they would make Gen 2 remakes new and improved. It’s not rocket science.
@@Poagooof course they remade generation 1 thrice (yellow is a remake) it’s the nostalgic money maker and they were trying to profit off Pokémon Go’s success
I think people could see a pattern with modern pokemon titles and remakes. BW broke a pattern of creating third versions as well as remaking games 2 generations after (gen 1 was remade in gen 3 and gen 2 was remade in gen 4). Generation 6 remade gen 3 and generation 8 remade gen 4. So if we do the math it's possible that gen 5 could be remade in gen 10.
I think that putting Gens 1-3 on the EShop might be the most realistic approach since I don't see Rewind or Suspend point features working in a Pokemon game. One feature I really want if they do bring the classic Pokemon Games to Nintendo Switch is the feature to transfer Pokemon that you caught in those games into Pokemon Home, allowing for players to bring their Retro Pokemon to Modern games since i keep all the Pokemon that i catch through out the games, so a feature like this would be on my wishlist
Hopefully Generation 10 (and a complete one at that) gets revealed, but I have my doubts. It wasn't long ago since Gen 9 was released (a little over a year) and there's no way a full new region would've been made and polished in that time.
how is a johto game random? literally makes sense just based on time. We got the first Unova game AFTER the last Johto game so why would we get Unova remakes first?
People talking about Johto isn’t random. HGSS was longer ago than B&W. It’s just time for us to get a game set in Johto if we’re doing things in order.
Johto Unova? I think we're revisiting Orre. Hear me out both regions got focus in Legends, Scarlet Violet with Evos regional forms, Paradox pokemon etc. Oddly the DLC featured double battles a lot. Colosseum is johto focused, but Orre is in US same as Unova. I'm hoping Colosseum XD ports and then a new Orre based game with Johto and Unova pokemon in them and connections to both regions, Blueberry academy investigating Shadow Pokemon phenomenon as Cipher is reemerging again. Getting Genius Sorority to work on a game whilst ILCA did Bdsp would've aided Gamefreak to catch up and renew itself for gen 10.unova remakes in Gen 10 not Gen 9.
Why? You already have battletowers, which is the same thing and you can compete against other players through online multiplayer. All you wish for is already there for years.
There's a very good reason why Johto is more likely than you think and for some reason it seems like I'm the only person on the internet who cares about this, but they remake every old generation in release order, has nobody else realized that? You said in the video that nobody saw Kanto coming in 2018, but you'd be wrong, I called Kanto remakes coming after USUM when everyone else was practically confirming Sinnoh remakes. The thing you guys didn't realize back then and still don't realize now that I did, is that once they got to remaking Gen 3 with ORAS, they ran into a dilemma, do you remake FRLG too or skip Kanto completely? I mean it doesn't make sense to just skip a region, and if you skip it, then what? Are they just never gonna release a Kanto game again? Of course not. Because Gen 3 had its own pair of remakes, after ORAS, it became time to revisit Kanto, now that didn't come in the form of FRLG remakes or even RBG remakes, sure, but we DID get a Kanto remake before a Sinnoh remake, and if that proves anything to us, it proves they will continue to revisit every single past region when the time is right, they remake every region's appearance in the order of its appearance. That's why we got Kanto in between Hoenn and Sinnoh remakes, and that's why we will get Johto in between Sinnoh and Unova remakes. I'm getting SUPER deja vu with 2024's leak season to 2018's leak season, I was the only person telling everyone we'd get Kanto when everyone else was completely sure we were getting Sinnoh. I fully expect to be right once again. At least after they do 2nd remakes for Kanto and Johto in the order of their appearance in each generation, nobody will be able to deny my logic any longer. You will all realize soon enough that each generation will be remade including that generation's remakes. As a matter of fact, I bet I can more or less predict the releases for the next 10 years, with a 1-2 margin of error in case they add in a break year at any point. 2024: Johto remakes/Legends game 2025: Unova remakes/Legends game 2026: Gen 10 2027: Gen 10 DLC 2028: Pokemon Z/Legends: Zygarde 2029: Hoenn remakes/Legends: Rayquaza/Jirachi 2030: Gen 11 2031: Gen 11 DLC 2032: Alola remakes/revisit 2033: Gen 12 2034: Gen 12 DLC You get the idea. After Gen 12 we'd probably be due for yet another Kanto revisit of some sort, but by then who knows what Pokemon games will look like, it's entirely possible that the concept of "generations" will vanish soon, if Game Freak explores more side-project style games like Legends games. Also, the list of Pokemon is getting MASSIVE, if they want to stall the inflation of the roster as much as possible, it would be in their best interest to actually put a pause on brand new regions and entire Dexes of new Pokemon and revisit some old regions reimagined or in a new style of game and just let new designs like new evolutions or regional variants trickle out slowly, imagine if we only got 10-20 new Pokemon per year instead of a new 100-150 every 3-4 years. So I will fully concede that my prediction list could completely fall apart if they ever break the generational pattern that they've set, but assuming the Pokemon main series games continue as they've been doing it, I feel like my list is a pretty accurate representation of the pattern they've been following.
plz not another chibi game. As much as I loved brilliant diamond. The one thing I hated the most was the overworld characters when compared to their battle characters
I really want another Mystery Dungeon game, another Pokken, another Legends (but with real time battles more akin to Palworld), and as someone below said a PokéPark game would be really fun again.
If the rumors are true that the Nintendo direct tomorrow will not unveil the next switch system, my guess is a unova game. Whether it be a remake of the black and white games or a legends unova game who knows? I’m both worried and slightly hopeful but I’m keeping my expectations low for now.
I predicts 1. Black and white remakes will come to switch. 2. Maybe a let’s go or legends Jhoto games. 3. All Pokemon anime series will be on Netflix exclusively. 4. Mobile games and unite will get some major updates. 5. Nso receive Red,Blue, Crystal and Emerald. (Green will be on Japan)
I’m expecting some remakes and maybe a pokepark game remake/ or a third one They had renewed the trademark for pokepark a while back,so it’s possible pokepark remakes or a third game of pokepark could happen or maybe even both
Honestly let’s go Johto would be awesome the only tweak I would make is use the traditional catching mechanics not the Pokemon go style if they did that then I would be perfectly fine with a let’s go game. Also as far as releasing old Pokemon games I hope they release gen 1-3 or even just the gen 3 games if they release let’s go johto they may not want to have crystal available because some people may chose that over buying the newest johto games.
What if they just make a ds virtual console and add black n white to it. It’ll be a lazy way to bring back gen 5 but it’ll make them money if they add it to the online plan. Which I hope they don’t do
Nooooo not another Let's Go, that game well I just don't know what to say about it, no Heald itams no abilities gotta catch your own transferred Pokemon, Jhoto doesn't deserve that it deserves better I wanna see a Jhoto remake either like Legends Arceus or open world version

i predict that they WILL bring pokemon red blue yellow gold silver and crystal to game boy virtual console on nintendo switch.
I believe this as well. There’s signs they will, I just hope that they will integrate online play for them. Atleast trading.
I'd rather they bring ruby sapphire and Emerald, I still have my 3DS's with all the gameboy games that I downloaded from the eshop. I want Emerald!
That would be epic!
@@vinnie22ify more than likely for GBA games they would release by generation.
