Very nice, as I am a Hong Konger this is the first time to see an airplane take off in this view, beautiful Hong Kong!Thank you very much for the sharing
Thank you for your speedy responce. Suffice it to say that "Punctuality is the soul of business". The highly professional Cockpit Crew, in addition to their stylish uniform and impeccable spoken professional language shows clearly how motivated they are and fully they' ve been endowed with their professionalism. I genuinely appreciate their value they show for The Saudy Company. Safe Flying.
Wow, what an amazing video! The B777 cockpit view during takeoff from Hong Kong is simply breathtaking. The 4K quality and the perfect audio of ATC and crew communications make this video an absolute treat to watch. You have truly captured the thrill and excitement of flying a commercial airliner. Thank you for sharing this fantastic experience with us!
@softskullbubblebrain hasn't been since 2019. I got my ticket to go for the 3rd time in 2019, then the next day the protests started. I had a layover in Korea, and had to spend my 2 weeks there because they shut down the airport and canceled all flights. I support HK I was only sad because my girlfriend was there and I couldn't visit her
Former Boeing Everett, nighttime Takeoffs are always more spectacular. Once aircraft is at start of runway waiting for final clearance, you get good view of how long 07R 4100m is. Begin the Takeoff Roll and soon speed is very apparent as runway lights are flying by faster and faster. Before you know it... V1... Rotate... Positive Climb. Now time to relax for the Main Light-show.... flying over any city at night is worth the price of Admission.
Eres una gran inspiración y motivación para estudias piloto aviador! Gracias por esos magníficos videos en esa belleza 777! ✈️❤️ Saludos desde México 🇲🇽
I am aware this is an unusual perspective. But one reason I love these videos is they remind me there is a world where pristine, clear communication is pursued to the utmost. I have a learning disability and sometimes I have a hard time reading what people really mean. I like how the ATC is very clear and direct. When they tell you to takeoff, you know for damn sure you can take off. You don't have to think "Did ATC really mean for us to takeoff?" And if there's an accident and you get questioned, the NTSB won't say "But dude?! Didn't you hear how that ATC sounded when they said 'cleared for takeoff'?! What made you think you were ready?!" Also quite unlike when women try to let a man know they're interested. Instead of directly asking him out, they'll send out one of their stupid hints such as smiling and prolonged eye contact, that can mean way too many fucking things. Oh and that's another thing with aviation: aircraft marshall signals are consistent, each with a singular meaning 100% of the time, worldwide. The signal for turn left for example, doesn't mean: speed up your plane, stop your plane, turn right, etc.
Btw I forgot to thrown in the readback part. In aviation, you can takeoff after reading back that instruction to ATC. In daily life, even if you comfirm verbally that someone is OK with something, their body language could be saying otherwise and you'll be expected to pick that up
Very Nice Video, Loved the step by step process and Taxi Fuel consumption was a new thing to know about. Have watched so many Take Off Videos but this had some great additional info.
Love this video - very information and interesting - also the professionalism of the Air Traffic Control at Hong Kong airport is outstanding. Thank you.
Awesome!!! Very cool to put information about SID, wind, weight, v-speeds! In the next video also put Assumed temperature °C and N1, please. I liked the channel! I'm waiting for the next video 🛫
Thank you for this video. Most interesting. The lights on the ground can seem very confusing. 😊 First ever video I've seen of push back to take off with explanation of every action that's taken. Great for us who know nothing of what goes on in cockpit procedures. The voices of the two lady ATCs are 😊👍😍
The HK Air Traffic Control Centre is no longer next to the tower, the centre is now located outside but next to HKIA. The movement rate was somewhere around 5-600/day i reckon when this video while you were still operating the B77W in and out of Hong Kong. 😊
Great video once again. AF and HKG ATC professional in every way. I have been in and out of the old and new airport several times and the new airport is such a great experience compared to the old one.
Hong Hong is an international world class city and also an important hub of Asia’s major transportation for both passengers and goods and trades and so on ! Proud to be a Chinese from Hong Kong !
The last time i flew from HK, there was a typhoon. I was surprised they still allowed the jet to take off, i was scared because the turbulence, but we eventually got away from the storm. HK and Korea (Incheon), and Seattle are my favorite places to see taking off
Hong Kong ATC always professional, calm, give simple and clear instruction.
Same with the ground crew.. everyone is very professional. That's always nice when your life depends on it!
But Hong Kong is a bad place overall

@erico9007 they specifically said Hong Konger. What's to be confused? 🤦🏻
I miss Hong Kong. Spent time there twice and Cheung Chau Island for 2 weeks
Me too😊
The ground controller really sounds like he loves his job 😀
The ground controller was a female.
@@sands2003 The lady should be the departure controller. I think the ground control was the one spoke at 0:30
One of the best airport in the world !!and the ATC always pro. The night veiw of HK is just fabulous. We always proud of it 🎉🎉🎉
I confirm, it's really beautiful!
I do like Hong Kong ATC, especially that nice professional female voice👍
Thank you for both parties, The Cockpit Crew and The ATC for your excellent professionalism doing your internalized duties.
