- I had a good feeling when I set out pre-dawn for a full day of fishing at the Cape Cod Canal on September 28, 2023. I opted for a "late" 4:30am arrival at the Canal because I planned to fish until sunset. As I was walking out on the East End, Cape side jetty I could hear tail slapping and fish breaking on the beach side of the jetty... That was a sign - from my first cast until sunset it was a wild adventure. The afternoon will be the focus of next week's video so stay tuned.
In this video you'll see night fish, day fish, big fish, little fish, striped fish and bluefish. Seal steals and reeling in a chain, yes a chain!!!

Looks like a good day! Just out of curiosity.....did that fish lab have a zip tie on it, and was it superglued back together in a bunch of spots? If so, that rope and chain explains allot!😂
Hey Adam - no zip tie or obvious super glue repairs. It was in fairly good shape less some of the black stripes chipping off. Cleaned up pretty well. 🎣🐟
