Hany said that he needs to do Hadi's visa this week for the Arnold UK. So if he gets his visa, he will be doing the Arnold UK next.
To put how big Wesley is into perspective, he was as heavy as Nathan on stage. And he has more room to grow. That’s crazy.

When I saw Wesley in a t shirt talking with Sid on Rx I knew he was going to be a legit challenger. I know some say in a shirt doesn’t matter, but you can see a great structure in a shit. Especially in classic.
Wesley is like 15 cms taller though at 191, thats an average of 15kgs (normally 1 kg per cm is reasonable assuming u have equal structures)... so silly comparison

IMO Wesley and hadi at finals are the 2 best peaked physique we have seen in a at least a couple of years. It was incredible. I am a huge Samson fan as well but hadi is near unbeatable with that package. However, if Samson could achieve that level conditioning, he would be absolutely unbeatable

Congrats to Wesley. Looked phenomenal. Taking down Chris probably wont to doable this Olympia because of those ham/quad sweep but next year its his show. Wesley has to not get to carried away trying to bring out his quads sweeps. Genetically it will be tough for him . Hell Shawn Ray had almost no quad sweep at all. Wesley needs to absolutely pound his adductors and try to over grow them to offset his sweeps. Blow thos adfuctors up and his quads will look totally different. And from the back his hamstrings will look a lot different by blowing those adductors up. Hadi has good qua sweeps but has absolutely crazy adductors that make his legs look nuts. Thats what Wesley has to rhink when preparing a leg workout. Adductors Adductors Adductors

Adductor is the muscle on the inside of your leg/quad to the groin. It gives open BB'ers the ugly upside down triangle quad look, especially combined with a frog stance like Derek. Abductor is the muscle on the top outside of the leg, going into the glutes. I guess this bro is talking about abductors.

Wesley compensates with his larger waist with his huge lats so everything is in proportion he looks fantastic

I’ve always said when I first saw Wesley and cbum was gaining his stride that Wesley would be the only one I could see beating cbum. He’s got the frame the height the size and we’re about to see if Wesley brings it hopefully this is going to be a consistent thing from him cbum actually have a challenge on his hands because he will not be dwarfing Wesley. Those two are the most classic guys in the division and I’ve always wanted to see Wesley get his comparisons with the top pros

Vancouver Hadi is often touted as one of the craziest looks EVER and he comes through to the Arnold looking like THIS? Mennnnnnnnnntal.
I think this is an indicator that looking “Classic” will hold more weight in the judging criteria moving forward. That was really where Wesley won the show. He wasn’t really bigger (as in muscular not height) or more conditioned than Ramon, but his look and presentation are really “Classic” They did the same thing in Physique as well, made a clear statement about where they stand on upper to lower body balance
And what do u mean by classic? I mean ramon has a better frame than wesley and it’s not even close

Bro talk about Samson's lumpy delts during this Arnold. Those delts were pointy trianglular shiny pyramids on all thise front relaxed and side poses.
There was no doubt more inflammation there, but I never thought it was horrible or overly noticeable except for at certain angles. Maybe it’s a slight mark on the judges scorecards. I’m sure moving forward he’ll avoid using his shoulders as a spot.

There’s only so many sites you can rotate and give breaks to with the volumes they’re using and chances are he’s avoiding some areas running in to the show to avoid inflammation and the smoothness it can create. I’ve had 20+ years around this stuff and it’s crazy how a site that’s never had issues or a med that never caused problems can suddenly change and cause major problems.
The real question is how the hell did Urs beat Breon?

Nathan seemed to avoid talking about Rafael and jumped straight from Samson to Jhon Delarosa. He only said it because you asked him what he thought of him and he ignored Rafael's entire volume and focused only on the fact that he was aesthetic and praised Jhon's physique, but I understand, because Nathan's own physique is not so aesthetic. It seemed a little jealous to me.

He's literally the worst personality this sport has to offer, and he isn't even close to any of the top guys currently competing anyway.
