Onan DJB 6 0 First Start, Fail!

Well, Sometimes you eat the Barr, and sometimes the Barr eats you.
Got this thing all ready to fire up. Then fought fuel leaks, Battery issues and Governor linkage problems. Still no Start!
The injector pump isn't pushing fuel to the injectors.

If that unit has set for any amount of time, the return elbow fiitting at the top of the injection pump has a check valve that will stick closed. This will cause fuel not to flow to the injectors. Pull that fitting off, clean it with some carburetor cleaner, and it should free up.

Thanks! I'll give that a try! This has sat for a long time. 0.5 hours since new in 1989.
